Hello Team,
I would like to share my yesterday's experience regarding the services in hotel. When I requested regular/English breakfast tea bags from the reception, I was informed that none were available in hotel and was instead offered green tea. It was disappointing to learn that the hotel had run out of regular tea bags, and I had to come downstairs for this, only to be offered an alternative.
I believe there is room for improvement in how they interact with guests. It would make a positive difference if the team could demonstrate more attentiveness and effort towards making guests feel valued and comfortable. A friendlier and more proactive approach can greatly improve the overall guest experience.
I hope this can be addressed for future guests.

Hotel is very good! However be careful with charging station. The idle fee is unbelievable 20 cent per min. So with limited parking places you have a chance to overpay.

Very nice hotel. Everything is clean and of high quality. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was very helpful with my unplanned early checkin. Totally recommend this hotel for anyone coming in town

Forgot my headset in the room. Mailed and called them, the day after received an e-mail that they found my headset. After paying for the delivery and pick-up via DHL, received it back carefully packaged.
For the rest stayed there for 1 night. Very nice and clean rooms. Also good breakfast.

We were traveling with 3 people + dog. The room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Our dog super welcome and also felt at ease. Breakfast was good and diverse. Can definitely recommend to stay here and would come back when we travel again to / through Frankfurt

Very nice hotel. Very clean an friendly. They have air conditioning and rooms are very comfortable. Very pleased with my visit. The food is also very good.

Conveniently located if you don't mind the city center. Hotel is new (2020) and rooms are comfortable. Parking with EV charging

Came for a business trip and got the best cooperation I can ever ask .
You can have business meetings in the conference zone with small and medium rooms and the team was so polite and help with all assistance that was needed .
I will come here again both to stay and to have more business meetings .

Staff very courteous and polite. Rooms are good. Would have given four stars had it been on a better location. Grocery stores or DM'S are at least 20-30 min walk. Not a single convenience store nearby. Although its by riverside so one can have a nice walk.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Close to the fast road, very nice to walk around the hotel. The river of Maine is closing by. Rome are very clean and the stuff very profesional and friendly. The price of daily parking ticket is ok, cheaper then the other places we vidite in Germany. Breakfast was good. Some Room for improvement exist with Variety but in a total was very good. Highly recommendation.
