Great bar with great recommendations from the bar lady. Also as an external guest more than recommended. In addition, the restaurant is really great! Any time.

Very nice new hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and happy to help with any concerns. The rooms are lovingly furnished, comfortable and spacious. The spa area on the 7th floor with a view of the train station is a dream, as is the bar and the restaurant.

everything was good in the hotel, the spacious rooms, well equipped with a kitchenette, the swimming pool and the sauna were good too. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. only big concern is that we had a room that looks directly on a very very dark wall in addition to the station side, we could hear the noise of the trains. the hotel is a bit far from the center

I agree with Vlasis. Charan was really helpful and the appartment was just what was needed for four people. For parking, use contipark which is just around the corner. Probably the cheapest and safest from the parking spaces around the corner.

Stayed here in April... When you are new in Dusseldorf, it's good to stay here, everything is just 20 mins walk... Helpful staff(only answer to the point), not very enthusiastic about guests. House Keeping is spotless. Will stay again if I have to....

Comforable room, bed, and linens; however, rooms facing the courtyard get quite a bit of noise from the neighbors. Also, noise from hallway easily heard in room and noise from bathroom heard through the walls. Good location and good value help me to overlook these things.

Friendly staff but I could not iron in the evening. The hotel is clean but oldish. The bed was oversoft.

Very nice atmosphere, front desk is amazing, they were very kind and helpful. My room was always spotless. The ladies working at the breakfast room are so polite! Buffet breakfast is large and varied. Being so close to the Hofgarten is a plus. Another place to return to on my next trip to Düsseldorf.

Slightly off center to the north, best to reach by Subway. Nice lobby and staff. Contrary to two employees' affirmation, no water kettle in room. Huge TV, but incredibly limited choice of channels. For the comfort level and price you get better more central plus parking

Very nice apartments in central Dusseldorf

Great location near little Tokyo and Ktown, train station. Great rooms (some very big), some big TVs. Clean bathrooms. Lift. Upgraded room thanks to booking.com. Beds good not great. One of the window shutter didn't work so we couldn't darken the room. Overall 👍🏻

My favorite location in Düsseldorf Walkdistance from the main train station, Close to the Japanese district with amazing food, and not too far from city center 'Altstadt' Fancy Thai restaurant in front, as a Viet one Grocery store 'Crown' open till 8pm I did enjoy the executive room, very nice! Very professional team to help.

Beautiful apartment, with a nice view on the city! When you arrive you can't imagine that those apartments are in there. You don't have any noise from the streets, also you have a roller shutter. One little remark, the stripes on the wall, from previous visits.

I stayed in the apartments for almost two months. They are highly recommended, clean and comfortable. The service is excellent. Located very close to infinities of public transport options. Totally recommendable. Without a doubt, I will return.

We have stayed for 3 nights at Apartment Düsseldorf Nord from the 21st until the 14th of January 2020. The room was spacious and spotless clean, excellent air and heating. Not bad but no lift

The suite looked nice and clean, it was very roomy, comfortable and modern looking. Bathroom was clean with a very spacious shower. Fridge wasn't clean (burst water bottle was left in there so nothing unhygienic) although we didn't need to use it. Service was lackluster.
