This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The moment I stepped inside, I felt like I was in a luxury resort. The lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. My suite was large and elegant, with a comfortable seating area, a large bed, and a bathroom with a rainfall shower. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless. I enjoyed the hotel’s rooftop bar, which offered breathtaking views and delicious cocktails. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, with fresh pastries, eggs made to order, and a variety of hot and cold dishes. I also appreciated the gym and spa facilities, which allowed me to relax after a busy day. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, along with the very clean rooms and great buffet. Aside from those positives , unfortunately the service of more than one of the staff members was not up to par. Overall were quite unhelpful, and not friendly. A bit disappointed considering pricing .

Very good hotel. Everywhere was clean and tidy, the service was professional. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The location is central, there was a metro stop in front of the hotel and a tram stop just a short walk away. The main train station was also just a stone's throw away, so it was easy to get to and from the airport and everywhere. We didn't try the spa. The rooms were clean, the beds were really comfortable too. I definitely recommend it!

I was a suite guest with family for celebrating my birthday. I already called the reception once, and then I personally asked the lady at the reception if I could get a wine glass and an opener. Never in my life have I experienced a hotel telling me to go and get my own wine opener and glasses. I am truly shocked because it was the basic service in general. I would never go to this hotel again, no recommendations.

My time of arrival was 3 hours before possible check in. Valeria Goloven greeted me with a smile and a few great room options upon my arrival which was unexpected. Not only she made sure to accommodate me right away but Valeria also gave some useful directions. Rooms are lovely and clean.

There is a subway station at the door and a bus stop at the corner. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the central train station and Brandenburg Gate. The location is convenient and the soundproofing is good. It is not noisy even if you live on the third floor facing the street. There is a good German restaurant nearby.

Not recommended experience. I stayed here in June during a business trip to Berlin. I booked 2 rooms through Booking. Before arriving, I sent a private message to the hotel that my colleague and I wanted to pay separately and that we wanted two VAT invoices. On arrival we paid separately. The transaction was accepted and we received invoices. So far, everything looked like a normal hotel stay. Just after checking out, I was charged extra for the room. No one said anything at check-out about any problems with the payment. I have tried to resolve this issue with the hotel, but they say they have no extra payment. I have confirmation from the banks that we were charged 3 times instead of 2. The invoices we got from the hotel have some mistakes, for example the dates of stay. This does not give the hotel any credibility. It looks like they put some random information on there and I am not surprised that they have problems identifying individual payments. The worst thing is that I do not see any good will to solve this problem. It is even more suspicious when I read bad reviews related to blocked deposits and extra charges made by the hotel. It is very stressful when you pay extra for a room, show all the documents proving that you have paid, and someone replies that they do not have your money.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is modern and has a beautiful interior design. It is also very clean everywhere you look. The breakfast was very varied and tasty.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and it’s conveniently located near public transport. The carpet, however, might be an issue for those with allergies.
