There is so much I can say about this resort that I don’t even know where to start! The room, location and especially the staff were an absolute dream! I want to thank Marianna for her wonderful service that made us feel more at home than we thought we could. She was very thorough in providing us with all the information we needed and walking us through every situation step by step. We will be back soon and for a long time. Definitely recommend! 🍹

Everything is great, any drinks and food on the beach, separate sun loungers for two.

To start with, this was my first Caribbean resort stay, with an all inclusive option. Overall the experience was good. The food was decent, the pools were great, and the activities on the resort were fun.

There's some sort of hierarchy when it comes to your resort status, and based on that you'll have access to different parts of the resort. I think you have to be an owner to really get access, but I'm not sure. They never really explain it anywhere. We had access to several of the buffets, two beaches, and many of the bars.

Pick up at the airport was included in our stay. The trip to the resort was a bit of a drive, and they charged $55 to take us back at the end of our trip. Arrival was smooth, they gave us a map and stood us what areas we had access to, as well as the schedule of events on the resort.

Our room was really great. AC kept it a cool 19C the whole time. The shower was large, and the balcony overlooked one of the pools. The bed was comfy, there was water, beer, and soda in the fridge that was stocked daily. TV, coffee maker, etc etc. Pretty standard stuff for a decent hotel. Weirdly the safe in the room was extra, if you wanted to use it.

My only complaint about the room was the water in the shower. Hot water didn't work all the time, and occasionally the water pressure would drop to a trickle. There were outdoor showers at every pool and the beach entrances though, so you could always rinse off before going back to your room.

The buffet we used, Casa Blanca, was great. The food offered changed every day, and they had several cooking stations that offered things like grilled fish, smoothies, omelettes, and pasta. There was always salad and fruit available during meal times. Some very picky people may have trouble finding something they like, but there's a lot to choose from. The quality was decent. I would've liked more local foods offered, but what they had was good enough.

The staff mostly spoke English and were very helpful. The salespeople are very pushy though, so you have to be firm with them. They sell pictures, excursions, cigars, and massages. The massages are really nice, and if you book one the rest of them will leave you be. That's how we did it anyway 😅.

If I had to pick one complaint, it's the amount of stairs. There are stairs everywhere. I'm not sure if there are more handicapped accessible areas on the resort, but many places we visited didn't have an option other than stairs. Staying on the third floor really helped offset the buffet.

Will never go again awful customer service, I used to come here with my crew from New York to model and my photographers made it a yearly thing even got a membership. DO NOT RECOMMEND they were supposed to refund me it’s been a month and nothing. They lost me and my friends business. Customer service treat you like you are not paying. FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY INTOXICATING AND DRINKS IN MOST LOCATIONS BAD QUALITY

The salespeople got incredibly annoying after not that long at all, and it really affected my overall enjoyment. I can't count the amount of times someone would approach myself or my wife to try and rope us into a timeshare presentation with promises of a gift basket or just a brief 15-minute tour. And no, asking me if I want a massage again doesn't make it sound any more appealing on the third time around. It would be one thing if these people were street vendors just trying to make a living or provide for their families, but they were all staff from the resort that we had already paid for. These human pop up ads very nearly destroyed my overall opinion on the resort experience all on their very own.
The unlimited drinks were nice, but the food was really hit or miss. Some of the food was great, especially at the a la carte restaurants specializing in local cuisine. However, it was still a roll of the dice to find out whether or not breakfast, lunch or dinner would be really good or if it would give you a case of food poisoning bad enough to lay you out for the next two days. The beach was not very clean. It was common to see trash either washed up on shore or left behind by the guests. The room was pretty nasty, no getting around it. The mattress was one of the worst I've ever slept on, and the pillows were no better. The corners and cracks in the room were covered in mold, especially around the bathroom area. And then there's the roaches. Oh God, so many roaches. Every day, every night, you could count on seeing at least two or three of them scurrying around the floor and walls. One even got on the bed and attempted to give my wife's legs a free massage of his own even as she attempted to fall asleep. Needless to say, there wasn't a whole lot of rest to be had that night. The grounds, pools and buildings have definitely seen better days. I certainly don't blame the very sweet cleaning lady for all these issues, but it certainly doesn't seem as though the money that's being made through the resort isn't being put back into it.

Disgusting. Food is not edible. What they call beef is not cow. What they call pollo is not chicken. Rooms are beyond gross. I don’t only have bedbug bites but woke up yesterday to a peacock playing with human shit in the room next door.

I feel bad because the staff is awesome.

We can on a promo. If you get one stay far away or you’ll be ill for 2 weeks.

This is our second visit in 7 years. I most say it hasn't changed much, but why would they if it woks🤣, the only complaint I have is that my bathroom had a bit of a mold but overall a pretty clean place. I went onces just my husband and I and this time we went with our little ones and it was perfect. Family friendly ❤️ and the kiddos had a blast. Definitely recommended 👌 you won't regret it. Fast service, all inclusive entertainment for the whole family, beach buffet. What else can you ask for?

I think the only way to have a good visit here is if you are one of their “members” with a time share. I booked a regular room and it was disgusting. There were roaches in the room, the tub was filthy and full of hair, not to mention the power went out 3/4 days of my stay. The air conditioning in the room didn’t go lower than 82 degrees Fahrenheit, so expect to be warm. The service was great for the most part, but there were a few times it was terrible. One time I ordered food at a bar and it never came. Another time the woman at the buffet didn’t want to let me in with the beach towel. It was just ridiculous. Several times we were ignored at the bars. The food was great, but that was one of the only positives to the resort itself. There were no activities on the resort itself, so you could either enjoy the beach/pool, or spend money on excursions. The bad service and lack of cleanliness was enough to deter me from coming back.

I had a 2 bedroom at the Presidential Suites by Lifestyle. The rooms were huge, and each had a hot tub in them. We had a full kitchen and private patio. We really liked the food in the restaurants and were served 4 course meals. I highly recommend doing all-inclusive. We had a great time hanging out at the beach nearby, as well as the many pools available. I would recommend this resort.

My Life In Lifestyle Resort
If you want to go on vacation in DR and get your moneys worth, do NOT come to this resort. I came here for a wedding and we brought 130 people, they said there’s never been that much people come at one time. You would think we would get treated nicely but NOPE. First when we got there they made us wait 2 hours outside of the resort and we couldn’t even check in. Then they made us wait even longer in the lobby. This place is the definition of SLOW. There’s no club the best part of the resort was the pool, but even there the service was slow at times. If you’re thinking about coming here, go to another resort there’s nicer ones and better service. The beach here isn’t even all that to be honest, there are WAY BETTER beaches in DR. A lot of the workers here had attitudes for no reason. If they treated a group that broke the record of amount of people to come like that, imagine how they will treat you. The rooms weren’t that good for the amount of money spent. They NEVER came to our room and cleaned it, luckily i only stayed for 2 days, but man it was disappointing and its because of the workers man. They really do not care, also beware of scams and workers trying to get money out of you because it will be attempted! Would give a 0.5/5 stars if i could, the ONLY reason why it’s not a 0 for me was because i was with family, partying, my cousin got married, so of course i still vibed but still we definitely did not get our moneys worth.
