I had a great experience at this hotel! Stayed for 4 days during a conference. Best things for me were: 1. The room was very confortable and clean. 2. Included breakfast is awesome! 3. Holmes Places fitness gym is also great. A lot of machines, but you can find equipment for training old school-style.

Top quality accomodation in a very good location. Close to to the old town and good restaurants. Facilities, food, and drinks were all of a high quality. Breakfast is vast with fresh quality produce.

A good accommodation for our business stay in Dusseldorf. Staff was good, free wifi, free transport ticket and good breakfast. Near city center. Too expensive during our stay for k-2016 exhibition.

Excellent reception staff, free fast wifi and free public transport card included with stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to sleep the one night I had in Düsseldorf.

Hotel is ok for the price and located in a pretty good position to reach both the city center and the city fair. Even though it is not the best looking hotel, I would still recommend it for a short stay in Düsseldorf.

Visited the hotel in May together with my family. It has a luxurious appearance, the rooms were spacious enough with a king-size bed (may differ depending on which room was booked). Polite also English speaking staff.

The staff were excellent - super friendly and could not do enough for you. The location is very central so it's a great launching point to explore Dusseldorf. The rooms were spacious but a little tired with some visible wear and tear.

Visited the voco hotel in the city of Dusseldorf. Must say that family room we booked was quite spacious and neat and clean. Bathroom was also clean but must say that toiletries bottles were big but perhaps quite old so needed to press multiple times in order to use. This hotel was exactly what we needed for our family of five. The room was more than enough space for all of us. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the down pillows. The service here was very good, my kids wanted a late night snack so we headed downstairs and to our surprise, complimentary pastries and the restaurant had delicious wine and beer. The parking garage is very convenient as well.

Great to get your head down whilst on a tight schedule

I'm a guest since 2010 and it is always a pleasure to stay here. Very gentle staff and excellent breakfast. Perfectly organized to face the Covid challenges. Parking is overpriced in my opinion.

Nice hotel on a quieter side street. Not too far from all the action, but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. Friendly staff. A nice fruit and cake platter was waiting for us in the room. Great breakfast buffet, with all the usual stuff you'd expect, including hot and cold options. Highly recommended.

The hotel was brilliant. We loved the sauna area and it's a short walk to the markets. The bathroom was a bit small but compared to what we paid we were very happy. Great value for money. They also have parking too which was very handy.

The hotel is still top notch! Although breakfast and some facilities are sparse due to the pandemic, hopefully it will get back to standard when COVID measures are over.

Very friendly staff, fast check-in, nice salsa party. Only minus is that only 2 out of 3 saunas worked and that it was turned off before the closing time so we couldn’t enjoy it to the end. Next to that, no smart TVs to watch Netflix. Only German Kabel-Channels were available. Oh, one last thing: Guest have only 100mb free WiFi. Honestly?

Excellent modern hotel in a quiet, clean neighbourhood. Perfect if travelling for work. Rooms are big and staff are friendly and efficient. Shower pressure is impressive (always important for business travellers!).

Rooms seem very dated with the decor and multiple power sockets in my room were damaged. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was cracked and full of old shower water and shampoo. Shower was very powerful which is great and the bed was pretty comfy too. Breakfast was decent as is always the case at Hilton hotels and I had a great burger in the evening too with good service from the guy at the bar too...

Queen room was a lovely size,very spacious with a huge desk to work at. Shower was bloody brilliant! But the service at the check in desk was a little slower than one would have expected. First drink at the bat took a while, but when the bar tender knew we were there, he was very attentive.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Daniel at the bar is the man. Fantastic breakfast buffet with many different options. The staff did a great job dealing with the worldwide computer outage and walking everyone to their rooms. They were gracious under pressure.

Nice hotel, in room refrigerator and the ice makers weren't operating. The hotel is in an office park with only a couple of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious.

It's an older hotel with some issues in terms of the upkeep but most of the staff are very nice, positives for me would be the breakfast buffet and the gym. The negatives would be the AC system good thing we had cool nights so I opened the window instead. It was very convenient to go to the Messe. Hope they can do some remodeling and upgrade the AC and refs.

Our overall experience wasn’t terrible, but the air conditioning in the room didn’t work very well. They were unable to provide a fan, and the fridge in the room was out of order as well. Despite this their service was very good. They helped me get some flowers to surprise my wife with for our anniversary, and the lady that checked us in was extremely nice.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The decor was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The prices were very affordable, especially if you need parking during a trip.

Classic hotel with large rooms and great view of Mediahafen. The parking is small so make a reservation in advance. The breakfast (buffet) can be taken on the terrace outside which is lovely and the staff do a great job! The hotel is in Mediahafen, which is a vibrant location but keep in mind it's a 30 minute walk to the Altstad.
