What a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza Premium Heidelberg! The room was lovely — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and fresh, tasty options that set us up nicely for the day. The staff were warm and friendly, always helpful and made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. Highly recommended for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!

Heidelberg is a walkable city and this hotel is located at a convenient spot for the same. It is within walking distance of the university. You can also easily access the Heidelberg Castle after a 30-minute walk from this place. There are multiple breakfast cafes and restaurants very close to the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and prompt with their service. Ola and Uber are also easily available in this area. Tram station is also a mere 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room size is small, but is equipped with all the facilities. If your budget allows, you should take a higher category room so that there is more space. The bathroom in was particularly beautiful and well-maintained.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Plaza Premium Heidelberg, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff was very accommodating. One area with room for improvement would be the vegan options at breakfast. It would be wonderful to see a broader selection to cater to diverse dietary needs in the future. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Plaza Premium Heidelberg! The ambiance was welcoming and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a great night's sleep. Overall, a delightful experience and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great hotel for a trip to Heidelberg. Located right at the entrance to the old town. Large selection and good quality breakfast. Very modern and clean.

Lot of very very good to say. Great location with a great view from our little balcony. Our room was late and we were given complimentary drinks for the family (very nice).
Only 4/5 because of an issue with the shower. Poor design, but also the drain was very slow. When we showered the water collected and would flood the bathroom so we had to be very quick. I went down and informed the staff but it never seemed to get fixed.
Again, lots of good but the shower was frustrating. Would recommend!

It's a very well-located hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and the service is excellent. They gave us a heart-shaped chocolate when we left. The staff is very friendly. I'm very happy with my stay. It was clean and the room was spacious.

Good location. Room is a bit small but so clean. The bed is soft and comfortable. It has even an air-con, a must on a hot summer day.
