Great comfortable hotel with good spa and a restaurant.

When you first come to the hotel, it looks nice but not overwhelming. The quality of the cars parked at the entrance is a good indicator of what to expect. The online images of the lobby do not in any way convey the grandeur of the place The place opens up in a cavernous space, seemingly breaking at least a few laws of nature. excellent in most aspects for a business hotel. most front desk staff are not so friendly or enthusiastic. i waited until 1630 to get my room because it was not cleaned. room aircon didn’t work even with the window closed, but luckily it was cold outside. walking distance to the Rhine riverside park, and following the river brings you to the old town.

The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy. The room is warm. The hotel is in a good location. The view is great. The front desk girl is enthusiastic. The room price is cost-effective. I have more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience.

If you expect any kind of service or help from the employees, this isn’t the right hotel for you. The reception forgot my request for a phone charger despite me asking three times and waiting five hours. Parking in the hotel garage costs 35€ a day.

Loved this relatively new build apartment hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the accommodation is high quality and well maintained. My only slight disappointment is that the few English speaking channels in the tv were all news related. But I know you are supposed to be doing things and not watching tv all the time. Still a couple of movie channels would be helpful fill in down time.

After staying at both the Living hotel and the Adina Apartment hotel first during our lengthy stay in Dusseldorf it was a breath of fresh air to check into 43 and feel the luxury and space we so needed after 7 weeks away from home. Located near the tram where you can teach the city center within 15 minutes you can find a very nice business hotel. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. I chose this hotel as it was closer to the airport than where I had been staying to make catching the morning flight easier. This rooms are in need of a remodel. Overall I think it’s a great hotel for the price, everything is clean and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is a short walk from the main station or a couple of minutes on the tram. Friendly staff on the reception. The room though a little dated was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. I t had a lovely comfortable large double bed. Plenty cafes and eateries close by.

This hotel is like 15 min walking distance to the city center. The hotel is old and due for a restoration, as written in many rewies. But we were positively surprised how spacious the rooms are! The room was small but clean. The elevator was old and had to be opened manually. There was a small park on the street, which I could see through the window. There were sounds of children playing, and I fell asleep peacefully with the sounds.

Everything was ok, except you can hear the noise above, kids running around until midnight is quite annoying.

Indigo Düsseldorf is a real charm. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The attentiveness of the team, facilities and room were top notch, highly recommended and high value for money. To the hotel staff, would be great to have a curtain for the beautiful round window 🪟😊

Rooms are very clean and look pretty new. There is a large complimentary bottle of water, lots of coffee and tea, and a refrigerator. Decorations are interesting and align with Dusseldorfs fashion history. Booked a standard room and thought size was pretty spacious with desk, chair with ottoman, and spacious closets. Very close to the metro, in a quiet area, quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby. The cafe downstairs with buffet table breakfasts is wonderful. Don't miss it. The price for the room was more than reasonable. We were totally happy. Buffet table breakfasts, really good menu. Good coffee and meat snacks. Clean, spacious, nice design. The single room is small i can't move around much but it's ok. And it's extremely hot i have a fever every night and morning. It’s a shame what we do to people now is that carrying my luggage can lead to a lack of staff. Otherwise it's close to konigsallee and the tram it's pretty good.

The price was quite cheap so I didn’t expect any amenities and cleanness. However the room and the bathroom was pretty clean and there are a lot of amenities. Especially I was so happy when I found a coffee machine with 3 coffee capsules and teas. I am very satisfied and would like to stay here again.

The location of NH chain hotels is good, and it takes ten minutes to walk to the Blue River. The windows are not soundproofed. There are several restaurants and bars downstairs of this hotel, and there are drunkards howling at three or four in the night.

The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Düsseldorf Central Station, and taxis are easily accessible. Breakfast is good. It is close to King's Road and 10 minutes' walk from shopping. It is just much more expensive during the exhibition.

Close enough to the train station. The executive rooms are a bit too much on the technology that is not that useful. Housekeeping disturbs you even though you set the do not disturb sign outside your door. The breakfast is ok.

This hotel was perfect for a short visit to Dusseldorf by myself. I booked a 'comfort' single room, which was spacious for a single person and had a generously-wide single bed. To be honest I didn't try adjusting the inflatable mattress, as I was very happy with the setting it was already on, but I was intrigued as I've never come across one of these before. The location is not too far from hbf and the room is quite spacious. It’s an old building and room feature.

A bit old atmosphere, but for the rest a nice hotel. Breakfast is very good. People are friendly. Location is perfect next to Altstad. Everything is walkable, but if you want a cheap Uber or a Lime step or bike are around the corner. Rooms are outdated, at least the one we were in. Bathroom very small, but shower nice and warm. Bed was good size, but also bit old. So I didn't have the best night sleep

Possibly to have Continental/Japanese/German/ breakfast. Especially JP breakfast is offer Miso soup, Natto, Shimesaba and rice every morning. Free WIFI is not belong to hotel. Need to select " telecom " then, click start by own devices. Then, the hotel located near by typical Japanese district " Immerman Strasse ". You can find so many JP cuisine. ( Ramen, Tempura, Soba, washoku )

The hotel and the room were visually appealing and well-maintained. However, my experience was impacted by a party next to the hotel. The music was so loud that it felt like it was playing inside the room, despite being on the 6th floor, and I couldn’t sleep until 3 AM.
