We loved our stay here over the weekend Oct. 24 to 27. Friendly service.
Very convenient location literally out of the Munich train station south exit. While the immediate neighborhood might feel a little East Hollywood / Time Square, it's a gentle 10minute walk to the old town section or a tram right out the front. A welcoming / relaxing ambience contrasts the hustle of the exterior.
Rooms were very comfortable, the showers are excellent, appreciated the bidet.
The swimming pool is one of the more interesting things about the hotel. Like nothing you've experienced I'm willing to bet but rewarding to the adventurous. There is this random one-of-one Jacuzzi jet in the pool to the right of the fountain that is as strong as a fire hose. Works out the miles and miles of walking.
We don't often eat at hotel restaurants but this one was surprisingly good when we were too tired and lazy to walk the final night.
We will stay here again, Cheers

Fantastic location, great staff and the breakfast was excellent with made to order eggs and lots of vegan options. They also provided mineral water daily. The shower flooded the entire bathroom after each use - I think maybe from a combination of the seamless floor design and current ongoing construction. No turn down service was offered, which I found unusual for a 5 star establishment. At check in, I was asked to provide the hotel with a 5 star review, and the agent took my phone and attempted to do it for me, which I also found off putting as I just got there, but otherwise everyone was lovely.

The hotel’s service did not meet the standards of a five-star hotel and was not worth the money I paid.
1. Poor Facilities:
• The hallway light in the room kept flickering, and even after requesting a bulb change, it continued to flicker.
• The hairdryer was heavy, inconvenient to hold, and required constant pressure on the switch to operate, which is unfriendly for people with long hair.
2. Insufficient Staff at the Front Desk:
• Contacting the hotel via booking.com messages usually took at least three days for a reply, whereas other hotels typically respond within 24 hours.
• Calling the front desk from the room also required waiting at least three to four minutes before someone answered, wasting our time meant for rest.
3. Front desk staff handover issue
• Since the light in the room was still malfunctioning, we arranged with the front desk at night to switch rooms the next day. However, the daytime staff was unaware of this arrangement, so we had to explain the problem all over again. The staff’s poor handover caused us to waste a lot of time on redundant communication, making the process frustrating and time-consuming.
4. Inadequate Housekeeping:
• Even when the trash bins in the room were full, they were not emptied daily. This raised serious concerns about hygiene.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Location is perfect and convenient. The spa is bliss after a long day of sightseeing and the rooms are clean and well appointed. We had a very minor issue with the in room dining, but we spoke to Rodrigo and he was able to sort it all out and then went above and beyond to make it right. He was a shining example of what exceptional customer service is all about. Thank you to all the staff that made our Oktoberfest stay a memorable one.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet and clean however this hotel clearly needs an urgent refurbishment everything looks very dated. Location near the station is not far from city center which can be reached by foot. As you are at the station don't expect any nice view from the window. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Stayed a couple of times for business. Good location with easy access to S and U Bahn. Breakfast was good but staff seem to be annoyed or bored.
Room was OK. Dirty dishes were left in front of room which didn’t make a good first impression. Lighting in shower didn’t work. Overall, not quite the standard to expect from a 5 star hotel.

Very relaxing and serene place to come to after a busy day in the city. Super convenient location - 1 min walking distance from the main train station. In some minor details you can notice that the hotel is already existing for 20 years, but the staff makes up for it in every possible way: super friendly, attentive, very caring, I always feel welcome when staying here. Looking forward to my next stay 😊

We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by Jana at the front desk. She was very helpful and friendly and got us into a room immediately. Throughout our 3 day stay whenever we saw Jana she always checked on our stay and remembered our names. The room was large and very clean. We loved the stylish decor, desk and seating area. The bathroom was huge and beautiful and had a luxurious shower and amenities. The sheets were crisp, the towels were fluffy and the robes were so comfy. The buffet breakfast was extensive with foods for every eating style. I esp. loved the cooked-to-order omelettes and the huge block of honeycomb. Every kind of coffee order was available. The staff was extremely attentive to refreshening the buffet and bringing us fresh drinks. We traveled throughout Europe for 5 weeks and this was by far my favorite hotel.

We spent 4 nights here while on our honeymoon. The hotel was gorgeous, however there was some construction going on so didn’t get to see everything it had to offer. The Valet took care of the car quickly and we checked in right away. Our room was ready and our bags came to our room about 10 minutes later.
The room was spacious and had plenty of room to unpack for a few days. The open shower in the bathroom was a little odd, I felt like the floors and your toiletries got wet from residual spray. Our room was serviced anytime we hung the tag on the door.
The hotel is right next to the train station making it a very busy area outside. Once past all the hustle and bustle there, it’s an easy walk to any main attractions. We also rented scooters and bikes to get around.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the seamless checkout process, every aspect of my visit was wonderful. I particularly want to thank Hotel Manager Mr. Umut Mahmoud for his exceptional service. He was always available to assist with any inquiries and ensured that all our needs were promptly addressed. His friendly demeanor and professionalism truly made a difference in our stay.
The overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel were also remarkable. Only negative point there was some issues with car park but Mr. Mahmoud took care of that issue very professionally.
We will definitely be recommending your hotel to friends and family.
