Rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable, and the lounge is comfortable.
This is the place to be for comfort.

As a diamond member, I came here more often when I had early flights. This will not happen again and I will not come back as my last experience was so bad that I took this hotel on my blacklist.
The rooms are OK and fairly clean, but the stuff is treating you Unprofessional and not service oriented. For example, I arrived late last night and did not take my welcome snack and asked if I can take it in the morning. The service member told me this morning that I will get charged for that as I did not take it last night as it is a welcome snack.
Also, in the last couple times I never got charged for parking and this time - without any information I got charged - which would be cool and fine for me if it would have been announced before arrival or departure.
P.S.:Just recieved their email (luckily) of my invoice. As unprofessional the email was send as unprofessional and not empathic is their service culture. No communication, no subject, no care taking.
