We just came back from this hotel and I have just one word to say..AMAZING. The whole family had fun. All the staff were so friendly. Medrano and Stephanie and Perla and the rest of the team did an amazing job in making our stay special. The room service was good. The pool was clean. The pool bar was always busy and stocked. The food was amazing. I have to say we will be back soon.

My family went on vacation here first week of July and had a great time.
Pro's:
- Great service from room keeping to activities from Paola and Gwen
- The room was clean and room service was always present
- The Japanese restaurant was incredible food and service! Highlight of the trip.
Cons:
- The food could be better. It was standard buffet food.
- The beach: filled with seaweed and multiple people coming to offer us things. Very annoying and discouraged us to go to the beach.
- Only one pool for the whole resort, so limited space.
Overall, the resort was kid friendly, clean and the staff were nice.
Thank you to the all staff that made this an enjoyable time :)

beautiful place! the food is amazing! people are super nice and always happy and very welcoming! love the amount of activities they have for everyone of all ages. The animation team (super joe) and everyone in the dance crew were great and had super fun shows!! totally recommend

Unsure why this hotel has such high reviews. The rooms need an upgrade. My room had a leak from the roof into the bathroom. Toilet kept flushing. Mold (as in the pictures) in the bathroom. Toilet seat cover wasn’t attached. Chipped paint throughout the room. Bed was uncomfortable and bed frame was broken.
For premium room. Two beers two water and soda is FAR from premium.
Hotel staff is friendly but there are a few that are rude. For example I asked for someone to come up to the room as the appliances are broken and was told “they have other things to do they will come when they can” the AC did not work and it was 95 degrees and humid.
Food: mediocre at best. Buffet doesn’t taste like Dominican food or hardly seasoned. Italian restaurant was the only food that was good. Scrambled eggs were watery. Japanese food is typical Hibachi.
Gym: small and not 24 hrs. No AC
Beach: dirty bit well maintained.
Pool: no complaints.
Bars: drinks were water at best. BEST. not premium served either.
Overall would not stay here again or on any of their properties.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with friends. For the price, it was a nice hotel. We booked two excursions through the hotel; one was canceled, but we were fully refunded. The staff were friendly, and the food was good. However, the room amenities, especially the showers, were quite old, though not terrible. The only thing that upset me was the beach, which was full of trash. In the water, we found several bottles, both glass and plastic, and there was so much trash among the sand that you had to be careful when walking barefoot. Interestingly, there were staff cleaning up the seaweed but not the trash. They definitely need to clean the water and sand.

The staff work hard so please tip when possible. Nice clean big rooms. Wifi coverage all on the resort even at the beach. Daily Beach BBQ (weather permitting). Don't be afraid to ask for anything you need but please be kind and respectful always, and please don't make a mess/ make the staff work more then necessary. The only thing lacking in this area is excursions are minimal but if you are fine staying on the resort you have all you need.

I would like to thank Carolina Vasquez, she is the kids club manager and her whole team, my child is autistic and they included my daughter and worked around their schedule to go over and beyond. I am truly thankful for all of them at the kids club. Not only have we never been able to have this service whilst on holiday, they truly went over and above to include my child and made her feel welcome and apart of the experience. This is not a requirement and all that they did and gave for my daughter I will be forever grateful ! You are truly beautiful people and deserve a raise for the service they provided. We had a little bit of a rocky start with the one room, the AC unit wasn't working well, so it was getting damp. I think they were in the process of renovations of that unit, so understandable given the location and the humidity. It was swiftly taken care of and again the service was impeccable. The customer service was above and beyond from all the staff, from the breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, cleaning, they were all brilliant, absolutely amazing! I can't say how beautiful they made our holiday, they strive to help every day, they are all so friendly and welcoming and they all go over and beyond to make your stay that extra bit more magical.

Absolutely Loved our week vacation there. Beach view room was amazing. Staff was Absolutely wonderful! Food was amazing! So much to choose from. Loved the refillable filtered water stations (to save on plastic use) the beach access is great but the coral and waves were rough each day. Not a lot of time spent in the beach part due to that. But the views are awesome as you would imagine. Great experience all in all
