I enjoyed the warm and welcoming service from the staffs especially Jiyan.

I had an excellent experience on my first visit to Frankfurt. The hotel was really nice and clean when I arrived. The hotel staff was very friendly and really helpful in making my trip to Frankfurt as good as possible. The staff was very well versed in the industry and guided me well in how to be in Frankfurt and what the do's and don'ts are, which helped me as a first-time visitor. Nathaniel was, in particular, an excellent hotel staff who helped me by mapping out some of the great places to visit when I was in Frankfurt; all in all, it was a great experience, and I am mostly happy to say that Flemings Hotel staff is excellent and impressive, really amazed by their hospitality.

The problem with this place is that it is one of the oldest hotels around. It is in need of immediate renovation. The most unprofessional thing happened to me once I checked in. The person on duty informed me that the hotel was full therefore he would give me an upgrade as it was the hotel's responsibility. He said maybe you can rate the hotel for this cooperation. This sounded fishy to me as none of the hotel's in my experience give an upgrade within 2 minutes and try to find the accommodation reserved first. On enquiring I came to know that it was all a lie to make rate them good. On first day the A/C didn't work as it was scorching 🥵 hot 28 C in the closed room. Ultimately, I landed up changing the room with working A/C. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, no phones, and no other service provided with it.
It is located near the red light area of Frankfurt, so someone looking for stay with family or romantic getaway definitely don't go there. Rooms are old and battered but the housekeeping staff is very good. Overall it was a very bad experience staying at this place.

The hotel is located right infront of the central station which is very convenient for traveling and eating out. A great variety of restaurants are at a walking distance.
The hallways and overall environment is quiet and peaceful. Check in and check out took just a few minutes.
Although a fridge and microwave in the room would have been a great addition.
Overall it was well worth the stay and price.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower was also very nice. The decor was modern and pleasing. The overall space was small but efficient. It was hot and muggy outside but comfortable inside. There isn't a fridge so we couldn't keep a cold drink in the room - maybe there was ice somewhere.
We went for 3 long walks from this conveniently located hotel. As in so many cities the area around the train station was a little dodgy but we managed.

Nice and clean room and good service. The towels will be changed after 2 days. The breakfast buffet is not bad but could be better for the price you pay.
I also liked that they have a parking place which you can additionally book.

It was so great to spend time at this hotel! The location is convenient - all the main attractions are within 7-9 minutes walk, the car is not needed, which saves money. The staff at the reception is very polite, the rooms are clean, the interior is beautiful. I was very pleased! Thank you!

Stayed here after my flight was rebooked. The room was good, the AC was a very nice inclusion. TV was great. Able to stream from my phone to it. Bathroom was very spacious. Service was excellent, quick and easy check-in which was very appreciated after a long day and cancelled flight.

The room is adequate for sleeping and storing your gear. It was clean. The bathroom has a good shower. It is a small space but not bad for Europe. You do a self check in. There is a restaurant and a small liquor store (self check out). You are a stones throw from the train station. It's a bit rough in the area but we weren't bothered too much. Good transit.

I was staying here for a week for an International Immersion program at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
The Rooms were clean with all the desired amenities, view from our room was all perfect as you can see on the given photos, Service staff were very kind and even helped us with various things, Morning Breakfast was having ample amount of options with each one of them being the highest quality and tasty.
Overall a very good experience and I would love to stay here when I visit Frankfurt again.
