This was an amazing resort! The entertainment team was spectacular. Michel Alfredo Luis and Liz were so fun and had so many great activities for us including water sports in the ocean like kayaking. I got a massage at the spa and it was so lovely and relaxing. The food was great. Junior from the front desk also gave me excellent service as I arrived. I arrived very early and he got me a room immediately I was worried I would have to wait. Very grateful for the experience!!

Really great service, love entertainment, every day different game, love the diversity of the music. Free alcoholic beverages, as much as you want. Big shows every nights about different countries culture. Food is amazing different taste of every country, free restaurants with reservations, china food, Italia and seafood. Security guards everywhere as well cameras. Comfortable rooms with fridges rechargeable. Bars everywhere most of them open 24/7 and snacks bar in the beach. Everywhere has beach seat and beds to dry your body out. Thank you so much to entertainer Alfredo for very amazing and fun games and great valuable prices.

My stay at the BlueBay resort was amazing. Very lively and welcoming.The Dominican night was so rich with culture and a lot of beautiful dancers.since I been staying here I was shy but Alfredo help me be more comfortable with dancing and enjoying my time at the resort. He’s very active and engaging with the guests. I love his passion for his work and making sure everyone has a fun experience. He helped facilitate the Dominican night and was later saw serving drinks by the ocean bar. He is just very flexible and go above and beyond for the guest.

My first time and has been a fantastic time food is great at all restaurants, pools are clean and refreshing especially the swim bar. The entertainment is awesome with shows and games during the day. Would definitely come back again and again. Lisselotte is the best and always keeps you playing games and with the music and entertainment.

Let’s start off by saying that this property is very clean at all times and the employees and very friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back. The only down side is that the food is not good but other then that, it was a very pleasant experience and stay. I loved how clean everything was at all times. Also I loved how peaceful it was, that made a huge impact on my perspective and it’s what made me want to go back.

The resort staff are very friendly. The food could be better in terms of more options but there is a decent selection. The resort is quiet, perfect for solo travellers or groups. There is something for everyone. Option to book a cake or private dinner if needed. The guests tend to be on the older side but that’s a plus because they’re lovely to chat with. Enjoyed my stay.

I loved my stay here! The food was great they offered a lot of variety and did not disappoint! We loved our room they provided us with everything needed. The AC was great it was awesome 😎 kept us cool all night! The pools were nice and warm, very clean. The drinks were awesome 😎 I was very impressed with the hospitality everyone made sure we had ate or had everything we needed. The shows were awesome loved the magician show, they offer many different themes to make sure everyone feels included. Loved the cast in charge of keeping their visitors entertained Alfredo! He was awesome and funny :) the receptionist Beatrice was lovely 🥰. I recommend you stop by here!!

We had our honeymoon here and it was the best destination we made. The staff was very attentive even before we arrived, guiding us with reserving all the honeymoon extras like breakfast in bed and a wonderful massage.

As soon as we arrived they knew who we were and had everything ready. The room was beautifully decorated with romantic touches everywhere and it was perfectly cleaned every day.

The food is very delicious, fresh fruit always available and the themed restaurants have delicious dishes.

The property is not too big so everything is at a reasonable distance.
