The Mandala Berlin, a Member of Design Hotel in Berlin

This was a 5-star experience!! The staff were highly professional. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and high quality. The finishes were elegant, tasteful very purposeful selected. I highly recommend The Mandala and if I ever come back to Berlin, this will be my first choice!

Amazing location, with staff who are truly helpful and friendly. The hotel and rooms are not only beautiful but also spotless. I travel often and usually end up saying I miss my own bed at home — but not here! The bed, pillows, and blanket were honestly the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. I even considered calling to ask what brand they use so I could recreate the same comfort at home :) Thank you very much!

Fabulous hotel in central location near the Potsdamer Platz. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend of mine and did not disappoint. Lovely rooms with great views. Excellent breakfast and nice restaurants.

Absolutely gorgeous! I’ve stayed here twice now for little “staycations” with my boyfriend. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like plenty of tea, coffee, and even hot chocolate. The concierge team really goes above and beyond, which makes the experience even more special.
We’ve also dined a few times in the restaurant upstairs — the food is lovely, though the atmosphere in the bar/restaurant can feel a bit quiet, as if it’s just us and the staff. Still, the quality of the food more than makes up for it.
Our favourite part of the stay is definitely the ONO Spa. It’s such a unique luxury to relax in total peace and calm while overlooking Potsdamer Straße. The chill-out room is a lovely touch, and I love the refreshing infused water. It’s always the highlight of our stay, and we’ll definitely be back for the spa soon!

Highly recommend. This hotel has warm and excellent energy.. from the thoughtful design and interiors.. to the service and smiles of the staff, and the food on all occasions was super in quality. Business lunch at QIU is of value with plenty of options. The benefit of a right sized kitchen area is an advantage. Spent two weeks here but could stay for months. The gym has everything one needs as well as a balcony area, where you can get bits of the summer sun between your sets.. and the sauna and spa area on the top floor is lush and tranquil. Next stay is booked before this one finished.

It was my first time in Berlin and I had an amazing stay at the Mandala Hotel. My partner and I stayed in one of their executive suites overlooking Potsdamer Platz, which had an incredible view of the city and the TV Tower. Getting to and from the hotel was very easy as it’s only a 2 minute walk from the train station. The rooms were very clean and I felt incredibly safe throughout my entire stay. I look forward to coming back next time I’m in Berlin!

Most definitely the very best in the entire city

What can I say guys? Yes, it might be pricy, but the experience is priceless!

From the gorgeous suits to the stunning and well maintained spa, everything is immaculately clean, spotless. Loved it!

I haven’t eaten there, nore did I use any other of their services, except of storing my luggage, which worked seamless.

The only thing which I really didn’t like was my arrival. I have been really tired after my travels and there had been working at least 3 capable men at my check-in and not one of them did even bother helping me with my heavy luggage, which was really hard to drag over the carpet into the elevator…

It would have given me a better feeling if someone would’ve just at least ask, if I need help. But I was there to be ignored…

The receptionist didn’t explain anything to me either, except of that they will charge me if I eat anything out of the minibar, as if this wouldn’t be a huge hotel with a lot to know about.

As I was completely lost while searching for the spa, a handyman happened to be there who took myself on, explained everything in detail and even gave me a quick tour, because the spa area is really big. Heads up to him.🙏

Except of my loveless arrival, I’ve had a great experience, the staff is really nice, super friendly, attentive, most of them smile and make your life better, when you see them.

It is just the perfect city getaway, wellness in the middle of town.

Stayed at the Mandala for a week during a first visit to Berlin. Hotel felt very upscale and staff was very attentive and friendly. Location was great - walkable to many restaurants/shopping and very close to public transportation. The top floor spa was one of the best parts of the hotel, highly recommend!

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Berlin (Mandala Hotel) and had an incredible experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's location was perfect, situated right next to the metro, shops, and restaurants, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city.

The highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer service. It was the best I have ever experienced. Every member of the staff was friendly, spoke excellent English, and went out of their way to be helpful. A special shout-out goes to receptionist Yousef, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He, along with the rest of the team, ensured that all our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.
