The Hotel is located near the airport. anyway for walking it is a bit too far, so I would recommend to take a cab. Price was about 15 Euros from the airport. The room was dark and quiet but quite small (which didn’t bother me at all). you can not compare it to more luxurious hotels but for the price I would recommend it for an overnight stay especially if you have flight connections or you arrive...

I found the location of the hotel to the airport to be excellent. It was about a 15 minute walk via a sidewalk trail that went up to the train station rails and then I could just go straight up to the airport. The room was very clean. Taxi from hotel to airport is €12 which is too expensive for 2 mins ride. Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. Everything else was very good.

It's a 2 star - but who cares - it's clean, 24 hour reception, hot shower, comfy bed and let me take my dog in the room. The field outside the Novotel was great to run the dog around after a long drive from Poland. The shared restaurant with the Novotel is a great idea - good food quality and selection and friendly service

Good for price. The bedsheet did seem a little thin but understandable for a budget hotel overall it was very clean but I do have to say that it did very much look like a prison . Stayed for one night not much from customer service didn’t need anything so can’t really comment on that.

I have been to two other branches of a&o hostels before and this one was the worst one. Corridors and stairs were full of dirt. The room didn't have AC and it was too hot while the windows were semi locked and you could just tilt them a bit. The self check in process was confusing and takes lots of time. Visited this hotel for a short stay on a weekend. Room was okay - even there has been a problem with the shower making noises at night. We were very disappointed by the breakfast though - advertised at 8,50 EUR (real price 10,50 EUR nowadays) due to options, freshness, etc.

The convenience of the location for the airport, the pleasant responsive staff, the furnishings (washer & dryer, etc.) make it easy to simply move in and live. Small meals are easy to order. Daily cleaning and linen service means hotel comfort in a proper setting with reasonable price. It is close to necessary places besides the airport: supermarket, transport, and good restaurants.

Noise isolation was really bad, I could easily hear people next door speaking, woke up couple of times because of the noices. The pillows were really thin and very uncomfortable. Great stay for 3 days. Very close to train station which is ideal. Enjoyed my stay although staff seemed quite rude and abrupt when asking any questions.

It's pretty good. The front desk staff are also very friendly. La la la la la la la, it's really good... Breakfast every day is also very good... I especially like to eat pears, very fresh and delicious!

Wonderful central location, thankfully they had air-conditioning. Enjoyed the cool air during bedtime. There are buses, ubahns right in front of the hotel to reach the city as well as Düsseldorf main station.

Stayed here for a couple of days whilst in Dusseldorf a little out of the way from Hauptbahnof train station, around 20 minutes walk. Self checkin when you arrive on the kiosk in the lobby and one just outside entrance. The room was pleasant enough, but i would have liked a kettle to make a hot drink. A couple of vending machines in the lobby one serving up hotdrinks.

For the price that I paid I was really satisfied. The bed and pillows were comfy enough, the room was cozy enough and the WiFi worked well. Would definitely recommend. For me the big advantage was that it was also within walking distance to the train station and Mitsubishi Electric Halle too :)

Plus for location as it's close to the train station. Overall the rooms are good: clean, good bed, good shower, friendly staff at reception. But the minus is the smell of cigarettes or maybe exhaust gases which don't disappear no matter if you open a window or turn on the air ventilation system. We stayed here after a concert in the mitsubishi electric halle. It is the perfect location for this. The hotel was clean and beds comfy. Parking in a garage in the hotel for only 8€ a night was great! The staff were all really friendly. I will definitely be back.

Great apartment in Benrath, a lovely suburban district of Duesseldorf. The apartment was large and comfortable and completely renovated. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented. This place is excellent value for money.

Large private room. Bathroom large and clean fit for a hotel. Beware if you arrive on weekends, no one will be there - a bit of a shock to some of us. Fear not, speak to intercom and you won't be locked out. Convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, Aldi, train station.

Great, simple accommodation with everything you need for a short stay in Düsseldorf. It's centrally located and offers excellent value for money. A nice common room where you can make a great coffee in the morning. I especially liked the cleanliness.

Lovely hotel for a quick break

Located 10 to 15 minutes away from the Central Station in a nice and peaceful area. Plenty of Restaurants, a shopping market and a Mall can found within walking distance from the mall. I booked a room without executive bathroom and was extremly happy to hear upon checking in that I can stay at Mondial part of the hotel in much much better room! nice spot in the altstadt. The lack of private toilet in the room is not an issue as the one shared serves 3 rooms only. Breakfast is proper and at the next door there is a old and cozy pub, apparently the oldest in the city.

There's no elevator, and the room's space is pretty limited with a bed, desk (no chair), shower stall, and sink. My trolley served as a bedside table! Toilet in the hallway for two rooms! Small two star hotel but clean and quiet, 2 steps from the tram stop linking the main areas of dusseldorf. The manager proved to be very gracious, offering me a room at a higher level, without extra charge.

Very convenient location near to D-rath and rather broich stations. The owner was very helpful, and accommodating and changed our room to downstairs as we had bikes that needed to be stored inside. The rooms are relatively basic, but for the best price I could find we had a TV, our own bathroom and direct access to the garden. We enjoyed our stay very much!
