Brilliant hotel! All the staff are nice and helpful. My Wife and I came early to check in and they were very accommodating. We appreciated it as we had lots of luggage and a lot of time to kill

Close walk to train station! The front desk workers were so incredibly nice. The AC worked well and the beds were shockingly comfortable. I couldn't believe how quiet this hotel was

Very kind people, always willing help with your requests. The living room has amendments for office work. Comfortable chairs, on table ac plugs for computer

The breakfast was actually very good and we loved the fancy coffee machines at the buffet! Great cappuccinos. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is decent, close to the Hbf station but in a quiet neighborhood. Room is clean and tidy, but the chair in the room is so painful to sit on

They have a scheme that if you don't need room cleaning you can get a free drink coupon. Breakfast has a lot of variety. You have savory and sweet options, and both are delicious in their tastes!

Carpet (on the floors leading up to the room) stinks and looks like it is in urgent need of cleaning. Walls scratched and dirty, renovation necessary. Breakfast is good, nice service staff in the breakfast area

The main reason this is a 3-star rating is because we had a very unfortunate situation with the parking. We knew we would be arriving late after a long and tiring drive, so we called in advance to pre-book parking

Unfortunately, upon our arrival at midnight we were informed that the parking is full and we needed to find street parking which took us an additional 45 minutes after an already tiring day

And given we're on top floor it is very warm. A good selection of spirits although bar man was not so warm-up try tzble service. Rooms on arrival lived up to expectations for a 5 star international hotel brand

When you first come to the hotel, it looks nice but not overwhelming. The quality of the cars parked at the entrance is a good indicator of what to expect

The hotel building is some kind of fancy metallic structure, with a nicely decorated ground floor and a big open space (10 floors) in the middle of the building. Everywhere in the hotel the decoration has a modern vibe

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, I found some flaws (some nail in a bath mat not belonging to me and minibar red wine had turned bad), but overall this hotel is really good value for money TIP: there are 3 curtains, don't forget the first one if you want a dark room

The amenities provided are of good value (the washing product did smell very good) The hotel provides complimentary access to the spa nearby, in this facility you will find a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym etc

Next you get a coffee station (nespresso) and a tea drawer; below is the minibar stuff. The bed is a large one with good pillow / beddings. There's a sofa near the bed  and next to it a desk with a chair

Overall, I can recommend the hotel. The location is right at the central, and all the main attractions are easily accessible. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating

The dinner was excellent, the food delicious, the service and the attention of the staff were also outstanding

Had a lovely trip to the Christmas markets. Booked a room and were lucky to get a free upgrade to a suite. Very spacious, but the bathroom was a bit outdated, with the shower in the bathtub

I loved the cocktail bar in the main lobby, great for entertaining clients. With a very good selection to choose from and a very friendly bartender willing to offer suggestions

The location is perfect, very close to the metro and walking distance to Altstadt. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were all very pleasant to work with

Everything about the rooms here was comfortable. Nice bar/cafe and a variety of gathering spaces in the lobby. 24 hours self serve center for snacks and drinks

In the central part of the city, near the station. It would be appropriate to say that this hotel is, without exaggeration, one of the best in Dusseldorf. While in this city, be sure to stay here

Staff is friendly, checking in and out were easy. The hotel has a nice central location from where it’s convenient to work attend business calls. The reason for four stars were the room maintenance, which could be better

Pretty good hotel in the middle of the city. Very good breakfast with a great selection of food. Not that big but for most of the common workouts it's worth it. There are also nicce places around to grab some food

The location is great due to easy access to public transport. Rooms are nice and clean. Service was great.

Gorgeous, new hotel, everything is just perfect. A restaurant requires special attention. The food, quality, range, speed of cooking, service, wine by the glass, the correct temperature of the wine is simply gorgeous

Excellent position near Aldstadt, Rhine, K21 Museum and UBahn. Breakfast was great, especially nice and efficient staff. Rooms were older style but clean, comfortable, good showers and amenities

Only the cattle was dropping a lot and there was condensation on the windows, but it was well noted by stuff and could be fixed if we had told earlier. Breakfast wasn't Included in our stay

We had to move here from a different accommodation during the middle of the night. The gentlemen at the reception helped with every request we had even though it was past midnight

The staff were very friendly and professional, with a special mention to Robert Hahn at the front desk who helped us with what we needed and even swapped our rooms out when the floor we were previously on was suddenly flooded with loud people who wanted to party

The room are really comfortable, (I would just mention the fact there is no solid soap or so, it's only a liquid soap fixed on the wall for the hair, face, body + also take your washcloth, I didn't receive any during the stay

Price per night wasn’t too expensive but the service was really worth!! The boss and all staffs were very kind and welcomed ! They ve helped me lots with my early check in and late departure for keeping my luggage

Basic hotel, about 15min walk from the main shopping area and 20min from the central train station. A small room, no minibar and room service finishes at 10PM

We stayed here for one night to have a short break and enjoyed our stay. The sauna is very small and can only fit four people. Breakfast was great and the staff wonderful. The view is unbeatable!

One star is missing because we were missing towels, cover in our bed was really small - like for single person and pillows smelled old and dusty. Shower in the bathroom also smelled bad even if it was clean

hello, I would like to start recommending this place to you! First, the rooftop is a fabulous experience though they need to put hot drinks on the menu, also the backyard and the bar are awesome! And the staff is very friendly and lovely! If your flight is earlier and didn’t get the chance to apply for early check-in; they will take good care of your luggage

The staff are really helpful when checking in, and you get 2 free drinks if you opt out of daily room service. Speaking of drinks, they are delish, and the night staff at the bar, Jesus and Andreas, were so nice to us

This hotel was our first experience with Düsseldorf and it was a great choice. Great location, not too far from the airport and right next to the train station, as well as some of the best food and beer places around

Not even 5 minutes to main station. If you're very very tall, sitting on the toilet might be an issue. Other than that small issue the room offers exactly what you need for a city/business trip

Large modern hotel. Very clean and bright. The rooms are spacious, the Windows large. The rooms include a safe, a coffee machine, Slippers. No Minibar, oddly enough. The service is impeccable. The Breakfast is decent.
