Excellent staff, we were upgraded to a better room after reporting problems with the air conditioning. Very quiet and comfortable, great bed, nice breakfast, BBC tv available. Interesting neighborhood, in Little Japan, a reasonable walk to the old town and very handy for the train station. Definitely recommended.

It was a great experience. We could stay in a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet and the hotel bar / restaurant were amazing. The spar is a nice addition and the location of the hotel is really convenient since you’re directly within the Japanese area.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Düsseldorf so far – I will definitely stay again! The receptionists were fantastic, and the room was amazing. The only downsides were that parking came at an extra cost of €30 per day, which felt a bit expensive, and the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work properly at night, making the room uncomfortably hot and affecting my sleep.

The location was okay since it’s close to the places we wanted to visit, but if you want to go to Little Tokyo or Altstadt you have to pass the train station, which feels shady and unsafe at night. I stayed in this hotel as I was on a short business trip in the city. The location is perfect when working in one of the nearby offices and the city is easily reachable via tram/ U Bahn. I even found great areas nearby for my morning run too. :) I was very satisfied with everything, the only thing I noticed is that the receptionist are a bit slow and multitasking all the time (eg. on the phone)
