Dusseldorf, Immermannstraße 41 🧭 Map
Excellent staff, we were upgraded to a better room after reporting problems with the air conditioning. Very quiet and comfortable, great bed, nice breakfast, BBC tv available. Interesting neighborhood, in Little Japan, a reasonable walk to the old town and very handy for the train station. Definitely recommended.
It was a great experience. We could stay in a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet and the hotel bar / restaurant were amazing. The spar is a nice addition and the location of the hotel is really convenient since you’re directly within the Japanese area.
One of the best stays I’ve had in Düsseldorf so far – I will definitely stay again! The receptionists were fantastic, and the room was amazing.
The only downsides were that parking came at an extra cost of €30 per day, which felt a bit expensive, and the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work properly at night, making the room uncomfortably hot and affecting my sleep.
Great Stay at Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf
We were very satisfied with our stay at the Clayton Hotel. The welcome was friendly, and although we chose to use the self check-in stations in the entrance area, the process worked perfectly and was super convenient.
The room was actually bigger than expected, which was a nice surprise! Everything was clean and well-prepared. The only downside was the shower...
I was on a business trip to Dusseldorf and my local colleague recommended Clayton Hotel. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and introduced the hotel facilities one by one. The room was not small and clean. The only regret was that it was a big bed with two single beds put together. The hotel breakfast was also very good, and it was the best choice for this business trip. In addition,...
We had a lovely weekend and will definitely come back. The location, right in the middle of Little Tokyo, is perfect for anyone looking to indulge in a little fine dining. We had a very quiet room, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always very friendly.

Good new room with aircon. Nice location close to underground train and also not far from central
Very convinient. Clean and nice hotel. Recommended!
clean and kind, comfortable, great location
will reserve next year
Nice hotel, close to the station. Modern and clean
Good hygiene that was up to standards. There was a working airconditioning and a good blowdryer. The location was okay since it’s close to the places we wanted to visit, but if you want to go to Little Tokyo or Altstadt you have to pass the train station, which feels shady and unsafe at night. I also missed toothpaste and slippers in the room. Overall I had a nice experience!
Nice experience, very friendly staff. The flight was smooth and good service.

Breakfast and environment all very good. Rooms with big space
The location is very good, it is convenient to go anywhere, and the service is very good, thank you 😊
Room was spotless and well-equipped. Great value for the price
perfect location. Close to every location you would like to visit in Düsseldorf. There is also metro, tram and bus stops next to hotel. you can go anywhere.
and I had very smooth and very welcoming. checkin. When I was in my room, I had an immediate call from the receptionist if everything was according to my wish.
Although my room was facing a busy street, it was very quiet.
Service top, bed top, reception at afternoon very kind, everything OK
I’ve booked Leonardo Royal hotel for my parents in law who came from Ireland. They stayed for 5 nights and were telling me how nice the hotel staff were. They said they can recommend this hotel to anybody. Thank you to the staff.

Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is helpful and friendly. Nice location, the hotel is a 30min walk away from the Altstadt and Rhine.
the rooms are nice. no bidet unfortunately, leaving you to rely on tissues. I had the misfortune of sharing a room with someone who insisted on wanting to use the restroom while room service was in the middle of cleaning our room. needless to say, the staff deserve a gold medal in tolerance of, quite honestly, bs.
the breakfast buffet food is great, tho beyond the fish of the day platter, the selections...
I had a problem in the nighttime with the booking room, but the Night Shift Michael he helped me so much and I want to say thank you so much. I’m so appreciate what he done. He was so helpful and very gentle. He is such a good person thank you, Michael.
The room was really nice and clean, with comfortable beds and good view outside the window. It’s close to the city center and it takes only 10 minutes to walk. The staff are very friendly and nice. We park our car in the garage and it cost 21 euros/day.
This is a really good modern hoilday inn.
Staff at reception very helpful and friendly.
The room was very clean and well appointed. The free WiFi worked well. Good to have Sky Sports Top Event in room, meant I could watch Spurs v Chelsea before going out in the evening!
The bathroom was really good with a powerful shower.
Only negative was that the room air con was rather noisy and ineffective...
The room is quite good, more spacious than ibis, but there is no refrigerator. The breakfast is also good. The location is ok. It is a 7-minute walk to the public transportation and light rail. There is a large public space in the lobby on the first floor. Good reviews.

The place is awesome and maintenance is good. Its near public transportation and easily accessible via tram and s bahn. Receptionist were nice and welcoming.
I spent there 2 nights, and I didnt like it at all, room is big and nice however the AC is very far from the sleeping area and you can barely feel the air.
Bathroom has a very stink smell we were feeling that we were in a bathroom in the street and when we complained, they offered a small bottle of a perfume which changed the smell a little and the smell came back again
Location is good next to transportation
The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and more spacious than we expected. It was a great location for our needs. The one thing is the air conditioning doesn't do much to cool down the rooms. We were uncomfortably warm at night. Luckily, the windows open.
Fantastic Stay at NH Düsseldorf Nord – Special Thanks to Leo at the Bar!
I recently stayed at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf Nord and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and conveniently located with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional.
However, what really made my stay memorable...
Clean hotel, friendly staff and good location for traveling towards the city. Private parking on location. Recommended for a short stay
Hotel NH Düsseldorf City Nord is located in a rather busy but silent district. The room was very clean and tidy, with a welcoming white spotless bathroom. Check-in and check-out was rather effortless and were allowed to check-in 3 hours early because our room was vacant and ready.
The hotel is not for a relaxing week of holiday spending, but rather for a day or two accomodation for various purposes...

Very comfortabele rooms, nicely located next to the old Town of Düsseldorf and next to the park. Close to the Rhine river and the art museums. Relatively easy to come by car. Very friendly staff and great breakfast.
Overall had a great experience with staff eventhough we arrived to check in at almost midnight. The rooms were modern with all expected amenities. Due to its location near center, i can only recommend this hotel for future travelers.
The hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are nicely decorated, clean and modern. The Level lounge offers comfortable amenities and overall out stay was very relaxed and enjoyable. Would highly recommend for Düsseldorf.
Everything is good . Rooms are nice. Breakfast good. Location is good. In Level Lounge WILMAR HIBRICHT is kind, pleasant, cheerful and hardworking a person. I also thank her.

Service: Good attitude
This hotel really deserves a 5-star review.
Everything ranging from service, location, cleanliness, and luxury.

Nice room, good hotel facilities and good service!
The hotel needs to know how great their front desk staffs are. Especially the Argentinian lady, she is amazing. She really has brilliant customer service skills and beautiful smile. I visit this hotel for my work and as soon as I see the entrance of the hotel it makes me to walk in to the hotel with a smile due to her hospitality.
The location is very quiet and good for rest. You can either take the tram or walk to the centre. For me, it takes around 20 mins. walk. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant is very nice. And the staff is just amazing! They're very smiley and hospitality oriented. Especially there's a lady in the reception who speaks Spanish. She is awesome!
It's a nice hotel with fair pricing and not too far from the city center with walking distance to some restaurants and a short tram ride away from most other conveniences. They have some parking available, if the hotel is full like when there is exhibition in town it may get full fast
I stayed for 3 nights here and it is a very good hotel.
Service and staff are professional.
Breakfast is really good and has a wide variety of choices, the rooms are neat and tidy and the sizes are a bit small but it is still very good. Location is fantastic because if you have an flight within the next few days this hotel is near to the Airport so don't worry about that, and it is also easy to go...

Beautiful hotel and very good breakfast
The transportation in this place is a bit inconvenient, but the floor arrangement is very good, the view is very good, and the price is not very expensive. I will stay there again if I have the chance next time.
The location of the hotel is great, it is a clean and sparkling hotel, the staff is extremely friendly, I definitely recommend it.
Staying at Ruby Luna felt like a home away from home, thanks to the wonderful team. Andreas, Jesus, Alessio, Mo, Mary, and Paddy made every moment special. Their warmth and dedication, especially during the late hours in the lobby, truly made my stay. Can’t thank them enough for the comfort and care!

The accommodation was clean and the breakfast was OK.
Here comes the point. When I checked out, they asked me to pay 18 euros. I asked what the charges were and they said I consumed two bottles of drinks from the minibar. I never opened the refrigerator. I told the front desk that I did not consume anything. I drank a bottle of Coke, but I bought it from a store outside. You can ask the room attendant...
I stayed for 3 nights during the exhibition period, but the price of the night went up a lot, so it is not good value for money. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to the exhibition hall. Very convenient location in the heart of Düsseldorf, perfect for exploring the town and villages nearby ( few minutes' walk from the main station)
Spacious room, comfortable bed. A vanity kit in the bathroom, nice detail.
Downsides: there is no minibar bar or coffee making facilities in room; A mini bar would be appreciated for long stays … Nice staff
Overall a very pleasant stay!
Absolutely lovely three night stay here. The room was huge with a kind of separated living area and separate toilet and bathroom which made it feel super spacious.
Extremely clean and the bed was huge and comfortable.
Service was excellent - staff at the front desk were always very friendly.
Excellent location for exploring Dusseldorf and would 100% recommend for any kind of trip!
The room was very clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to downtown, which was super convenient. The only downside was the absence of a refrigerator or minibar, which I would have expected from a 4-star hotel. Other than that, everything was great!
Excellent location and great service and staff.
Nice hotel in the center of Düsseldorf, vicinity and lounge are cool, room is quite and comfortable with good facility. The self check-in/check-out process is easy and convenient.
I stayed at carathotel Düsseldorf City for three nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and spacious. My room was big and very clean. The service staff is very good, the location is good, quiet, convenient transportation, good living atmosphere, and good hardware. Every morning there are birds appearing on the branches outside the window regularly, very peaceful
Great hotel with lovely staff and extremly dogfriendly with lot of parks near! Hotel and garden looked amazing. We went here for our third wedding anniversary and got a special breakfast & card. Would come here again when in Düsseldorf no doubt! 10+
Indigo Düsseldorf is a real charm. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The attentiveness of the team, facilities and room were top notch, highly recommended and high value for money.
To the hotel staff, would be great to have a curtain for the beautiful round window 🪟😊
Rooms are very clean and look pretty new. There is a large complimentary bottle of water, lots of coffee and tea, and a refrigerator. Decorations are interesting and align with Dusseldorfs fashion history. Booked a standard room and thought size was pretty spacious with desk, chair with ottoman, and spacious closets. About 20 minute walk to old town and 45 minutes along the river down to Medienhafen...
Very close to the metro, in a quiet area, quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby. The cafe downstairs with buffet table breakfasts is wonderful. Don't miss it. So so. Bad area of town. Great check in staff. Good price.
Best Marriot in the city. Great location. Great staff!
The Hotel itself is very nice. Service is very good, very friendly. The Rooms are nice, clean and relatively big. Breakfast is good and a lot. The Hotelbar is also worth a visit.
This is a decent hotel in a town without top hotels. Average breakfast, good WiFi, bland but well cared for decor. Small shop for snacks on premises. Easy walking distance to some restaurants but otherwise on a boring and quiet road. Gym. The staff were very nice and helpful. All in all a safe if unexciting stop in Dusseldorf
Located near the tram where you can teach the city center within 15 minutes you can find a very nice business hotel. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. The only small downfall I could find was the quality of the food not being consistent. The veal liver was undercooked, but this fault was duly corrected. I enjoy visiting this hotel
I chose this hotel as it was closer to the airport than where I had been staying to make catching the morning flight easier. This rooms are in need of a remodel. While they are acceptable, they seem to have been done last about 10 years ago. The restaurant food was delicious and I was even able to have dessert delivered to my room. Good service!

Nicely located hotel in Dusseldorf, close to charging stations at about 400 meters away.
Hotel accepting dogs and local restaurants accepting dogs but being kind to them too.

During my recent stay at Novotel Düsseldorf City West, I encountered several areas that could greatly benefit from improvement.

Very clean and modern hotel. Very good selection for breakfast. It is away from the city (airport area) so no local restaurants in the area apart from the one in the hotel which serves a selection of meals for every taste. Works fine for one night stayover.
Very friendly staff at check-in. Comfortable, modern rooms and good beds and pillows. Service during dinner could be a tad faster. Very nice breakfast.
The location is unbeatable if you have a morning flight.
A nice modern hotel in a quiet area. Rooms have a fridge and an area for a microwave but the actual appliance is missing. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away across the bridge. The walk to the airport is 15-20 minutes. The same is true for the metro stations, one to the north and one to the south. They both are on the same "S" line. Taxi fare to the airport is about 10 euros.
Overall a good stay. Needed a close location to the airport. We had a lot id luggage so getting to the bus stop was quite hard, though manageable over a few trips. Room was a good size. Though we had to request many missing items
