Best Hotels in Dusseldorf

We don’t think that people wondering around the lobby area with food is a good idea

Especially the bathroom was very comfortable with a large and good working shower. There is a parking garage below the building which you can use as a visitor, but the 30 euro price is a bit insane in my opinion

Very kind people, always willing help with your requests. The living room has amendments for office work. Comfortable chairs, on table ac plugs for computer

Abbas, the bartender makes you feel unique and comfortable, like home. Definitely an asset for the hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. However, the breakfast experience was far from satisfactory

On top of that, the staff did not exhibit professional behavior, and it seemed like they had reserved tables for other German-speaking guests, leaving the rest of us struggling to find a seat

For the price you pay, you get an excellent product. Staff was very friendly, rooms are standard but good and they have a nice little gym and spa. Food was also fine. Would definitely stay here again

Maritim Dusseldorf is really good for the price. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfy, and the bathrooms well designed with nice fixtures

It's too bad all of the restaurants/ bars are not available likely due to demand or staffing, but overall, it's a great experience and walking to the airport in a couple of minutes makes it my go to hotel in the city

The rooms were very spacious and clean, with big windows and air conditioning. The hotel offers a good sauna, swimming pool, and gym

I had a early flight and hotel let me use the room a couple hours earlier than regular check-in time

The hotel is located just next to the airport within walking distance. Rooms can be a little outdated, but they are super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a 10/10 and the staff very friendly

And given we're on top floor it is very warm. A good selection of spirits although bar man was not so warm-up try tzble service. Rooms on arrival lived up to expectations for a 5 star international hotel brand

When you first come to the hotel, it looks nice but not overwhelming. The quality of the cars parked at the entrance is a good indicator of what to expect

The amenities provided are of good value (the washing product did smell very good) The hotel provides complimentary access to the spa nearby, in this facility you will find a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym etc

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, I found some flaws (some nail in a bath mat not belonging to me and minibar red wine had turned bad), but overall this hotel is really good value for money TIP: there are 3 curtains, don't forget the first one if you want a dark room

Next you get a coffee station (nespresso) and a tea drawer; below is the minibar stuff. The bed is a large one with good pillow / beddings. There's a sofa near the bed  and next to it a desk with a chair

The hotel building is some kind of fancy metallic structure, with a nicely decorated ground floor and a big open space (10 floors) in the middle of the building. Everywhere in the hotel the decoration has a modern vibe

The breakfast at the hotel was incredible, perfect bacon, the best fried eggs I've ever had in a hotel and great choice of breads, the continental section was also superb

We had a great experience with this Hilton. Had a small hiccup at check-in (room not ready at 2:30pm). But afterwards, I as a Gold Member got upgraded to the best suite

So some parts of the hotel are a little dated, we were lucky to be upgraded to a suite which was perfectly clean and very nice with loads of space, the only negative about the room was that the fridge was broken, however we could live with that

The executive lounge was closed for refurbishment so instead there was an area of the restaurant set aside - we had a great choice of wine, beers and sandwiches/cakes every night - there was also one hot dish which changed daily

The bar was also great with lovely hard working staff. Would definitely book this hotel again if visiting Dusseldorf

Well after seeing some of the negative reviews we almost cancelled, so glad we didn't

The food in the restaurant was good, the service was slow but that was to be expected given the sudden influx of guests (although perhaps the hotel could have drafted in more staff once it wa clear the airport was closed)

The receptionist at the front desk is extremely helpful and polite. He provided all the information we needed during our stay. On the second day after we check out

Enjoyed the stay. Nice hotel and staff. Just a stone's throw from the airport. However, breakfast cost on a higher end. Overall, good experience

He escorted us to the car park in the basement while maintaining electricity. We had a few drinks after dinner at the bar. The prices are pretty reasonable. Room is clean and a small bottle of hand sanitiser provided

I have stayed almost 100 times at this hotel over the past 12 years and have nothing but positive to report. The personnel is exceptional, the rooms are clean and spacious

Hotel location is not great, there’s not a lot to do there. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are decent enough. Bathroom is moldy, which is a shame as most is on the walls and should be easy enough to remove.

The room I had was big, quiet and clean with a good bed, but honestly, also dated. In spite of that the employees made my short stay a marvellous one. I have had a very nice lunch and a great breakfast

I do recommend this hotel. Has a free parking nearby and a U77 station 200m across the street. Nice room and good service. I was in the city for Drupa and it was a fantastic option.

The hotel was good with decent rooms and great services. The hotel restaurant had great food options and the service there was also good. The only problem I had was with the WiFi

Location is fine for my needs. Service in general is good, however checking in or checking out takes too long, it seems they have a slow IT system

I would like to mention Sergey, an employee of the restaurant and thank him for his outstanding service. He has all the characteristics you need in hospitality, also the ones you can not learn

My son ended up going up to the room himself and fortunately the passport was exactly where he said it would be. We returned to the arena and got a flight back home after the game

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Dusseldorf. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. Only downside there was a fire alert making everyone having to evacuate the hotel in the middle of the night

Rooms fine and clean with minibar. You can choose - if you do not need to clean your room you can take 1 drink in the bar downstairs which is quite great

Parking underground, It can happend that there will be no space, especially during the fairs. Great breakfast, beer average

even they tell u that if you take care your room and clean lets say, they offer you a cocktail. no water no slippers at the room. at the end how much costs? its a pity you stay nh hotels and you faced this

breakfast is not super but ok. very standart, as i said its ok. dont make a mistake to take alacarte dinner. very bad service and no taste. even burger is better from any chain

One of the best part for me was the wonderful breakfast, it has so much variety and everything is excellent, from fresh juices to eggs/milk/butter, fruit really good and fresh

Excellent position near Aldstadt, Rhine, K21 Museum and UBahn. Breakfast was great, especially nice and efficient staff. Rooms were older style but clean, comfortable, good showers and amenities

It’s a courtyard so outer rooms may get some street noise (we stayed during Euro Cup) but the windows cut it pretty well

The room was lovely and clean, very spacious. The bathroom was really nice with a glass door and the shower was really good. The bed was really comfy, got a really good nights sleep out of it.

The accommodation was very amazing, service was excellent and staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful They also have luggage storage which facilitates leaving my bags into it safely

And the stadium around 10 minutes. The hotel doesn't look nice from outside but inside it's quite modern. Before breakfast my wife checked us out and she said that the lady seemed not to be happy to work on a Sunday

When we are staying in the hotel it's very important to have good facilities and equialent to that is very important to have helpful staff. The Front desk team are doing a really amazing job

Positive: The bed and the breakfast are pretty good (extra point to the guy making the omelettes, so nice) Negative: The swimming pool & sauna closed for several months, super basic amenities (forgot my toothpaste, there wasn't any available when asked at reception + there was no body gel in my room as the bottle was completely empty)

The service here was very good, my kids wanted a late night snack so we headed downstairs and to our surprise, complimentary pastries and the restaurant had delicious wine and beer

First of all the quality for housekeeping is really good. Not only clean and quite👍🏻 Furthermore, front desk Anamarija really helpful and also the breakfast employee on the 10/15

One of the bottle was also empty so needed to wait till the next day to get it. There is no mini fridge in the room so that you could keep your things in it for later use

There is parking in the basement but it's paid parking i. 15 EUR per day, so better ask upfront rather than paying 30 EUR upon check out for a 2 day stay. But free public parking space is available just 5 mins away

Visited the voco hotel in the city of Dusseldorf. Must say that family room we booked was quite spacious and neat and clean

I could go in and on about the team and how "at home" they have made us feel. they could use a pool/spa, but the fitness room has a peleton, other cardio machines, solid weight selection and ample room

Beautiful cathedral next to it. My room had facilities for cooking, fridge, folding table. Breakfast was lovely, a lot of variety. Very good staff, very kind and very helpful

You don't need an alarm clock here as the street cleaner will wake you up at 7 AM if You have a room with a street facing window. Otherwise it's a good place to stay at, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are close.

All good. Clean rooms, quite good breakfast. WiFi pretty weak in the room, fine in the reception area. Parking fee of 18 EUR is quite ridiculous, but there’s limited street parking so not much choice.

Stayed one night on the way from the airport with kids. Smooth very late check in, everything was nice and ready. Comfy beds, clean and nice bathroom, the room is so cosy and thought through — that surprised me

Especially if you’re sleeping on the couch (which is prepared as a bed), it’s in the back of the room which makes sense in a way, but if you offer rooms for four people I’d suggest making sure that WiFi works all around the room, I unfortunately did not have unlimited data so I had a lot of problems with this

I generally don’t care too much about dust and cleanliness of the rooms unless there are obvious bed bugs or other problems. There was a bit of mold on the windows and the WiFi was horrible

The hotel itself is located a bit far from the central city, we either took the car into the city or used the electric scooters, it’s a fun experience so I do recommend it

We had to move here from a different accommodation during the middle of the night. The gentlemen at the reception helped with every request we had even though it was past midnight

Close to every location you would like to visit in Düsseldorf. There is also metro, tram and bus stops next to hotel. and I had very smooth and very welcoming

Location is excellent for visits to BASF and Henkel in Holzhausen. Please note that you should request housekeeping service explicitly. Rooms are a tad bit small, but ok. No upgrade of rooms for loyalty guests so far

Nice, friendly, quirky hotel. Small but hip rooms, very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. A somewhat up-and-coming but very charming neighborhood, pretty far from the city centre though.

Been there for an overnight stay, the view of the harbour from the room was exceptionally gorgeous. To be precise one of the best location to stay to enjoy the city line and Rhein from room and bath

Nice & clean rooms, with good views from higher floors. A noisy fan ran all night because a/c cannot be switched off. Some interesting architecture surrounds the hotel, including the 1999 Frank Gehry complex

Good Hotel in the Hafencity of Düsseldorf close to various restaurants. The bar at the top floor is awesome.

The restaurant food was not appealing, prices not justified by the quality. Likewise breakfast was acceptable but a little disappointing and overpriced

I like this hotel, great breakfast nice rooms, nice views through the windows. Just the ventilation is questionable I have stayed there in the summer or winter and always had an issue to lower the temperature in the room

Only negative was that the room air con was rather noisy and ineffective. Not a problem in the Winter as you just open the window. Location is a few minutes from a S Bahn station and Tram stop

Very good selection for breakfast. It is away from the city (airport area) so no local restaurants in the area apart from the one in the hotel which serves a selection of meals for every taste

It's a good hotel near airport, the receptionist is friendly. Give advice and care very nice, The room has clean, separate shower room and rest. The bed is soft and has 4 pillows

Good offer for the parking if you need to leave your car for one week. Restaurant is fine with friendly staff. A coffee machine in the room would be appreciated

Nice Place, friendly & attentive staff, multilingual, Cocktails at top floor with amazing view, Caipirinha needs improvement though 😉 - another goodie’s the sauna also with amazing city views - sadly when we were it wasn’t possible to really enjoy the recreational benefits of it since people were doin’ their stock market telcons in the chill out area

5 stars is an absolutely accurate rating. Outstanding: Service at checkin, cafe at ground level, room decoration, noise insulation towards the street. Weird: Bathtub on the balcony, observable by a billion other people

We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary and enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort of the room very much. The view from the bar is outstanding and the cocktails served there seriously exceeded our expectations

We stayed here for one night to have a short break and enjoyed our stay. The sauna is very small and can only fit four people. Breakfast was great and the staff wonderful. The view is unbeatable!
