I stayed 2 nights in a row, but I checked-out after the first night because I didn't know I would need a second one. This caused me to have a different room the second night. The first room was perfectly fine, I'd say 5 stars. The second room was not great, I'd say 1 star or 2. The mattress was particularly uncomfortable, but there were other things as well.
Antonio and Daniel at the reception were super nice and helpful. They let me keep my things there after checking out and had a very good attitude, they care about their job and the well-being of the guests. Aryan, on the other side, had an attitude I didn't like, as if I was bothering him.
Overall it was a good experience, but it highly depends on the room you get and the person you talk to.

- No (working) airco!
- Old and shabby bathroom, showering in the bathtub
- No mini fridge
- Mediocre/Bad wifi
-Just one(1) key for a doubleroom, no cardkeys.
- Thin walls, noisey rooms
All in all: if you are looking for a cheap hotel for a few nights with less comfort at an awesome location this is your place to go!

It was 7 night stay for business with 6 colleagues. Each mentioned different room quality but we booked the same rooms. There are 2 buildings and some rooms have poor environment like mine. Some has double bedrooms but I got 0.75 one 😀 some has no hot water and heater was not working and some was very windy around the window. Absolutely won't be the first choice again. If you paid parking in advance, make sure and informed reception about it. Otherwise you may have problem for free space when you back at night. Some people parking very bad over the lines. Very close to zoo and public transport. There are very close restaurants, kiosks and markets around.

Location: perfect, so close to different sightseeing places, not loud, pleasant with a lot of shops and restaurants.
Service: perfect, very nice people that try to help with all kind of questions.
Rooms: outdated, the water pressure in the shower was very poor—it made showering uncomfortable and definitely not relaxing. Not comfortable bathroom in general.
The lift was unreliable and didn't always work.

Room was clean and on large size. Could not get heat control to move, seemed stuck so waking up was a bit chilly but fine once moving but shower was refreshing after. Not terrible. I arrived too late to go out, so I do not know how situated as far as how close to things.

Small bed and simple room, which with the price I find is ok. But It was very loud when someone flushing the toilets and noise from next door.

The hotel is located next to the zoo, next to the exit of the metro station. There is no direct line from the station (it takes one change), but only a few stops.
The hotel is quite old, but the room was clean, everything worked in the bathroom. The windows looked out onto the courtyard. For one night it's ok.
