    My opinion as an American tourist.

    Good for you if:
    1. You don't mind a developing country and all that entails(diarrhea, poor internet, poor maintanance)
    2. Budget friendly
    3. Food isn't important to you on vacation.
    4. You like to drink alcohol
    5. You enjoy relaxing by the pool.
    6. You want a big spacious room

    Not for you if:
    1. You want actual luxury.
    2. Eating good food is an important part of your vacation.
    3. Have mobility issues.
    4. Demand prompt service
    5. Want everything meticulously maintained and in working order.
    6. Have high standards for service

    This place is not all bad, its definitely beautiful. But definitely not for everyone.

    Well, what can I say about this resort first of all the presidential suite rooms are fairly nice but the layout of this resort is very confusing and customer service is not that great. Plus there aren’t any umbrellas or beach chairs directly on the beach. I believe there are better resorts in the area.

    The resort is remarkable! The views are perfect, the food is lack luster, the grounds are amazing!

    The problem is they dope you into a tour to sell you a product much like timeshare sales though they tell you it isn’t. It’s the same so avoid the tour and free gift it’s not worth it.

    The place however it great and worth trying a second time.

    First we noticed in the room ac wasn’t cooling
    Second the kitchen appliances were not working especially the fridge. The fridge was not cooling and it was leaking water all over the kitchen
    Third the food gave us a food poisoning and we were throwing up and having diarrhea the whole three days we stood at the resort
    And fourth everything was far away from the room which made it very inconvenient for us

    Expect to be pushed regardless for a timeshare. Overall rooms are clean. Are things wrong as you'd expect. Food was OK not great. Half the staff is awesome..half was miserable and wouldnt even ask you if you wanted a refill! Tipped those that cared well but the others got nothing. You get what you earn. Didnt sign up for the timeshare thing yet they stood at our door saying we have to do the tour. Even after saying no 3 other people tried after the first girl. No means no. Their members areas are nicer yes..but not worth the money they are asking

    This was the first time that me and my wife stay at this property and the only think that was okay was the room . On less you are a members it has been the worse experience that we had, and we been in a lot of the lifestyle resorts

    Buffets can be better and drinks and well all juices are artificial flavors for drinks please change Front desk personnel they are very attentive.

    I did not receive the room that was advertised. My room was supposed to include a kitchen and two beds. I received a room with a single bed and no kitchen. The property stated they gave me a single bed because I was alone and felt I didn't need two beds. They refused to give me the room I paid for. I also asked to be moved closer to the front because I was alone and my room was in the back of the property. It was very dark at night and I had to walk alone. They refused to move me. ******* was very slow to help with my concerns. Ultimately they were unable to get my room changed. An ******* rep gave me 125 key credits. He said it was not a part of my refund but a compen

    It was an amazing experience, everything was to my liking. The staff was wonderful and very friendly towards me and my family, will definitely recommend to everyone.

    Nothing like most all inclusive resorts. A lot of staff are pleasant but some look extremely unhappy, even angry. They refuse to clean/skim the pool. The cleanliness and upkeep are lacking. We tip well and expect a decent level of service. We won’t be retuning. The last straw was a lifeguard at Presidential Suites telling us it’s not his job to skim and not letting us do it. Filthy conditions. Way too many other choices for Americans.
