Not expensive, but a great hotel. Highly recommend.
The room is clean. people are friendly. Good access from the central station(2 stops away by tram) and city center. Good breakfast.

Excellent stay here in Düsseldorf. Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable and clean rooms, expansive breakfast. Next to public transportation and easy walk from train station and into city center. Great value.

The location of the hotel is very good. It has a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and useful.

The reception was very nice. A very friendly lady. The rooms are okay but some things are broken or partly broken and not fixed. This is bad since it breaks down the overall experience of the hotel. The hotel advertises with the hotel bar. Also on the tablet present in the hotelroom.
However, when in the evening, around 9:30 PM we asked the man sitting behind the receptiondesk whether we could have a drink from the hotel bar, he was very unfriendly. He told us the hotel doesn't have a bar and that the hotel doesn't serve drinks. And yet, there were bottles right behind his back. Clearly he didn't want to serve drinks and didn't want to say anything to us at all. So when we left for a drink outside the hotel and returned to the hotel afterwards all he could do was throwing us a glaring stare. He was clearly not in the mood to talk or to be friendly.
The next morning the friendly lady was back and when we paid for the rooms she asked whether we had used the hotel bar?! Since I didn't want a discussion, I left at that. Next time I will visit another hotel since this hotel is not on par with what one might expect from a four star hotel.

The staff were helpful and accomodating. Theroom is big, with easy access to natural sunlight,and is cleaned properly. It's also very close to thetram, subway, and bus stations, so going aroundDüsseldorf is not a problem.
It would be nice if it was mentioned earlier that thedrinks in the mini-bar (small refrigerator) in theroom are not free.

Nice business hotel, close to city center, just a short walk to metro station. Breakfast is supwr tasty and fresh, pastries were warm, lots of cheeses and hams, fresh fruits and juices. Room is nice, small but clean, and bed was really comfortable. It's good value for your money.

Excellent rooms, not too far from Düsseldorf train station. Staff were very friendly and approachable.
