Looks like just opened - fresh, new. Good service. Perfect rooms. Amazing breakfast. Safe underground parking. Strongly recommend.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is modern and has a beautiful interior design. It is also very clean everywhere you look. The breakfast was very varied and tasty.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and it’s conveniently located near public transport. The carpet, however, might be an issue for those with allergies.

Beautiful hotel in a slightly quieter part of the city. Excellent rooms, with splendid service. 24 hour reception. Very close proximity to underground station which is a huge benefit. Would certainly book to come here again when visiting the city.

The rooms are spacious, bedding are clean. I would say this is a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast is Amazing!!! It has so much food to choose from. I had 2 breakfast (stayed 2 days) and I cannot even try everything I want to try! It is one of the best breakfast I had… world wide for comparable hotel in this price range. For 25€ it’s not cheap but you get what you paid for. Service was wonderful!

I like the room with a big window that you could actually open and enjoy the view. Spa is €20 for one person, it is not cheap considering two people is €40.
The pool temperature is not really warm. The steaming room is nice.
Breakfast is ok not really impressive.
Downstairs have a lot of restaurants options.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby and is packed with facilities! You won't have anything missing in this place - from a gym to a bar with TV, to a well-serviced reception desk.

The rooms themselves are pretty standard, nothing special though does the job, and you have a range of staff to help when needed, mainly on the ground floor.

There is also a spa, however they charge quite a high additional 20 EUR for use per day. This is a bit greedy in my opinion as it's marketed as a luxury hotel so feel this should be included, or at least more subsidised, but it's not really something to waste too much energy on as a customer.

The location is prime if you're a tourist as it's right next to the U-Bahn that can take you to Checkpoint Charlie, various museums and the central area of Berlin in minutes. That said, I would say you can find better restaurants/bars that the heavily tourist-targeted traps (a subjective use of the term!) surrounding the hotel.

I would say be conscious of what you pay for this hotel, as the price is going to dictate how much value I feel it provides. When you find a decent deal, it's definitely an above-average hotel experience, though not one I would say you should be breaking the bank for, especially given the rooms themselves are very average.

All in all, a good spot that meets what will be most of your needs. They may try and get some more cash out of you for the spa/breakfast etc, but do some research and you can get cheaper and better outside.
