Such a special hotel.
All the small details from the smell of the lilies in the lobby, to the amazing outdoor sauna and spa facilities. Plus the free mini bar, welcome champagne and private terrace.
Restaurant and breakfast was top quality.
The staff are also amazing - so flexible, polite and helpful. For example they drove us to the train station and posted something I left at the hotel within days and free of charge.
Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic very eco friendly hotel with a great spa and very friendly staff. Lovely renovated rooms and fantastic breakfast offering. Perfect for a short break with or without kids and dog.

Cannot recommend this place enough. If you‘re looking for a couple days of wellness, this is the hotel to book. The staff was incredibly attentive, they created an atmosphere that was chique but not too stiff (which can easily happen in these kind of places), the wellness area was huge, we didn‘t even manage to check everything out, and the food was out of this world, every dinner exeeded our expectations again. Can‘t wait to come back!

Nice place, high price compared to the hotel facilities, the pictures do not reflect the facilities. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service was good, unfortunately the price is very high, in retrospect we should have looked for another place.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip.
The room was large enough and comfortable. There was a bathtub, but unfortunately it was broken so I couldn't use it.
Breakfast was very healthy, with a wide variety of breads, sausages, cheeses, and fresh vegetables and fruits.
I was very disappointed that I was on a business trip, so I only slept in the room and had breakfast, and couldn't enjoy the other spa, pool, activities, etc.
I would like to visit this hotel again on vacation with my family and truly enjoy this hotel.

This hotel is wonderful. With a seemingly endless mountain range views from the balcony in my double room to the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, this place will just naturally make you relax! The hotel rooms are large, contain a balcony and very clean. The food is traditional Bavarian cuisine so, no fish fingers, nuggets or fries. The food was fresh and tasty. There are plenty of activities available via the hotel such as hiring a bike to go cycling around the little town. If you bring kids there is a games room available to keep them occupied. Overall, this resort was fantastic I'd highly recommend it.

This is not a 5 star hotel. We stayed here from October 7-9, and it was the worst hotel experience of our trip. The rooms were dated in person compared to online pictures. We booked a junior suite and it was pretty disappointing. The room was extremely hot. When we checked in, the girl who walked us into our room spent 5 minutes looking for the temperature control switch before announcing there wasn’t one. We had to keep the windows open all night to keep it at a normal temperature. The houses in the surrounding are are very close and pretty loud. On the Saturday night that we were there, there was loud music until 3am. The staff was a bit cold and sometimes a bit rude. In the US this hotel would be a 2 star motel.

It's very nice overall. Rooms are a little bit dated, I'd like a rainfall shower for example, but the wellness area makes up for it. Great bar and great breakfast buffet. Liked the friendly staff, too. Can very much recommend. I heard you can usually see the mountains but we had bad weather - destined to come back then ;)

Excellent personal service & nature inspired environment. The rooms could use further renovation (bathrooms are a bit 90s), but overall got exactly the kind of super relaxing weekend getaway I wanted. Also recommend more&more locally naturally derived ingredients, foods & even spa features to keep building the theme.
