The location is a bit far from the center, you can go to the center in 20-25 minutes with U77 and U76. The breakfast was great. The hotel is large with Basic rooms with no coffee making faciliities or toiletries in the room however it’s clean and the restaurant is good. It is a perfect hotel for a stay close to an exhibition or concert as the stadium is a short walk from the hotel.

Very close to the exhibition hall. Not far from the airport either. You need to take the tram to go to the city. Health: good Good environment The service was excellent. Rich breakfast. The price is average.

The distance to stay during the exhibition is simply not great. You can go back and rest after work. It is also very convenient to take a car. It takes about ten minutes to get to the city center. The only thing that is not good is the food. There are too few places to eat around. The buffet style in the hotel restaurant is not too much, and everything else is fine.

We booked a family room but there was very poor WiFi connection, so we asked the receptionist for help, they changed another room for us at once, good service!

We were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and having the choice of a firm or soft pillows, was a nice touch.

Good value for money hotel 5 mins from Dusseldorf airport. Restaurant downstairs offers good food for very reasonable prices.

I went to work to the Messe and considering this, the hotel is in an excellent location. Metro line U78 and U79 is only a 3 mins walk. I must mention the ladies serving coffee at breakfast. They are exceptionally kind and the next day they will surely know how you like your coffee and bring it to your breakfast table right away when they see you show up in the restaurant. :)

The hotel was clean with friendly and helpful staff! Both bus stops and underground train stations are nearby, also many bars , supermarkets and restaurants are just around the corner， so everything is quite convenient. Hotel Astra was a cheap and convenient hotel for my needs for a weekend following euro 2024. It’s about 2 miles from Dusseldorf train station when walking. Plenty of other transport available.

The good: - Very clean. - Next to a chain grocery store. The bad: - They say reception is open 24/7 on their website but they close at 10 or even 9 pm. So they lie. - The staff was very cold and not smiling at all. Internet was horrible always disconnected. - Far from downtown. - You have to go to reception every time you need a cup of hot water! The rooms utilized the space quite well. It was loud with the tram spot outside and hot so had to keep window open. Breakfast had a really good variety so I’d say that’s worth it. Would stay again especially in non-summer seasons when it isn’t as hot.

The hotel was – despite the "Zentrum" (city center) in its name – 20 minutes from the city center (which is quite a long way considering Düsseldorf's size). Nevertheless, it was easily accessible by tram. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, the room cleaning was very meticulous, and the furnishings were simple but luxurious.

As a business traveler the hotel is a good option

I have always used Ctrip to book hotels for business trips. The service attitude is very good. If there are any problems, they will be solved patiently. The customer service responds quickly. The platform is well-received and the hotel is also well-received!!!

A lovely, spacious room with very helpful staff. I left my keys behind and they alerted me to it by the time I had reached the airport and posted them back out to me. The breakfast was tasty, if maybe a little expensive for what it was. The pizza place next door was excellent and very cheap. Transport to/from the airport couldn't have been easier and the city centre was within walking distance.

The location is very good, just a few steps from the station. The facilities are old considering the price. The shower works well, but the drainage is slow, so water pools at your feet as soon as you turn on the water. I hope they improve this. When I entered the hotel, there was no one at the reception, but when they heard me enter they immediately came out. The receptionist was polite and I was able to check in without any problems. There was a refrigerator with drinks near the reception, so I could quench my thirst without going outside.

If you are staying for few days and you need to be close to the train station is a good option. Bare in mind the hotel has not all the room adapted if you have a disability and you are not able to use the stairs. Make sure you informed them so they will give you a room that you can access using the lift. Breakfast was ok.

This is a nice hotel right on the Rhine river and within walking distance of the conference center. The restaurant is great and the service was top notch. Even with jet lag I couldn't wait for breakfast each morning.

The restaurant was amazing. My room was inside and super small. Only a twin bed and even though I'm 5 feet tall I felt the bed was too small. The walls were really thin because I could hear the neighbors talking and snoring!

Food is good, but they have not much choice and overpriced. It's located 50m from Messe entrance, therefore very practacal for business lunches, but for more than 2 people you rather have to reserve a table upfront. I'm not happy about the sevice, the personel was rude, unpleasant and forgeting what ordered. The view is amazing though if you are placed next to thw windows.

Nice hotel at a very good location. Parking was available, but it was across the street at a location that was a little annoying to get out of. Breakfast was available at extra cost, but we did not include breakfast with our stay.

This is a nice easy hotel option. The room was very clean and a good size. We even got complimentary breakfast because it was one of our birthdays. It's a good 15 minute walk from the station and a far walking distance from the city center

To summarise, it's nice. Good location - okay walking distance from the stores and nice places to see. The room was good and the service as well. Good place to stay as a tourist. The price was also pretty good. Nothing bad to say, but I also can't say the experience was exceptional.

Small but nice Hotel near the train station. Clean rooms, a little noisy but the mattress is good and the bathroom and shower great. The Breakfast was also very good even freshly prepared scrambled eggs. And for just under 50 euros was very good and very cheap!

We were at the hairdressing trade fair this weekend and ended up here. We were extremely satisfied! Online check-in, friendly staff, super modern, perfectly adequate room. Clean, tidy, and modern. Breakfast had a bit of everything and was nicely presented. The price/performance ratio completely exceeded our expectations. 8 minutes by Uber to the hairdresser for €13, perfect!
