Maritim Dusseldorf is really good for the price. The rooms are spacious, the beds very comfy, and the bathrooms well designed with nice fixtures. It's too bad all of the restaurants/ bars are not available likely due to demand or staffing, but overall, it's a great experience and walking to the airport in a couple of minutes makes it my go to hotel in the city.

The location is perfect, right next to the airport, and the city center is about 15 minutes away by car. The only downside is that the parking is a bit expensive. It has everything I want in an airport hotel: modern clean rooms, professionals to help you, bars and restaurants, and most importantly a walking connection directly to the airport (on the departures level). Just inside the closest entrance to the airport (arrivals level) is a supermarket which allows you to pick up inexpensive food and drinks for your stay.

Hotel is at the airport ca 2 min walk to terminal by a covered walkway so for me very convenient. Short 10 min or less Uber to the Messe. Was very convenient I found. Grocery store in the airport as well as good restaurant choices. May seem a little weird to say that but I found it to be a bonus.

Arrived in the very early morning from a red eye flight and being able to simply walk out of the airport and be in front of the hotel in a matter of minutes was a huge plus. Had a lovely trip to the Christmas markets. Booked a room and were lucky to get a free upgrade to a suite. Very spacious, but the bathroom was a bit outdated, with the shower in the bathtub. The bad thing was that it was very warm in the room. Only able to handle it by sleeping with the window open, but still too warm!

When Clayton was Nikko, it was our most favorite hotel, always excited to visit. After the hotel changed to Clayton, we see some changes in not so positive ways… Now the hotel is doing reconstruction and the whole quality is even more unsteady. Nice hotel in the outskirts of Dusseldorf. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable . Good value for money. Only downside there was a fire alert making everyone having to evacuate the hotel in the middle of the night . Our children got scared but there was no emergency. We had a great stay at the hotel. Only stayed one night. Used the restaurant which they opened just for us. This was good service. We wanted initially to eat at the bar like anyone else but several people had brought their dogs in the bar and as my wife has pet allergies we had to leave.

This is a decent hotel in a town without top hotels. Average breakfast, good WiFi, bland but well cared for decor. Small shop for snacks on premises. Located near the tram where you can teach the city center within 15 minutes you can find a very nice business hotel. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. The only small downfall I could find was the quality of the food not being consistent. The veal liver was undercooked, but this fault was duly corrected. I enjoy visiting this hotel

I chose this hotel as it was closer to the airport than where I had been staying to make catching the morning flight easier. This rooms are in need of a remodel. While they are acceptable, they seem to have been done last about 10 years ago. The restaurant food was delicious and I was even able to have dessert delivered to my room. Good service!

The staff were very friendly, rooms had everything we needed. They also had a coffee machine. Location is great, you can walk to the center very easily. If you don't like walking, there is metro to take you there. With the tram you can go to main train station, shopping places, near the river in a few minutes. Price/performance ratio is very good.

All in all there is nothing much you can say about the stay, it's not spectacular but also not bad. The only thing I would like to remark is, that in my room it did not seem as if the air conditioning did anything at all. Was there with a few friends, everyone had a room of their own and none of our air conditioners worked. You could switch it on and of but it did not cool the room down. I have stayed almost 100 times at this hotel over the past 12 years and have nothing but positive to report. The personnel is exceptional, the rooms are clean and spacious. Very beautiful hotel with nice ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful. We got a nice suite, spacious and good for three people, but the railway lines opposite the hotel is a little bit noisy. I had a great time with this family. I was there for my birthday trip together with my friends. I had requested a room with a bathtub on the balcony which was made possible by Marina( many thanks to her for her hospitality ) The spa was the top notch of this whole stay. The hotel was good with decent rooms and great services. The hotel restaurant had great food options and the service there was also good. The only problem I had was with the WiFi. since I was on a business trip, I was really expecting a decent stable connection but it wasn't the case, it kept connecting and disconnecting.

The rooms are outdated and in my room the carpet had spots. The associates in this hotel are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is ok. Please change more often your lemon slices beside for the tea station. The location is great just a good 5 minutes walk to the Tram station and a few restaurants and a Bakery around.

A brilliant hotel with state of the art rooms. The big windows with automatic blinds are welcome additions to a immaculately cleaned rooms. Late check-in, clean and modern hotel overlooking the park. Rooms are clean, beds are a little firm but OK. Breakfast selection was very good. Pleasant stay on a business trip

Highly recommended. Impressive park view with a friendly neighborhood vibe. Located right next to the park and close to all the attractions in a walking distance. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff who speak English. The room is clean and super comfortable bed.

We stayed for one night at the Meliá Düsseldorf in a 'park view' room. The app based electronic check-in didn't really work as at the end we were required to sign a guest paper and this was only possible at the hotel, so not much point in doing the app-based check-in. We had to get the keys re-programmed for our fifth floor room as they would not unlock the door at first. So check-in took a bit longer...

Nice hotel with good services and breakfast. One surprising thing is there is no fridge in the room. However, their beds are extremely comfortable...

Nice location… price including breakfast is good … although room is smaller and noisier than hotel Nikko… Nikko had full house last weekend so we went to this hotel … parking is also convenient…

We planned our stay in the hotel because it was suitable for wheelchair users but unfortunately the electric wheelchair broke down an we need to cancel the reservation. Explained this to the staff and cancelled the reservation without cost. What a service and we certainly will book again within a few days. Thumbs up for the service and the lady that helped us on the phone.👍👍

Usually this hotel is great. This time though they didn't have breakfast and offered sandwiches instead. I was able to get a late Checkout but still feel somewhat cheated because I booked this hotel because I love the breakfast and if I knew there would not be breakfast I would probably not book it. Update: got an upgrade in my next stay which was very pleasant, so am a satisfied client. 5 starts...

Large modern hotel. Very clean and bright. The rooms are spacious, the Windows large. The rooms include a safe, a coffee machine, Slippers. No Minibar, oddly enough. The service is impeccable. The Breakfast is decent.

I have mixed feelings with the hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious but clearly some atmosphere is missing. Reception staff is quite informal although nice. It is a new hotel which became obvious when cleaning staff woke me up in the morning. Weird since I only booked one night and did not check out. Breakfast is, in line with the hotel, nice but lacks atmosphere.

The stay at the hotel was as comfortable as it was enjoyable. The hospitality of the general manager and the staff was too good. I had asked them to decorate the room a bit as it was my girlfriend's birthday and they did it all too well with colorful eye-catching balloons and a few sweets and champagne. I have stayed here during my official trip to Dusseldorf for two occasions. The hotel room is pretty good and nice ambience to see out road, streets and transport. Heaters are working all the times. Great thinking on sanitary facilities (toilet with heating seat , auto washer and integrated bidet). First of its kind used it. We can reach to the city center or shopping area with a walkable distance...

Wonderful stay, very friendly staff, good breakfast and nice rooms with a lot of Design details. Top location as we only need 10min walk through a nice park to get to the Königsallee. I totally recommend this Hotel!

This hotel is stylish, gleaming with character and well presented. Nespresso and water in the room. The staff are friendly and attentive, they'll make you feel welcome from the beginning. The room is spacious, super clean with quality furniture. Big shower. The bed is very comfortable. It's only a 15 minutes easy walk to the Old town. I 100% recommend this hotel.

New hotel. Great bar, friendly staff, central location. Highly recommended especially the terrace and skyroof rooms.
