Very nice hotel. Simple yet easy to use and good check out time. Unfortunately it was unclear up front that the parking was €15.50 per night so please be aware of this. For those using EV charging, the rate is €0.60/kW (June 2025) and is a 22kW charger.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, it had a built-in speaker so I could play my music (honestly my favorite feature). The bathroom was clean and had its own AC, nice touch! The bar was open 24/7 and has a pizza menu, it was great for after the concert I attended, because I was hungry! Lastly, parking costs 15€ per day.
This hotel confuses me. On the one hand, it's brand new, has a really nice lobby and bar, and the room is very spacious and modern. On the other hand, the bathroom was dirty (hair everywhere, including on the towels). An iron and ironing board costs a EUR 40 deposit, cash only (?!). The internet works SOMETIMES, and there is no phone to call down to the front desk if something is the matter. Worst...
I was on business trip and stay here 4 nights. Yet this hotel is new and modern and equipped with everything you might need for business trip. I felt disappointed about window in room is locked and unable to open, it was difficult to breathe as I am very sensitive to air quality. As other guests have mentioned, AC in room doesn't work effectively. Not to mention the controller in room to control AC...
We stayed for one night. The hotel is located right next to the Autobahn, so you can hear traffic noise in the morning. Our room didn’t have a balcony or windows that could be opened, which made it feel a bit stuffy. The air conditioning wasn’t very effective—while it was okay at night, the room felt uncomfortably warm during the day. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the beds and towels...
Everything was good the beds were comfortable the room was clean and the ambient was beautiful.

We got here during the messe for the plastic industry. I have to say that is an average hotel with a superb team of employees that transform your experience into a five stars rating hotel. I also have to highlight how clean my room was on a daily basis and the closeness to the old town and easy transportation to anywhere.
WYSIWYG! A very nice hotel within the heart of Düsseldorf. Offers me everything I expect from a business hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. A few hundred meters by foot and you are in "Little Tokyo" - "the home of the largest Japanese community in Germany". The price is moderate and perfectly acceptable. I will definitely come back again.
I stayed here in July. I am returning next time I visit Dusseldorf, because it satisfied my needs - comfy bed, good shower, quiet room and good value. Also near transport. Staff are very good, and great idea to offer token for a drink instead of room service every day. 100% recommend. Thank you staff.
This brand new hotel is situated near the Dusseldorf train station. The location is fabulous as everything is right there at a stone's throw away. A super friendly and professional named Sonia checked us in. The place was clean and the lounge was welcoming. The coffee was refreshing and the place was well lit up. Also, the room was inviting and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the staff was helpful...
Perfect hotel, easy to park (15 euro per day), good location close to everything, good breakfast, nice rooms but the beds are really too small!!!!
What else is there? Its a basic clean and functional hotel. The rooms are a decent size and standard for an express hotel. Staff are the best element. Ideally located near an S bahn station and within a short walk of the old town. A few decent German traditional eateries nearby.

We were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and having the choice of a firm or soft pillows, was a nice touch.
Very near desendorf station and airport
Hotel is next to the highway. It is easy to find. Also next to  a Tesla Supercharger which is very convenient for my roadtrip. Breakfast is nice in the morning. Good deal.
Hotel Review The hotel’s location is very convenient for reaching the city center, making it ideal for travelers looking for easy access to main attractions. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a good sleeping bed that ensured a restful night. The bathroom was spotless, adding to the comfort of the stay. Decent hotel, unfriendly staff. No parking options (always full). Great price. So for parking, just park the car before the hotel (side of the road), the fine you get is only 10 euros.
Nice newer hotel close to the train, streetcar access. Plenty of on street parking. All staff friendly and helpful
It was an very pleasant stay Liked · Everything was perfect. Rooms are neat and clean. Washroom are fresh and clean with new interiors. Restaurant provided good breakfast. Disliked · Don't have room service for food in the hotel. Have to order food from outside. Other wise a best place to stay at this hotel.
Hotel looks ok. It’s new looking but wear and tear is visible. Breakfast table was good! Train station is really close!
Very nice hotel for short stays, with a good breakfast. For long stays, some additional services like laundry are useful and the hotel does not provide. The only food the hotel provides during the day are frozen pizzas, which could also be improved. The rooms are very comfortable for sleeping, but for working it's bad, as the table is very very small, and the chair is not comfortable.
It's a good hotel. Came to know it's a new one. The rooms and neat and tidy. It's not spacious but suitable for business visits and travel. The hotel is well maintained. There is nearby bus and train and tram services. There are eateries and supermarket close by. The hotel is quite friendly. Overall a good hotel to stay, it's comfortable and well maintained. This small hotel from a private owner overwelmed my expectations for one of the lowest fares spent in Düsseldorf: nice Service, clean and quite room. Super.
Net mooi voor een kort verblijf en dichtbij het station.
Very good Price/Performance. cheap and good Hotel with nice staff and tasty breakfast. Very clean rooms! Compare to other three stars hotels nearby Schumacher is cheaper and better. It's a bit underrated. Would recommend it!
Very good for the money you payed.

A wonderful place in Dusseldorf. Is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are big enough and very clean. Staff is very kind and the breakfast is also nice!
The small light that was on when I went to bed was nowhere to be found.
Small room, small shower, small bed. Looks like dormitory
Staff was kind and location is close to station.
Basic but comfortable, friendly staff The rooms are basic but comfortable and have what you need - a bed, WiFi, bathroom and toilet - but otherwise it is fairly spartan. We were in town for a trade-show event at Messe so availability was low and prices high - which left us with a feeling that this was not value for money. The location is very good, just a few steps from the station. The facilities are old considering the price. The shower works well, but the drainage is slow, so water pools at your feet as soon as you turn on the water. I hope they improve this. It was nice to have an electric kettle and coffee in the room.
It's a slightly old-fashioned type of hotel. It's a foreign chain hotel, so it was different from what I expected, and I was a little disappointed. But it was cheap, so I guess it was worth the price. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and there were no problems with the stay. I did a lot of work on the computer, so I was grateful that there was a light on the table. The desk was a little small...
When I entered the hotel, there was no one at the reception, but when they heard me enter they immediately came out. The receptionist was polite and I was able to check in without any problems. There was a refrigerator with drinks near the reception, so I could quench my thirst without going outside.
This hotel is located very close to the station, and I was very satisfied with the price and service. The staff were also very friendly. I would like to use this hotel again when I come to Düsseldorf.
If you are staying for few days and you need to be close to the train station is a good option. Bare in mind the hotel has not all the room adapted if you have a disability and you are not able to use the stairs. Make sure you informed them so they will give you a room that you can access using the lift. Breakfast was ok.
Good location and room condition. Will visit again. Easy check in and love the area

Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are too small and the pillows are uncomfortable. But I asked for extra pillows and they provided them to my room. Bedroom is clean and renovated. Employees are helpful and friendly.
A basic hotel, but good located. Just 10 minutes by taxi to the Altstadt. Public Transport located just 250m away. Small and basic rooms. Quite noisy when you are on the street side. Very good breakfast.
Clean rooms and options for breakfast. Late check available via an amazing system.
Kleine Zimmer, nicht übermäßig sauber. Bett war bequem und Internet schnell.
Everything was fine. Small cozy room with a good breakfast. Room was clean and had everything needed. Would book another time again
The hotel is clean enough but it's a little too vintage and pricey for my taste. Still pretty good though...

Nice and clean. No food facilities in room. Free parking in the back. Close to Aldi grocery store.
A nice, clean and basic hotel. Convenient location in Dusseldorf, all amenities including free WiFi. Breakfast is nicely catered in buffet style.
I use this hotel for 1 or 2 night business stays. Always quiet, clean, with good wifi, opposite supermarket with restaurants within a 5 minute walk. GREAT value for money
Hotel is simple, but very clean and comfortable. Suits business travelers and also tourists - although not near to the city's main attractions, it's well connected by public transport with them. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Rooms spacious, agradable and especially all SUPER CLEAN! All people working there super kind and nice! Really appreciated location.if i can give a note,it would only be on the egg smell on cutlery, plates and dishes but maybe they had a problem with the dishwasher.. and the very little instructions over timings, wifi and other "technical" details, neither a explication paper in the room..
Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Funny rooms, all in different theme/colour. Good breakfast. There are two hotels (sir and lady) at opposite side of road. I would recommend it. Parkinglot is two doors away. It offers small parking spaces and you have to pay for parking.
Superb rooms, great breakfast and caring service. Highly recommend this hotel! Great location, few minutes walk to railway station and the shopping area and the old town beside the Rhine where you can get a scenic cruise and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return again.
The hotel consists of 2 buildings opposite each other. The reception, breakfast area and some rooms are at Sir Astor, our room was on the other side of the street at Lady Astor. Our room was on the grouns floor and looked very nice, chique and clean. The bed was very comfy and there was a small piece of apple cake waiting for us. I would recommend to place the mirrors a bit lower, as for me they were...
We loved our stay. The hotel was charming and well cared for. We had the 'Safari' room. It was interesting and comfortable. Nothing about the room felt cheap and every detail was cared for. The bed was probably the most amazing part. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels, but the mattress and pillows were perfect. I wish my bed at home was as comfy. Although, my husband, who loves firm mattresses...
Very cozy and warm place, with good breakfast and polite people.

Thank you so much for staying. Not expensive, but a great hotel. Highly recommend. The room is clean. people are friendly. Good access from the central station(2 stops away by tram) and city center. Good breakfast.
The location of the hotel is very good. It has a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and useful.
Nice hotel with spacious, modern, clean and confortable rooms. Service is great and breakfast delicious.
The staff were helpful and accomodating. Theroom is big, with easy access to natural sunlight, and is cleaned properly. It's also very close to thetram, subway, and bus stations, so going aroundDüsseldorf is not a problem. It would be nice if it was mentioned earlier that thedrinks in the mini-bar (small refrigerator) in theroom are not free.
Nice business hotel, close to city center, just a short walk to metro station. Breakfast is supwr tasty and fresh, pastries were warm, lots of cheeses and hams, fresh fruits and juices. Room is nice, small but clean, and bed was really comfortable. It's good value for your money.

A good hotel for a very fair price. Rooms are clean, beds are good and bathroom is very acceptable. The breakfast is alright. But the service is excellent and employees are very kind. Can recommend this, has an own parking place for a fee (parking places are limited so try to reserve upfront)
Good value if you don't ask for more from a central, clean and basic hotel to go only to sleep.
not bad with the price. Staff is nice. I like it. Room price is around 40-60e/ night. Parking costs 11e/ night.
Very good location for long stay and reasonable low cost
Great location right in the city centre with access to the trams nearby. Service is satisfactory, but with no kettle or fridge in the rooms it's hard to pick up things from a supermarket for breakfast and enjoy in your room.

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms.
The hotel is a standard lower end German hotel - it's clean, there is free WiFi and the staff is friendly. Don't expect a modern interior or special amenities and you're fine
Udoban hotel, cist, ljubazno osoblje, dobra veza za centar, super prodavnice u blizini. Ne menjam hotel. Comfortable hotel, clean, friendly staff, good connection to the center, great shops nearby. I do not change my hotel.
Good basic hotel. Paid parking is available nearby. Street parking may be available. The rooms facing the front street will contend with the street train/trolley going by at all hours of the night. No bells ring on the train, but there is the rattle of the train.
Very basic hotel but very cheap compared to the other hotels. Only a 5 min drive with public transport to the city centre
Very good price-performance ratio. The room was very spacious and quiet. Central location and ease of handling at arrival and departure.

Room could have been bigger. I was given a twin bed. I don't know why this couldn't have been a double bed. Would have been more economic for the space. Receptionists were very pleasant, knew good English were helpful when I needed my luggage stored. It's a pity walls weren't very sound proofed. I found I was often disturbed by loud music apart from at night. Free Wi-Fi was fast enough to play Netflix...
The hotel is a bit dated, the walls and doors are not thick so can hear the old lift and other people, a few minor issues with some of the things in the room, however all we needed was somewhere to stay. It was much cheaper than a lot of the other hotels and you get what you pay for. I have certainly stayed in worse. If you want just a room to sleep in, because you are out and about enjoying the Christmas...
A house with a great price/performance ratio. Was marred the good impression by the weak staffing at the front Desk. As I wanted to in the evening back to the Hotel, I had to wait 10 minutes in front of a closed door. Somewhere else I wasn't able to go. My things were in the Hotel. It is specially pointed out, the key is not to take, but each time at the gate. So a Flock of people, who were neither...
Nice hotel, not so expensive. The good thing of this hotel is the position. 10/15 mins walk to the main train station. Plus it's situated in a little square with restaurants and lounge bars.
Very good price/quality rate. Clean and cozy rooms, perfect service, good location. Would choose it again if visit Duesseldorf.
Were there only for a night. The room was really very small and up on a bed and a tiny table, a chair and a wardrobe was still there. So actually, everything is available. Just not the latest and greatest. A 24-hour reception Desk and also the CheckIn was before the time indicated.

Nice hotel at a very good location. Parking was available, but it was across the street at a location that was a little annoying to get out of. Breakfast was available at extra cost, but we did not include breakfast with our stay.
This is a nice easy hotel option. The room was very clean and a good size. We even got complimentary breakfast because it was one of our birthdays. It's a good 15 minute walk from the station and a far walking distance from the city center
To summarise, it's nice. Good location - okay walking distance from the stores and nice places to see. The room was good and the service as well. Good place to stay as a tourist. The price was also pretty good. Nothing bad to say, but I also can't say the experience was exceptional.

Nice welcome, good standard accommodation. Good breakfast. Good location. It met all our needs.
My first impression in this hotel was so good. So clean and organized. I liked the breakfast. You should get your room with the breakfast for sure. Some staff are not fluent in English though.
A hotel, beyond the aspirations of grandeur, beyond the symbolisms of wealth - my hand pushes the door open at 2:00am. A water cooler; the concierge with eyes like winter rain, with laughter heard at night. My room, clean but lived in through eras of modern history. Mundane, yet profoundly ingrained by recent time. clean rooms, excellent shower and amenities. friendly and helpful reception to speak English and German. very cheap, no complaints from us, was a pleasant stay.
The room was very modern and well equipped. However, the cleanliness needs to be improved! It was hair behind the door to the lavatory, limescale on the taps and in the shower, as well as a dripping faucet.
Friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Well connected with city centre at a reasonable price. Best part, you can buy a day ticket for just 2 euro to be used for public transportations within the city.
