PLEASE DO NOT STAY at this resort.
Within many years experience traveling and staying in all inclusive resorts.. this is by far the worse.
- Terrible customer service
- front desk staff have the audacity of arguing with you over towel keys or any room complaint.
- horrible room, even with “VIP” up charge fee, we stayed at junior suite.
-room had empty fridge, no hot water to shower though our entire stay, balcony door didn’t locked, safe door didn’t had key pad only a whole to use a finger. And the room smelled like sewer.
- we begged to be moved to tropical a different side of the resort and they wouldn’t help., so basically we were forced to stay in that room under those conditions for 4 nights.
- terrible food. PERIOD!
Bad at the buffet and bad at the restaurant
No mimosas or cappuccino on breakfast.. if you want it you have to wait until 10 am for the bar to open.
- the shuttle service is a joke.
- golf cars everywhere.. and is optional by drivers to give you rides or not.. but when you finally get one “ for $20” you are offered an hr of sex with them. No SHAME!
- don’t bother with they clinic, the nurses stay on they phones while you sick standing there waiting, and if you willing to pay out of pocket American money or get your insurance transferred you’re on your own.
- pool was gross, trash flying around, dirty cups all around and no one cleans.
Finally both hot tubs at the spa was broken, full of freezing cold water, and the staff doesn’t bother letting you know.
Please DON’T put yourself and your family through this.

Wow I have never been to resort so bad,,, staff very friendly.. but my room as part of a business convention… shower did not work, coffee maker did not work actually exploded to make coffee, toilet paper not replenished…had to go to spa just to get a shower and borrow toilet paper, fridge nothing, safe broken,,, get better In a hostel. And yes I did bring it to their attention however resort staff are only workers management, get it fixed. We unfortunately decided to take our business to your resort and will not return unless fixed

It's a good budget all inclusive, especially if you get access to the VIP area (which I believe came with a junior suite). The buffer food is okay, but the reserved restaurants were pretty good. Dessert selection was sub par. They have a strict policy with any missing items from the room or wrist bands. The beach itself is nice, but a bit rocky in the water.

No HOT WATER the entire week.
We were told daily that the hot water would be fixed “by end of day” but this “fix” never came. Apparently it has been this way for months.
Every day we went to our Air Transat rep and Freddie acted shocked, surprised and appalled that we were having these after issues, all while knowing full well there was no hot water on the resort. How can you safely wash your hands with no hot water? How is staff cleaning dishes? How are high touch areas clean? They aren’t.

When it rains, it pours… inside the hotel.
The lobby will flood, and you need to jump through water puddles in the main lobby area.

Cockroaches…in your room. They will crawl on you at night. You will find them in the closet and dresser.

The resort itself for the price was great IMO but they didn't clean our rooms for 2 day. Food was honestly 7/10 at the buffets. We never made a reservations ( which have to be made at the lobby between 9&11am) soo many pool including some adults only pool which was nice. Be prepared to be asked about the spa 10x a day ( they're at least nice and polite about it). The resort is part of a group of resort which you have access too, you can walk but there a shuttle which comes around in 15 min intervals. Overall 3.5/5

Excellent hotel complex, very beautiful. The treatment of their staff made us feel at home, their gastronomy is exquisite, I RECOMMEND, we will return soon. The impressions were unforgettable, the activities are very exciting. This is a hotel to have a good time with family and friends.

This place is just so beautiful. The staff is sweet, the drinks are great. Depends on what you order. There are kids there so if you are looking to get away from the kids this is not the place for you. The food was great and the all inclusive couldn't believe what we got for the price we paid. They actually hook you to give you a "tour" to convince you to become a member. You don't have to go to the office or take a tour. I enjoyed the tour, looking at the different rooms etc. 2 staff members stood out to me the most, Cesar and Carlos, man they made this trip unforgettable. There is a stinky smell around the confines at night but the place is so big you can avoid it. There are about 7 beaches here and they are all beautiful. There is free sushi and it is delicious. Overall I had a great experience and plan on going back with my family!

So the pictures of the resort look great. Let’s start with the positives. The ocean view from where you can hang out at the cabanas is nice right in front of the resort. If you walk just a little ways down the beach it gets disgusting pretty fast. The drinks and service is great. They have a lot of staff. The spa , though limited on amenities, was a nice massage.

What I didn’t like. NONE of the food. Even the “nice” restaurants on site. Everything seemed like bad quality cruise ship food. I was expecting to get to eat fresh seafood since we were in the middle of the ocean… none. It just wasn’t good. Breakfast/lunch/dinner.

I can’t speak for all the rooms but we had VIP wristbands bands cause I paid extra. The room has great AC but everything felt old. The shower doesn’t get hot. The towel wrack and shelf is literally falling off the wall. Our door has a lock issue that sometimes locks and other times don’t. No one came to fix it even after calling for that.

One of the worst parts of this visit was the fact that every few seconds someone is interrupted your vacation with trying your get you to buy stuff. It was very off putting.

I’ve traveled a lot of places and I can for sure say I won’t stay here again.

We had a great time here! Ok, admittedly the sales pitch was annoying. But after those 90 minutes, we had great service, good food, so much fun on the beach and pools!

This resort is truly beautiful, and we had a great time, but if you are not a member you will definitely feel it. We chose this location out of several other locations for our honeymoon; you’d think that would matter, but it doesn’t if you’re not a member, haha! Don’t get me wrong – I can appreciate the exclusivity of a membership and the perks it would bring, but to make 75% of the entire resort ‘members-only’ is ridiculous, especially because it’s not even clear when you book, and this resort isn’t cheap for anyone. They trick you into the sales tour by offering to pick you up for breakfast. Next thing you know, you’re at the resort headquarter office. Again, I have mixed feelings because we made the most of our honeymoon and enjoyed most of the facilities we were allowed to use, but there is a fine line between blatant, nonsensical exclusion and exclusivity. I encourage this resort to find that line. Other notes – the water was cold, and they did nothing about it even though we asked a lot. I know this wasn’t the case for members because we met a nice couple who were members, and they said that is never an issue. They were sad they didn’t give us anything special for our honeymoon, as they normally do, so they gave us a bottle of wine 😊
