The Van Der Valk hotel is absolutely stunning inside, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I didnt use the Restaurant so i cannot advise on that but thr Bar is comfortable ,but service can be slow when busy ,only to be expected. Overall i highly rate it

When you first come to the hotel, it looks nice but not overwhelming. The quality of the cars parked at the entrance is a good indicator of what to expect. The room was small but clean. The elevator was old and had to be opened manually. There was a small park on the street, which I could see through the window. There were sounds of children playing, and I fell asleep peacefully with the sounds.

We booked a family room but there was very poor WiFi connection, so we asked the receptionist for help, they changed another room for us at once, good service!

We were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and having the choice of a firm or soft pillows, was a nice touch.

Hotel is next to the highway. It is easy to find. Also next to  a Tesla Supercharger which is very convenient for my roadtrip. Breakfast is nice in the morning. Good deal.

The single room is small i can't move around much but it's ok. And it's extremely hot i have a fever every night and morning. It’s a shame what we do to people now is that carrying my luggage can lead to a lack of staff. Otherwise it's close to konigsallee and the tram it's pretty good.

The price was quite cheap so I didn’t expect any amenities and cleanness. However the room and the bathroom was pretty clean and there are a lot of amenities. Especially I was so happy when I found a coffee machine with 3 coffee capsules and teas. I am very satisfied and would like to stay here again.

The location of NH chain hotels is good, and it takes ten minutes to walk to the Blue River. The windows are not soundproofed. There are several restaurants and bars downstairs of this hotel, and there are drunkards howling at three or four in the night.

The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Düsseldorf Central Station, and taxis are easily accessible. Breakfast is good. It is close to King's Road and 10 minutes' walk from shopping. It is just much more expensive during the exhibition.

Nice place. Conveniently located close to the main station and attractions in the centre of Dusseldorf. The breakfast is great, the rooms are nicely furnished and have a stone floor which I particularly prefer over the normally carpeted hotel room floors.

I had a nice stay. They offered some complimentary sweets and fruit. The room was clean, the check-in was smooth. Very nice breakfast buffet and personnel. Though the check-in took forever. There was only one clerk in the busy morning hours and several check-ins & -outs at the same time.

It was quite amazing, and I felt a little bit like James Bond. Because when I saw the hotel from outside, it didn't look like anything special. And also the reception area was ok, but similar to a hotel or something like that. The hostress was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Hotel has no air conditioning, only a fan in the rooms. Even if the room was in 5 floor, was it possible for me to have the patio door open. Volume was not to be endured. The room was small, but clean. Also at the Breakfast there was nothing to suspend.

Very courteous staff. Whether reception or the delicious Breakfast buffet ! Four stars are justified as Chairman of the DEHOGA district Association, I have to confirm this ! It has everything what is required according to European regulations.

A great hotel with a very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is very diverse and rich.

Location: not the best place in town but save. Near the train station and city center. Rooms: nice and tidy but rather small. Spacious bath. Hairdryer did not work. Service: very nice team. Overall: if you are looking for place where you get good value for your money's worth, this hotel is fine. However, I would not suggest it for longer stays.

It is OK for one night last minute stay if your plan changed and you need to sleep somewhere. But expect huge amount of noise from neighbors and from the street. No shampoo, nor soap in shower

Very friendly, helpful staff and a great location. Room was clean and tidy. The shower had a mind of its own and cycled between warm and scalding at apparently random intervals. The breakfast buffet was OK but I have had better for cheaper at other places.

Everything clean - very Central location. You can walk in the city and in the surrounding area there are enough stores to fill the stomach. However, the Hotel is located right next to several sex shops....otherwise, all is well

The room was very comfortable with excellent bed. The hotel is located in a well connected locality and is very close to the fashion street Konigsallee. Reception staff were very helpful and co-operative. They looked after every need and went out of the way to make the stay comfortable. Very satisfied and will definitely highly recommend the hotel.
