Beautiful hotel with well-appointed room…. Ask for one with exterior view. Good restaurant, excellent breakfast and very cozy bar. Free access to adjoining gym, pool and sauna complex

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, I found some flaws (some nail in a bath mat not belonging to me and minibar red wine had turned bad), but overall this hotel is really good value for money TIP: there are 3 curtains, don't forget the first one if you want a dark room

When you first come to the hotel, it looks nice but not overwhelming. The quality of the cars parked at the entrance is a good indicator of what to expect

The amenities provided are of good value (the washing product did smell very good) The hotel provides complimentary access to the spa nearby, in this facility you will find a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym etc

Next you get a coffee station (nespresso) and a tea drawer; below is the minibar stuff. The bed is a large one with good pillow / beddings. There's a sofa near the bed  and next to it a desk with a chair

We stayed at Hotel Kö59 Düsseldorf for three nights in their Suite, and it was an amazing experience! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Reversing back down the narrow ramp wasn’t an option, and the call button summoned… absolutely no one. After a long, mildly humiliating walk to the lobby, I was told—incorrectly—that I hadn’t paid for parking

Exiting the garage turned into a recurring battle of wills between me, a malfunctioning gate, and a complete lack of staff response. The first time we tried to leave, our prepaid parking ticket was rejected

(My reservation and the stamped ticket said otherwise. ) The receptionist “fixed” it, but surprise: the same issue happened again the next day. Turns out, the gate itself was faulty

So if you’re coming by car (as most sane people would), you’re basically forced to use the hotel’s underground garage. And for that honor, you’ll be charged 25€ per day

So maybe don’t gaslight your guests when the tech is clearly broken? Thankfully, we were able to use the small surface lot where our cursed ticket somehow worked

For a garage that isn’t exactly bursting at the seams with demand. You’d think for that price, the experience would be seamless

The room was really nice and clean, with comfortable beds and good view outside the window. It’s close to the city center and it takes only 10 minutes to walk. The staff are very friendly and nice

The room is quite good, more spacious than ibis, but there is no refrigerator. It is a 7-minute walk to the public transportation and light rail. There is a large public space in the lobby on the first floor

Good to have Sky Sports Top Event in room, meant I could watch Spurs v Chelsea before going out in the evening! The bathroom was really good with a powerful shower

This is a really good modern hoilday inn. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed

Nice Place, friendly & attentive staff, multilingual, Cocktails at top floor with amazing view, Caipirinha needs improvement though 😉 - another goodie’s the sauna also with amazing city views - sadly when we were it wasn’t possible to really enjoy the recreational benefits of it since people were doin’ their stock market telcons in the chill out area

Access: 18 minutes walk from Düsseldorf Central Station, and the train station is next door so it only takes a few minutes. It was about a 10-minute walk from the nearby station. I think the access is quite good

Great location opposite the hotel there is free parking you can reach the city center by public transport in 10 minutes we would be happy to come back

I was shocked that the bath was made of transparent glass. Also, a city tax of a few euros is charged. Overall, I'm glad I stayed at this hotel. I felt that the service and amenities were solid

The highlight was undoubtedly the fantastic, high-quality breakfast. The selection and freshness of the food were outstanding. The entire hotel was exceptionally quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep

I didnt use the Restaurant so i cannot advise on that but thr Bar is comfortable ,but service can be slow when busy ,only to be expected

The Van Der Valk hotel is absolutely stunning inside, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable

It is very suitable for morning and evening walks. The luxury shopping mall King's Avenue is on the right side of the door. You can go shopping at any time. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea are online

We had booked 115, but unfortunately someone was still in the room so they upgraded us to Schloss Jagerhof Suite 207, which was outstanding. The Jones Brasserie was really nice as was the Lounge/bar in the evening

Very satisfactory stay experience. There is a lake view and park white swans, mandarin ducks and pigeons on the left side of the door. The natural environment is beautiful

It is a clean and good hotel. I went there for a business trip and was very satisfied and the breakfast was good. There are especially many Chinese customers. However, the transportation nearby seems a bit far.

A very nice hotel! With beautiful rooms and beautiful lounge at the ground floor! The service was fast and easy they spoke English and german and many more languages very impressive… They were very kind and friendly which is very important! The location was lovely i would say only one negative thing but its temporarily the bathroom at the lounge is closed due to construction but they give you a card...

Hotel is good in almost aspects, free parking is for VIP, but not room upgrade

This brand new hotel is situated near the Dusseldorf train station. The location is fabulous as everything is right there at a stone's throw away. A super friendly and professional named Sonia checked us in

A few hundred meters by foot and you are in "Little Tokyo" - "the home of the largest Japanese community in Germany". The price is moderate and perfectly acceptable. I will definitely come back again

Additionally, the staff was helpful, well-trained, and happy to help. I had a few virtual meetings and the room had a nice space to get those done. Also, nearby was a fabulous Indian restaurant

Indigo Düsseldorf is a real charm. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The attentiveness of the team, facilities and room were top notch, highly recommended and high value for money

Rooms are very clean and look pretty new. There is a large complimentary bottle of water, lots of coffee and tea, and a refrigerator. Decorations are interesting and align with Dusseldorfs fashion history

Booked a standard room and thought size was pretty spacious with desk, chair with ottoman, and spacious closets. About 20 minute walk to old town and 45 minutes along the river down to Medienhafen area

Hotel is next to the highway. It is easy to find. Also next to  a Tesla Supercharger which is very convenient for my roadtrip. Breakfast is nice in the morning. Good deal.

The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Düsseldorf Central Station, and taxis are easily accessible. It is close to King's Road and 10 minutes' walk from shopping. It is just much more expensive during the exhibition

To be honest I didn't try adjusting the inflatable mattress, as I was very happy with the setting it was already on, but I was intrigued as I've never come across one of these before

The hotel was an easy walk from the main railway station, and I also walked to most of the places I visited in the city centre, though there were tram and bus stops nearby

My only very small gripe is that the soap/shampoo provided was a little too harsh and astringent for me - I would have preferred something gentler on the skin
