B&B Hotel Nürnberg-City in Nurnberg

Small room, without amenities. The woman who cleans the room threw my breakfast (price 15euro) into the rubish. I don't think I would stay there again. The location otherwise was very good, next to the U-Bahn.

You are paying a premium for the location and nothing else. Stayed two nights to visit the Christmas Market and was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel and breakfast for the price. This was one of the more expensive hotels I stayed in while touring Germany which had to least positive attributes to it for its expense.

When I arrived, the lobby and elevator smelled like vomit. Like someone had too much spiced wined from the market. The room faced the road and there was little sound insulation. Could hear every car pass, and yes the windows were closed. You are near the main station, so expect lots of foot and vehicle traffic. The bathroom had dust caked around the vent, and mold in the grout lines. Only two towels for a four person room (party of three). Breakfast was disappointing as it was very crowded (late morning on a weekday) and very few options: cereal, yogurt, cheese, meat, and bread. The elevator was a massive pain, there is only one for such a large hotel. It is slow, and due to the size of the hotel, is often too crowded to get on.

The only nice quality of the hotel is location. Close to the main station, and market. Good for a quick one night, but not longer.

I interacted with the staff very little, but my companion said they were pleasant.
