Hotels with sauna in Dusseldorf

Albeit the sauna lights were defect and it takes approximately three flights of stairs to get to the pool and fitness penthouse area, which is fine for the general public but with two elderly travellers it was quite tricky and should be indicated somewhere on the websites

Excellent staff, we were upgraded to a better room after reporting problems with the air conditioning. Very quiet and comfortable, great bed, nice breakfast, BBC tv available

Interesting neighborhood, in Little Japan, a reasonable walk to the old town and very handy for the train station

We could stay in a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet and the hotel bar / restaurant were amazing

The spar is a nice addition and the location of the hotel is really convenient since you’re directly within the Japanese area

It’s paid parking during the day and only free from 9 p. For guests, it would make a big difference if the hotel provided complimentary parking

The location was okay since it’s close to the places we wanted to visit, but if you want to go to Little Tokyo or Altstadt you have to pass the train station, which feels shady and unsafe at night

When I was in my room, I had an immediate call from the receptionist if everything was according to my wish. Although my room was facing a busy street, it was very quiet

The staff were very friendly, rooms had everything we needed. They also had a coffee machine. Location is great, you can walk to the center very easily. If you don't like walking, there is metro to take you there

Very comfortabele rooms, nicely located next to the old Town of Düsseldorf and next to the park. Close to the Rhine river and the art museums. Relatively easy to come by car. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.

Good service in the hotel and we really like “the level” room and enjoy the lounge, every time before walking we took some coffee, snacks and desserts, also in the evening, we really enjoyed this possibility you can come there any time you want

The location is very quiet and good for rest. You can either take the tram or walk to the centre. For me, it takes around 20 mins. And the staff is just amazing! They're very smiley and hospitality oriented

Location is fantastic because if you have an flight within the next few days this hotel is near to the Airport so don't worry about that, and it is also easy to go to the city center

They have some parking available, if the hotel is full like when there is exhibition in town it may get full fast

It is very suitable for morning and evening walks. The luxury shopping mall King's Avenue is on the right side of the door. You can go shopping at any time. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea are online

We had booked 115, but unfortunately someone was still in the room so they upgraded us to Schloss Jagerhof Suite 207, which was outstanding. The Jones Brasserie was really nice as was the Lounge/bar in the evening

Very satisfactory stay experience. There is a lake view and park white swans, mandarin ducks and pigeons on the left side of the door. The natural environment is beautiful

We stayed at this hotel on three different occasions. Beautiful entrance and good breakfast. Rooms might need a bit of interior update, but are spacious and clean overall. Great view of Düsseldorf in every room

Restaurant closed on an evening, only sky bar serving limited food.

The accommodation was clean and the breakfast was OK. When I checked out, they asked me to pay 18 euros. I asked what the charges were and they said I consumed two bottles of drinks from the minibar

Room was completely opposite from what was shown on the pictures but bed was comfy

I never opened the refrigerator. I told the front desk that I did not consume anything. I drank a bottle of Coke, but I bought it from a store outside. You can ask the room attendant to confirm

Our experiences were unbelievable because of Ilias who served us very well and listened to our requests carefully, the breakfast was excellent, the both rooms were clean and spacious then Samadove was a great person as well who extended my late check out till 3pm, again i highly recommend everyone to visit this place

So some parts of the hotel are a little dated, we were lucky to be upgraded to a suite which was perfectly clean and very nice with loads of space, the only negative about the room was that the fridge was broken, however we could live with that

After reading some of the (recent) reviews, you start getting concerned, however I had a great night here. There are lots of underground parking spaces available. The hotel is clean and the room I stayed in was wonderful

Nicely located hotel in Dusseldorf, close to charging stations at about 400 meters away. Hotel accepting dogs and local restaurants accepting dogs but being kind to them too

The location is great just a good 5 minutes walk to the Tram station and a few restaurants and a Bakery around

Firstly, the bedding provided felt outdated and was uncomfortably small, suggesting a need to upgrade to super single-sized beds for enhanced comfort. Miserable pillow was provided one on each single bed

Overall the room feels like a 3 star rated hotel! Additionally, the scarcity of plug points proved inconvenient, and their placement far from the bed was not user-friendly

I didnt use the Restaurant so i cannot advise on that but thr Bar is comfortable ,but service can be slow when busy ,only to be expected

This is an excellent location to the river and old city along with luxury shopping. The amenities are great but no treadmill in the gym…. its ok though as dusseldorf is a perfect city to run outside
