This was an amazing stay for us. Me, my husband and two kids stayed here for 4 nights and loved everything about it. The location is 10/10. You can walk to so many places (very safe area!). Obviously didn’t take any flashy items and was aware of our surroundings..
The free breakfast at the hotel was very good for the price. I’m a diamond member and there’s a separate dinning area for diamond members that was never crowded. The staff was the highlight of our stay. Rafaela was so friendly and welcoming. She also made my daughter the best piña colada. Julio in the kitchen was great and went above and beyond. Even made me a dish I wanted for breakfast just because I said how much I love it. He went above and beyond!
We went to the free drinks in the lobby (kind of a happy hour) and were pleased
Parking is free (just need to get a stamp from the front desk).
This is the third tallest building in Santo Domingo (after two residential towers ). We were in the 22nd floor and the views are AMAZING. We had city view and ocean view. The bathroom was massive, loved the water pressure in the shower. The suite provided some privacy if traveling with kids.
The hotel is super clean and would definitely stay here again. We also took a hotel taxi and the driver was super friendly. Is a little pricier than taking an uber but is 100% safe. Totally worth it. Heads up, you need to pay cash to the driver. Is arranged thru the hotel, but is not part of the hotel.
Lastly the pool is very nice. There’s also a hot tub that is not super hot, more like warm. Is an infinity pool on the rooftop of the 5th floor. There’s also a bar.
The only small issue was on the last day, the elevators were malfunctioning and took longer than expected. But they resolved it and didn’t affect our perception of the hotel.
Can’t wait to go back!

Facilities: Breakfast is delicious. We had breakfast as soon as we arrived in the morning.

Hygiene: Very clean and spacious room.

Environment: Very good environment, Hilton standard.

Service: Very good service, average location.
This time I was on a business trip so I stayed close to my clients. If I were to travel, I could stay near the sea, the beautiful coastline or near the old town.
It was raining, so that's all there is nearby.

This was the absolute best part of our whole trip. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I cannot remember the amazing front desk ladies names who assisted us with everything. She helped us book excursions, we got birthday celebrations, great housekeeping, the beautiful view and vibes of the room, everything was nothing short of amazing. The room view in the bathroom was amazing (the water was cold first few days but they fixed it, the kitchen and the living room was amazing absolute plus and the beds were the comfiest ever slept on). We were treated with so much love and that does not go unnoticed. The happy hour pina coladas were delicious. Only thing I would say is the food could have been a bit better with the happy hour and breakfast but the fresh pressed juices and many options were offered. I really had an amazing time and appreciate the staff for taking care of us.

I stayed here while in Sto. Domingo and my stays have always been great. Love the pool with a nice view. Hotel rooms are very nice with excellent view.

Very close to nice restaurant, bars and clubs. Never issues with safety. Great Staff and security.
