B&B Hotel Mainz-Hbf in Mainz

The hotel is clean and the guy at the reception on the 3rd shift named Karim from Morocco is a very kind and educated guy! He gave us a warm welcome and was ready for anything and very smiling! He is The star of this Hotel !

The room is very small and very cold, it should be noted that they do not have a heating system but only air conditioning, which is impossible to heat the room in very cold temperatures and when the system was automatic and turned off after 5 minutes! There was no double duvet in the room but only a child's size one and the pillows were crazyy! I went down in the morning at 09:55 and they didn't want to let me take anything since it closed at 10:00 in the morning while the buffet was laid out and other customers were having breakfast, there were two girls at breakfast who were not professional at all, they didn't smile and were irritated, I didn't even dare to ask them a question because it seemed like they would just ignore why you chose to go 5 minutes before the buffet closed! The breakfast was mediocre, bread, cheese and boiled eggs, a little fruit and yogurt while paying 91 Euros a night for 1 person!
