Albeit the sauna lights were defect and it takes approximately three flights of stairs to get to the pool and fitness penthouse area, which is fine for the general public but with two elderly travellers it was quite tricky and should be indicated somewhere on the websites

Excellent staff, we were upgraded to a better room after reporting problems with the air conditioning. Very quiet and comfortable, great bed, nice breakfast, BBC tv available

Interesting neighborhood, in Little Japan, a reasonable walk to the old town and very handy for the train station

We could stay in a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet and the hotel bar / restaurant were amazing

The spar is a nice addition and the location of the hotel is really convenient since you’re directly within the Japanese area

It’s paid parking during the day and only free from 9 p. For guests, it would make a big difference if the hotel provided complimentary parking

The location was okay since it’s close to the places we wanted to visit, but if you want to go to Little Tokyo or Altstadt you have to pass the train station, which feels shady and unsafe at night

When I was in my room, I had an immediate call from the receptionist if everything was according to my wish. Although my room was facing a busy street, it was very quiet

The staff were very friendly, rooms had everything we needed. They also had a coffee machine. Location is great, you can walk to the center very easily. If you don't like walking, there is metro to take you there

The place is awesome and maintenance is good. Its near public transportation and easily accessible via tram and s bahn. Receptionist were nice and welcoming.

Very comfortabele rooms, nicely located next to the old Town of Düsseldorf and next to the park. Close to the Rhine river and the art museums. Relatively easy to come by car. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

Good service in the hotel and we really like “the level” room and enjoy the lounge, every time before walking we took some coffee, snacks and desserts, also in the evening, we really enjoyed this possibility you can come there any time you want

The location is very quiet and good for rest. You can either take the tram or walk to the centre. For me, it takes around 20 mins. And the staff is just amazing! They're very smiley and hospitality oriented

Location is fantastic because if you have an flight within the next few days this hotel is near to the Airport so don't worry about that, and it is also easy to go to the city center

It's a nice hotel with fair pricing and not too far from the city center with walking distance to some restaurants and a short tram ride away from most other conveniences

I visit this hotel for my work and as soon as I see the entrance of the hotel it makes me to walk in to the hotel with a smile due to her hospitality

Breakfast is really good and has a wide variety of choices, the rooms are neat and tidy and the sizes are a bit small but it is still very good

They have some parking available, if the hotel is full like when there is exhibition in town it may get full fast

We stayed at this hotel on three different occasions. Beautiful entrance and good breakfast. Rooms might need a bit of interior update, but are spacious and clean overall. Great view of Düsseldorf in every room

Restaurant closed on an evening, only sky bar serving limited food.

The accommodation was clean and the breakfast was OK. When I checked out, they asked me to pay 18 euros. I asked what the charges were and they said I consumed two bottles of drinks from the minibar

Room was completely opposite from what was shown on the pictures but bed was comfy

I never opened the refrigerator. I told the front desk that I did not consume anything. I drank a bottle of Coke, but I bought it from a store outside. You can ask the room attendant to confirm

Then the front desk said that it was all paid, and gave two chocolates and said, I wish you good luck today. They did not ask for city tax either

The service staff is very good, the location is good, quiet, convenient transportation, good living atmosphere, and good hardware

Everything was ok, except you can hear the noise above, kids running around until midnight is quite annoying.

Rooms are very clean and look pretty new. There is a large complimentary bottle of water, lots of coffee and tea, and a refrigerator. Decorations are interesting and align with Dusseldorfs fashion history

Service was very friendly and nice. Location was great because there were buses and trains right outside the hotel. For me personally, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the room was very dusty

He escorted us to the car park in the basement while maintaining electricity. We had a few drinks after dinner at the bar. The prices are pretty reasonable. Room is clean and a small bottle of hand sanitiser provided

The only warm item was from an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were overcooked and difficult to peel

One downside was the room lighting, which occasionally flickered and caused minor inconvenience

The Hotel itself is very nice. Service is very good, very friendly. The Rooms are nice, clean and relatively big. Breakfast is good and a lot. The Hotelbar is also worth a visit.

Located near the tram where you can teach the city center within 15 minutes you can find a very nice business hotel. Large rooms with very comfortable beds

The only small downfall I could find was the quality of the food not being consistent. The veal liver was undercooked, but this fault was duly corrected

While they are acceptable, they seem to have been done last about 10 years ago. The restaurant food was delicious and I was even able to have dessert delivered to my room

Even though the hotel is located in a busy street, we didn't hear any of it and our rooms were directly on the side of the street

The entire hotel was originally a stage facility, and now it has become a tribute to historical performing stars. In fact, it is quite exquisite overall, but the style is not like a business hotel

The breakfast was good freshly baked breads, around 10 kinds of fresh jams, vegan butter, fruits, meats, dried fruits and nuts, cereal, different types of coffee! Loved this place and 100% recommend it! Thanks to the staff and team

Stay in Stage 47 was very pleasant. Room was very comfortable and clean with all facilities. Staff is professional and friendly. I also requested early check in and room was available without additional charge

It's without a doubt the biggest hotel room we ever had! The beds were really comfortable and the room provided free water, has AC, a minibar, a safe,. it honestly has everything you need

The hotel is in a good location, near Sakura Street, about a 10-minute walk from the train station

While the city center of Düsseldorf , especially the Alt Stadt, is clearly suffering from neglect and cheap shops and sad food options , this hotel stands out! We stayed in this hotel because it offers good value for money and is situated in walking distance from the famous shopping street (Köningsallee) and the nightlife of the Altstadt (Old Town)

Very nice location, room not big but clean, all necessaries can be found in the room.

The price was quite cheap so I didn’t expect any amenities and cleanness. However the room and the bathroom was pretty clean and there are a lot of amenities

The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Düsseldorf Central Station, and taxis are easily accessible. It is close to King's Road and 10 minutes' walk from shopping. It is just much more expensive during the exhibition

Good hotel for the price. The only point was that they had mentioned Airco in their hotelrooms. When i came there, they didn't have any airco. Only little fans. The breakfast was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and professional, with a special mention to Robert Hahn at the front desk who helped us with what we needed and even swapped our rooms out when the floor we were previously on was suddenly flooded with loud people who wanted to party

The room are really comfortable, (I would just mention the fact there is no solid soap or so, it's only a liquid soap fixed on the wall for the hair, face, body + also take your washcloth, I didn't receive any during the stay

Relatively basic but clean and comfortable hotel, unbeatable location in Düsseldorf main station. Super convenient as we had to reach several locations by public transportation as well as local train

The staff is so kind and listening to your need ! I booked a single room which had two small bed, and when I arrived, the staff asked me if I wanted to have a single large bed, which was adorable

To be honest I didn't try adjusting the inflatable mattress, as I was very happy with the setting it was already on, but I was intrigued as I've never come across one of these before

The hotel was an easy walk from the main railway station, and I also walked to most of the places I visited in the city centre, though there were tram and bus stops nearby

My only very small gripe is that the soap/shampoo provided was a little too harsh and astringent for me - I would have preferred something gentler on the skin
