When you first come to the hotel, it looks nice but not overwhelming. The quality of the cars parked at the entrance is a good indicator of what to expect. The online images of the lobby do not in any way convey the grandeur of the place The place opens up in a cavernous space, seemingly breaking at least a few laws of nature. The staff is friendly and all in fluid English.

The hotel is located in front of Koenigallee. The nearby U-Bahn station is D-Graf-Adolf-Platz. So it's located not too far from the old town (everything is walkable IMHO). I had a great experience at this hotel! Stayed for 4 days during a conference. Best things for me were: 1. The room was very confortable and clean. 2. Included breakfast is awesome! 3. Holmes Places fitness gym is also great. A lot of machines, but you can find equipment for training old school-style.

Well after seeing some of the negative reviews we almost cancelled, so glad we didn't. As many travelers already noted the rooms are indeed dated, but they are the upkeep is satisfactory. Certainly not a 5 star property. Service was efficient and being primarily an event space, there was always someone willing to help. In my opinion one of the best lounges in German Hilton’s.

Rooms seem very dated with the decor and multiple power sockets in my room were damaged. The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was cracked and full of old shower water and shampoo. Shower was very powerful which is great and the bed was pretty comfy too. Breakfast was decent as is always the case at Hilton hotels and I had a great burger in the evening too with good service from the guy at the bar too...

Queen room was a lovely size,very spacious with a huge desk to work at. Shower was bloody brilliant! But the service at the check in desk was a little slower than one would have expected. First drink at the bat took a while, but when the bar tender knew we were there, he was very attentive.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Daniel at the bar is the man. Fantastic breakfast buffet with many different options. The staff did a great job dealing with the worldwide computer outage and walking everyone to their rooms. They were gracious under pressure.

Everything about the rooms here was comfortable. Great shower pressure. Nice bar/cafe and a variety of gathering spaces in the lobby. 24 hours self serve center for snacks and drinks. The staff were fantastic (dealing with a tired American) and made the whole experience enjoyable.

The location is great due to easy access to public transport. Rooms are nice and clean. Service was great.

In the central part of the city, near the station. It would be appropriate to say that this hotel is, without exaggeration, one of the best in Dusseldorf. While in this city, be sure to stay here. Comfort and modernity in one word 😉

Pretty good hotel in the middle of the city. Rooms are clean an big. Very good breakfast with a great selection of food. Very friendly staff. It also has a gym. Not that big but for most of the common workouts it's worth it. There are also nicce places around to grab some food.

Modern and stylish 5 star hotel in the trendy area of the Media Harbour . Most rooms have river and city view . Parking available but expensive .

Get a corner room (1625) & enjoy this at sunrise. Have breakfast at the Club Lounge (w/floor to ceiling views over looking the harbor). It is a cold buffet but they will bring hot food made to order.

Excellent and trendy hotel. Hyatt never disappoints really. Nothing to complaint except that the location is 15-20 min away from the “city centre” But the trade off is you get nice river view. Will come again.

Top class Hyatt Regency. Very nice rooms and great service. Good breakfast however the breakfast in the lounge could be slightly better. The location is beautiful and relatively central.

Visited the voco hotel in the city of Dusseldorf. Must say that family room we booked was quite spacious and neat and clean. Bathroom was also clean but must say that toiletries bottles were big but perhaps quite old so needed to press multiple times in order to use. This hotel was exactly what we needed for our family of five. The room was more than enough space for all of us. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the down pillows. The service here was very good, my kids wanted a late night snack so we headed downstairs and to our surprise, complimentary pastries and the restaurant had delicious wine and beer. The parking garage is very convenient as well.

We had booked 115, but unfortunately someone was still in the room so they upgraded us to Schloss Jagerhof Suite 207, which was outstanding. Very friendly staff, fast check-in, nice salsa party. Only minus is that only 2 out of 3 saunas worked and that it was turned off before the closing time so we couldn’t enjoy it to the end. Classic hotel with large rooms and great view of Mediahafen. The parking is small so make a reservation in advance. The breakfast (buffet) can be taken on the terrace outside which is lovely and the staff do a great job! The hotel is in Mediahafen, which is a vibrant location but keep in mind it's a 30 minute walk to the Altstad.

Close enough to the train station. The executive rooms are a bit too much on the technology that is not that useful. Housekeeping disturbs you even though you set the do not disturb sign outside your door. The breakfast is ok.

A bit old atmosphere, but for the rest a nice hotel. Breakfast is very good. People are friendly. Location is perfect next to Altstad. Everything is walkable, but if you want a cheap Uber or a Lime step or bike are around the corner. Rooms are outdated, at least the one we were in. Bathroom very small, but shower nice and warm. Bed was good size, but also bit old. So I didn't have the best night sleep

Great location very near the center, accommodating personnel , clean and high tech rooms with very good breakfast. Our room was small but had all that we needed. Since it's close to the center, you can say it's very peaceful at night but acceptable.

We were put up in the newest room on the ground floor with our own private entrance. Everything very comfortable and modern and newly decorated. Nice large, comfy bed and comfortable rooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful too. Did not eat in the restaurant however so cannot comment on the quality. Hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the centre and the Rhine tower.

I'm a guest since 2010 and it is always a pleasure to stay here. Very gentle staff and excellent breakfast. Perfectly organized to face the Covid challenges. Parking is overpriced in my opinion.

A good accommodation for our business stay in Dusseldorf. Staff was good, free wifi, free transport ticket and good breakfast. Near city center. Too expensive during our stay for k-2016 exhibition.

Hotel is ok for the price and located in a pretty good position to reach both the city center and the city fair. Even though it is not the best looking hotel, I would still recommend it for a short stay in Düsseldorf.
