Ants were in the room. The maid dealt with the ants right away. Haven't seen them since. Toilet seat broke. Dated resort. One building is closed. So they are updating. A few rooms in our group were in buildings that were already renovated. The renovated rooms are nice. Super friendly staff. Bar service is super slow at all bars. Some days are worse than others. At least 2 bar tenders are needed at each bar. The pool is deeper than normal, which is great. The pool needs more chemicals and cleaning to keep it clear and from going green. It is hard to see your toes because it It is cloudy in the pool. There's not much of a drink selection. There's not a great variety of booze on hand. Food selection is minimal. The food is good. I have had no issues with food not being cooked properly. Most foods aren't labeled. It makes it difficult for people with allergies.

Great HIIT gym class with Bryan. It's nice to have gym classes offered on vacation. The food selection and quality are also great. There are many activities. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities, food, service, and overall experience. They have everything you would want. We also love their commitment to sustainability and protecting the environment. Definitely check out the orchid garden.

We came here as a cruise excursion the food was great and the service is great. Our new friend Road Runner was amazing and very friendly. Definitely made my experience here 100 times better! He’s super funny all around great guy! We will definitely be coming back as a whole separate vacation.

I have been to this resort 5 times and each time it gets better and better.
The entertainment team is top notch.
road Runner,’ Lil Wayne, Smile’ Jordan, Rambo are always getting people up on their feet to do many activities. If you win they give you a bottle of Dominican rum.
You can always find delicious food to eat at anytime, the breakfast is delicious, dinner offers many options, Japanese, Italian and Spanish foods.
Can’t wait to return to this family oriented resort.
The entertainment team is top notch.

We absolutely loved our stay! Service was impeccable and the best I’ve ever seen! Ony, Lizbeth, Antonio, Richard, and the beach bartender were phenomenal! Housekeeping did an amazing job, and the resort team fully felt like family! We miss them all already! Special love to Stephanie!

We just came back from this hotel and I have just one word to say..AMAZING. The whole family had fun. All the staff were so friendly. Medrano and Stephanie and Perla and the rest of the team did an amazing job in making our stay special. The room service was good. The pool was clean. The pool bar was always busy and stocked. The food was amazing. I have to say we will be back soon.

My family went on vacation here first week of July and had a great time.
Pro's:
- Great service from room keeping to activities from Paola and Gwen
- The room was clean and room service was always present
- The Japanese restaurant was incredible food and service! Highlight of the trip.
Cons:
- The food could be better. It was standard buffet food.
- The beach: filled with seaweed and multiple people coming to offer us things. Very annoying and discouraged us to go to the beach.
- Only one pool for the whole resort, so limited space.
Overall, the resort was kid friendly, clean and the staff were nice.
Thank you to the all staff that made this an enjoyable time :)

beautiful place! the food is amazing! people are super nice and always happy and very welcoming! love the amount of activities they have for everyone of all ages. The animation team (super joe) and everyone in the dance crew were great and had super fun shows!! totally recommend
