What a pleasure it was to stay at this hotel. I was a bit skeptical at first , as I lived in Düsseldorf for a long time and used to know the original old Breidenbacher Hof very well

The BEST hotel experience we have ever had! The hotel is exquisite, so easy to get to, the perfect location, wonderful pool and mainly the staff is the best in the industry

The spa area on the 7th floor with a view of the train station is a dream, as is the bar and the restaurant

only big concern is that we had a room that looks directly on a very very dark wall in addition to the station side, we could hear the noise of the trains. the hotel is a bit far from the center

Very clean and tidy rooms. Extremely friendly service. Restaurants catering for vegans. Outside parking as well as underground parking available for €3 a night. Pool by the terrace. Highly recommended.

Very clean room. Hotel in a very quiet area. Although it's a little outdated, items in room and restaurant area brand new. I think that removing carpets from rooms would make them look much younger and fresh.

My room very spacious and it was great to be able to open one of the two windows widely. This was important due to the hot weather. No air conditioning and I did not think to ask for a fan

It was a good experience, the hotel room is big enough, clean, so comfortable. Good hotel for staycation, because it is in a quiet area. The hotel is near from supermarket and drugstore

The hotel is very welcoming with every member of staff friendly and attentive. My suitcase was taken care of while the room was being prepared and a member of the restaurant team gave me a bottle of water

Very well located, close to motorways, trains, petrol station, etc. Staff very helpful and meals were great. We got a fantastic price too for 3 nights, about £120. Nice room, lovely and clean.

I had a early flight and hotel let me use the room a couple hours earlier than regular check-in time

The hotel is located just next to the airport within walking distance. Rooms can be a little outdated, but they are super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a 10/10 and the staff very friendly

It's too bad all of the restaurants/ bars are not available likely due to demand or staffing, but overall, it's a great experience and walking to the airport in a couple of minutes makes it my go to hotel in the city

Didn’t have much of a chance to use the other amenities, but the fitness center, pool, etc

Perfect for a stop over before an early morning flight. Rooms are large, comfy and quiet. I got a good night's sleep ready for the early start next day. Literally 3-5 mins walk to departures.

And given we're on top floor it is very warm. A good selection of spirits although bar man was not so warm-up try tzble service. Rooms on arrival lived up to expectations for a 5 star international hotel brand

When you first come to the hotel, it looks nice but not overwhelming. The quality of the cars parked at the entrance is a good indicator of what to expect

The amenities provided are of good value (the washing product did smell very good) The hotel provides complimentary access to the spa nearby, in this facility you will find a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym etc

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, I found some flaws (some nail in a bath mat not belonging to me and minibar red wine had turned bad), but overall this hotel is really good value for money TIP: there are 3 curtains, don't forget the first one if you want a dark room

The hotel building is some kind of fancy metallic structure, with a nicely decorated ground floor and a big open space (10 floors) in the middle of the building. Everywhere in the hotel the decoration has a modern vibe

Next you get a coffee station (nespresso) and a tea drawer; below is the minibar stuff. The bed is a large one with good pillow / beddings. There's a sofa near the bed  and next to it a desk with a chair

So some parts of the hotel are a little dated, we were lucky to be upgraded to a suite which was perfectly clean and very nice with loads of space, the only negative about the room was that the fridge was broken, however we could live with that

The executive lounge was closed for refurbishment so instead there was an area of the restaurant set aside - we had a great choice of wine, beers and sandwiches/cakes every night - there was also one hot dish which changed daily

The breakfast at the hotel was incredible, perfect bacon, the best fried eggs I've ever had in a hotel and great choice of breads, the continental section was also superb

We had a great experience with this Hilton. Had a small hiccup at check-in (room not ready at 2:30pm). But afterwards, I as a Gold Member got upgraded to the best suite

The bar was also great with lovely hard working staff. Would definitely book this hotel again if visiting Dusseldorf

Had a lovely trip to the Christmas markets. Booked a room and were lucky to get a free upgrade to a suite. Very spacious, but the bathroom was a bit outdated, with the shower in the bathtub

The location is perfect, very close to the metro and walking distance to Altstadt. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were all very pleasant to work with

I stayed at the Clayton for six nights while traveling for work. I’ve been to Düsseldorf many times. This was my first stay here and I will definitely be back

I have issues sleeping, but I had no issues here as it was not noisy. The size of the rooms and bathroom is slightly small, but perfect for what I needed

The only negative that I have is that there is not a café in the lobby, I walked about a block away each morning to get my latte, which was not a huge deal

He escorted us to the car park in the basement while maintaining electricity. We had a few drinks after dinner at the bar. The prices are pretty reasonable. Room is clean and a small bottle of hand sanitiser provided

Food is great. Rooms are very clean and tidy. During COVID they have maintained all the rules and regulations really well for the safety of customers. Friendly staff. What more do you want from a good hotel.

Very nice hotel in the vicinity of Dusseldorf airport. If you want to walk from airport, you can take direct foot over bridge which ends near the stair of the hotel. Nice restaurants inside the hotel

Front desk were very pleasant, the room was nice and spacious. Town centre was only a short walk away, or short taxi ride. Would recommend to a friend if they were visiting dusseldorf.

Room is quiet convenient and clean. Have not tried their breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Hotel is near the city and there are supermarkets and restaurants around

There is also a very nice park nearby for relaxing morning walks

Staff is friendly, checking in and out were easy. The hotel has a nice central location from where it’s convenient to work attend business calls. The reason for four stars were the room maintenance, which could be better

I can't think of anything bad to say about this property. It's pretty, it's well run and it's unique without being over the top. If you're visiting Dusseldorf you must stay here, you won't regret it

It is modern, clean, upbeat hotel located conveniently in the center of Dusseldorf. Besides that hotel is beautiful, service is top notch. Staff is always eager to help and truly cares about your stay

Top class Hyatt Regency. Very nice rooms and great service. Good breakfast however the breakfast in the lounge could be slightly better. The location is beautiful and relatively central.

If you are looking for hotel in/around Dusseldorf area this hotel is a must

Hotel location is not great, there’s not a lot to do there. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are decent enough. Bathroom is moldy, which is a shame as most is on the walls and should be easy enough to remove.

The room I had was big, quiet and clean with a good bed, but honestly, also dated. In spite of that the employees made my short stay a marvellous one. I have had a very nice lunch and a great breakfast

I would like to mention Sergey, an employee of the restaurant and thank him for his outstanding service. He has all the characteristics you need in hospitality, also the ones you can not learn

I do recommend this hotel. Has a free parking nearby and a U77 station 200m across the street. Nice room and good service. I was in the city for Drupa and it was a fantastic option.

The hotel was good with decent rooms and great services. The hotel restaurant had great food options and the service there was also good. The only problem I had was with the WiFi

i have been stayed almost 1 month. Great ,clean ,helpfull personel. city center is 15 mins by walk. But just one problem is internet. internet speed is very very very low. cant watch series or film or video

Decent enough room but the reception staff were really unhelpful when contacted to see if my son's passport had been left in the room. I phoned and was asked to call back in 10 minutes

The Hotel has been recently Renovated. The rooms are hrll and friendly and in cream/White. The bathroom is clean and is cleaned every day properly. The service staff is nice and friendly. The Breakfast rich and varied

We just needed peace of mind to watch the football. We ended up getting a taxi from the football Arena to find both receptionists twiddling their thumbs - none of whom could be bothered checking the room

even they tell u that if you take care your room and clean lets say, they offer you a cocktail. no water no slippers at the room. at the end how much costs? its a pity you stay nh hotels and you faced this

Gorgeous, new hotel, everything is just perfect. A restaurant requires special attention. The food, quality, range, speed of cooking, service, wine by the glass, the correct temperature of the wine is simply gorgeous

Excellent position near Aldstadt, Rhine, K21 Museum and UBahn. Breakfast was great, especially nice and efficient staff. Rooms were older style but clean, comfortable, good showers and amenities

Positive: The bed and the breakfast are pretty good (extra point to the guy making the omelettes, so nice) Negative: The swimming pool & sauna closed for several months, super basic amenities (forgot my toothpaste, there wasn't any available when asked at reception + there was no body gel in my room as the bottle was completely empty)

And the stadium around 10 minutes. The hotel doesn't look nice from outside but inside it's quite modern. Before breakfast my wife checked us out and she said that the lady seemed not to be happy to work on a Sunday

Yesterday we waited for a while to be able to check in as the front desk was crowded but then Deborah checked us in with a lovely smile and we fell very welcomed. She was absolutely amazing and professional

I am sitting here with my family at breakfast. It's a great breakfast with a vast variety. We all feel welcomed here and the location is perfect. The city centre is 5 minutes away from the hotel

The service here was very good, my kids wanted a late night snack so we headed downstairs and to our surprise, complimentary pastries and the restaurant had delicious wine and beer

First of all the quality for housekeeping is really good. Not only clean and quite👍🏻 Furthermore, front desk Anamarija really helpful and also the breakfast employee on the 10/15

This hotel was exactly what we needed for our family of five. The room was more than enough space for all of us. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the down pillows

There is parking in the basement but it's paid parking i. 15 EUR per day, so better ask upfront rather than paying 30 EUR upon check out for a 2 day stay. But free public parking space is available just 5 mins away

Though be cautious of time coz if u r 1 min above the breakfast serving time but in the middle of eating, you won't be able to get a coffee and you don't want to ruin your day 😉

Only the cattle was dropping a lot and there was condensation on the windows, but it was well noted by stuff and could be fixed if we had told earlier. Breakfast wasn't Included in our stay

Located near the tram where you can teach the city center within 15 minutes you can find a very nice business hotel. Large rooms with very comfortable beds

My bed was a bit uncomfortable (unstable on its feet, too soft pillow) although matress was ok. I missed the rooftop bar which, given the height and view, should be quite an experience at sunset and night time

Very good selection for breakfast. It is away from the city (airport area) so no local restaurants in the area apart from the one in the hotel which serves a selection of meals for every taste

Works fine for one night stayover

There are 2 bus stops around the hotel that would take you back to the airport and from there there is public transport everywhere. The area is very quiet and full of office buildings

By default there is no kettle in the room, you need to ask for one and they will send it to your room if you need it. The room is spacious and quiet

Only negative was that the room air con was rather noisy and ineffective. Not a problem in the Winter as you just open the window. Location is a few minutes from a S Bahn station and Tram stop

You can get to the airport in 10 mins on the S Bahn and its only a couple of minutes on the tram to the old town

We stayed here for one night to have a short break and enjoyed our stay. The sauna is very small and can only fit four people. Breakfast was great and the staff wonderful. The view is unbeatable!

Nice Place, friendly & attentive staff, multilingual, Cocktails at top floor with amazing view, Caipirinha needs improvement though 😉 - another goodie’s the sauna also with amazing city views - sadly when we were it wasn’t possible to really enjoy the recreational benefits of it since people were doin’ their stock market telcons in the chill out area
