It was all good (location, staff, breakfast, clean) but the shower is in the room basically. There is no bathroom door. That is quite inconvenient. And the rooms were small. Plus, there was no way to turn off the AC and I was pretty cold.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Funky, relaxed, great staff. Good location close to the station and handy for seeing the best parts of town.

Overall, excellent design, location, and service. The breakfast is excellent (although it would be nice if the options changed more day to day). The fitness center and sauna are appreciated. Tip: the lockers are on the 6th floor but the robes, slippers, and the sauna is on the 7th floor, so you need to go up, get your stuff, change, and then go back up. The facilities were clean. One major caveat: this is somewhat common in Europe, but, no matter what you do, the temperature in the room was pretty hot if you are used to AC in the US. They gave me a fan to use and it helped, but I was drenched in sweat and had trouble sleeping every night.

Excellent hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Will definitely come back just for that. Varied and very tasty. All you can wish for.
The location of the hotel is right next to an arterial road. Walking from Mainz Old Town requires crossing a busy bridge leading over railways.

Due to time circumstances, I only stayed for a relatively short time in this stylish hotel. The check-in was friendly and fast and a was assigned a room on one of their upper floors. The room itself had a nice design, could have been a little bit more spacious, but was definitely ok for a pleasant stay. There’s a fitness center, which includes a sauna, in the hotel, but due to mentioned shortage of time I did not have a sauna, but I hopefully can do so in the future. The hotel is located just a few steps away from Mainz central station.

Loved my stay here. The staff are really nice, the breakfast was brilliant and the other services (gym, housekeeping and sauna) are the best you can get! It is also diagonally opposite to the station, so travel is also easier. Would highly recommend!

Best hotel ever!! Beautifully designed hotel, we had a lovely dinner, the hotel gym and sauna are awesome and breakfast is extensive and delicious!!

I love absolutely everything about this hotel. Interior designer really went far with his ideas and the effect is really amazing. Rooms are clean and cozy. In the evenings you can try fantastic gourmet street food (it sounds like an oxymoron, but just try it and you’ll know what I mean). Kudos to the chef! But what I loved the most is that every single staff member was friendly and helpful. It’s a place where you feel like you’re between friends - without pomposity and kitsch that you so often get in other hotels. Thank you all and see you next year!

I love this hotel. It's vibe is so tranquil, and amazing staff. The Gym is top notch and a perfect Sauna & Relaxing room
