Excellent staff, we were upgraded to a better room after reporting problems with the air conditioning. Very quiet and comfortable, great bed, nice breakfast, BBC tv available

Interesting neighborhood, in Little Japan, a reasonable walk to the old town and very handy for the train station

The only downsides were that parking came at an extra cost of €30 per day, which felt a bit expensive, and the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work properly at night, making the room uncomfortably hot and affecting my sleep

The welcome was friendly, and although we chose to use the self check-in stations in the entrance area, the process worked perfectly and was super convenient

One of the best stays I’ve had in Düsseldorf so far – I will definitely stay again! The receptionists were fantastic, and the room was amazing

It’s paid parking during the day and only free from 9 p. For guests, it would make a big difference if the hotel provided complimentary parking

When I was in my room, I had an immediate call from the receptionist if everything was according to my wish. Although my room was facing a busy street, it was very quiet

The staff were very friendly, rooms had everything we needed. They also had a coffee machine. Location is great, you can walk to the center very easily. If you don't like walking, there is metro to take you there

Absolutely recommendable! we got a nice size room on 7th floor to the rear (overlooking the train station was not an issue for us since an overnighter only and we had only 200mtr to walk for our Dinner Yes, it is next to the train station and together with 2 other hotels

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel.☺️ The service, breakfast, location and rooms are really good. It’s near the main station (approximately 3 minutes). We can recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Düsseldorf. :)

Spacious and clean rooms and it was quiet during the weekday, central location super easy access with the metro around the entrance, easy to get taxi/Uber around

Very comfortabele rooms, nicely located next to the old Town of Düsseldorf and next to the park. Close to the Rhine river and the art museums. Relatively easy to come by car. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

Good service in the hotel and we really like “the level” room and enjoy the lounge, every time before walking we took some coffee, snacks and desserts, also in the evening, we really enjoyed this possibility you can come there any time you want

The buffet breakfast similarly offers a satisfying variety. The location is also very enjoyable with the park across the quiet road. It’s so lovely to have a place to walk, rest and relax

Location is decent, close to the Hbf station but in a quiet neighborhood. Room is clean and tidy, but the chair in the room is so painful to sit on

They have a scheme that if you don't need room cleaning you can get a free drink coupon. Breakfast has a lot of variety. You have savory and sweet options, and both are delicious in their tastes!

Carpet (on the floors leading up to the room) stinks and looks like it is in urgent need of cleaning. Walls scratched and dirty, renovation necessary. Breakfast is good, nice service staff in the breakfast area

The main reason this is a 3-star rating is because we had a very unfortunate situation with the parking. We knew we would be arriving late after a long and tiring drive, so we called in advance to pre-book parking

Unfortunately, upon our arrival at midnight we were informed that the parking is full and we needed to find street parking which took us an additional 45 minutes after an already tiring day

It is very suitable for morning and evening walks. The luxury shopping mall King's Avenue is on the right side of the door. You can go shopping at any time. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea are online

We had booked 115, but unfortunately someone was still in the room so they upgraded us to Schloss Jagerhof Suite 207, which was outstanding. The Jones Brasserie was really nice as was the Lounge/bar in the evening

Very satisfactory stay experience. There is a lake view and park white swans, mandarin ducks and pigeons on the left side of the door. The natural environment is beautiful

This hotel is my home away from home in Dusseldorf! Close to everything, guitars available to play, amazing rooms, just hands down a top-notch experience! The staff are really helpful when checking in, and you get 2 free drinks if you opt out of daily room service. Speaking of drinks, they are delish, and the night staff at the bar, Jesus and Andreas, were so nice to us

This hotel was our first experience with Düsseldorf and it was a great choice. Great location, not too far from the airport and right next to the train station, as well as some of the best food and beer places around

Breakfast was perfect with plenty of options (also vegetarian and vegan) and the staff were friendly and attentive. Parking was available in the nearby Q-Park (3 minutes walk) with a maximum day rate of 30 euro’s

Absolutely lovely three night stay here. The room was huge with a kind of separated living area and separate toilet and bathroom which made it feel super spacious. Extremely clean and the bed was huge and comfortable

Close to the centre, underground parking and perfect for a visit to the Messe Düsseldorf. But very outdated, mold in the bathroom and some uninsulated cabling. Big rooms, plenty of storage and big windows that open.

Retro Hotel. Nice big rooms and quite near from the center with the tram. You even get tram and metro tickets for your whole stay from the Hotel. Very friendly staff too.

The Lessing-Hotel offers FREE WiFi. There is a Parking Garage available for very reasonable Euro 15,- for a Day. Breakfast was great, with a large Selection and Variety of Food

The entire hotel was originally a stage facility, and now it has become a tribute to historical performing stars. In fact, it is quite exquisite overall, but the style is not like a business hotel

The hotel was very well located, right in the busy area. Many restaurants around and just 8-10 minutes walk from the main station. It was very well kept and was clean

The room was big enough for 2 people, a king sized bed and a huuuuge sofa kind chair was provided in addition to a TV, espresso machine and coffee and tea supplies

The bathroom door was see-through and anyone outside could clearly see someone on the toilet or in the shower. Maybe not a problem for partners, but for two friends we had to warn each other when we would be in there
