Very relaxing and serene place to come to after a busy day in the city. Super convenient location - 1 min walking distance from the main train station. In some minor details you can notice that the hotel is already existing for 20 years, but the staff makes up for it in every possible way: super friendly, attentive, very caring, I always feel welcome when staying here. Looking forward to my next stay 😊

We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by Jana at the front desk. She was very helpful and friendly and got us into a room immediately. Throughout our 3 day stay whenever we saw Jana she always checked on our stay and remembered our names. The room was large and very clean. We loved the stylish decor, desk and seating area. The bathroom was huge and beautiful and had a luxurious shower and amenities. The sheets were crisp, the towels were fluffy and the robes were so comfy. The buffet breakfast was extensive with foods for every eating style. I esp. loved the cooked-to-order omelettes and the huge block of honeycomb. Every kind of coffee order was available. The staff was extremely attentive to refreshening the buffet and bringing us fresh drinks. We traveled throughout Europe for 5 weeks and this was by far my favorite hotel.

We spent 4 nights here while on our honeymoon. The hotel was gorgeous, however there was some construction going on so didn’t get to see everything it had to offer. The Valet took care of the car quickly and we checked in right away. Our room was ready and our bags came to our room about 10 minutes later.

The room was spacious and had plenty of room to unpack for a few days. The open shower in the bathroom was a little odd, I felt like the floors and your toiletries got wet from residual spray. Our room was serviced anytime we hung the tag on the door.

The hotel is right next to the train station making it a very busy area outside. Once past all the hustle and bustle there, it’s an easy walk to any main attractions. We also rented scooters and bikes to get around.

Checkout was quick! The hotel was very clean and I appreciated that the staff spoke English, they were very helpful with recommendations!

From the warm welcome at check-in to the seamless checkout process, every aspect of my visit was wonderful. I particularly want to thank Hotel Manager Mr. Umut Mahmoud for his exceptional service. He was always available to assist with any inquiries and ensured that all our needs were promptly addressed. His friendly demeanor and professionalism truly made a difference in our stay.

The overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel were also remarkable. Only negative point there was some issues with car park but Mr. Mahmoud took care of that issue very professionally.

We will definitely be recommending your hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed at your property for two nights with my family, occupying room 803. While we appreciated certain aspects of our stay, we encountered several issues that detracted from our overall experience, particularly in comparison to the exemplary service typically observed at other 5-star Accor hotels in France and Switzerland.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was notably protracted and lacked the personal touch expected at a hotel of your standing. Unfortunately, there was no concierge or manager visibly available to assist guests. Moreover, my status as a 'Brilliant' loyalty member was not acknowledged, and no benefits such as early check-in or room upgrades were offered.

The absence of clear directions within the hotel was also disappointing. We were not informed about the location of our welcome drink voucher, the elevator, or other amenities. The room, while generally satisfactory, had cleanliness issues with noticeable stains on a chair and inadequate soundproofing that allowed noise from neighboring rooms to disturb our sleep.

Additionally, I had to request extra water bottles after departure even though my vehicle was parked in your hotel's lot. I also experienced delays in service response, including a lengthy wait to resolve an issue with a wallet I inadvertently left in the safe. It took me 1 hour to get an answer from a receptionist (phone), and 1 day via email.

On a positive note, we were pleased to find complimentary wine in our room upon arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, the provision of only two pairs of slippers was insufficient for a family, and acquiring an additional pair for my son proved unnecessarily challenging.

Furthermore, the requirement to complete the check-in process again at the desk despite having done an online check-in was perplexing and inconvenient.

I hope this feedback is helpful for you to enhance your service quality. We look forward to seeing improvements that align more closely with the high standards expected from your prestigious brand.

I stayed here for a a few days and upgraded to a nice suite. Really nice and modern rooms.

The location is also perfect it’s literally attached to the train station and provides a cool unique experience.

My only con is they were undergoing renovations and didn’t have a pool available.

However I still recommend it as access is great.

We have booked 2 rooms as for our birthday present to our son and advance celebration of our wedding anniversary. Both rooms are complimentary upgraded and sparkled as well. We have so much delighted to experience once a lifetime to stay in a luxury hotel.

Great location for rail travel. Luxurious toilet room, helpful staff. My wife and visited on our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is luxurious and the staff was very helpful even when we had travel delays. Front desk had great options for dinner suggestions
