I had the absolute pleasure of staying at **Boutique Hotel Palacio**, and it truly was the trip of a lifetime. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Colonial Zone—just steps away from historic landmarks, restaurants, shops, and everything else you could want to explore. The location couldn't be better!
From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe and well taken care of. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean, and my room was serviced daily to a high standard. The architecture and interior design are stunning, blending classic charm with modern comfort.

Very good location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The property has a beautiful, old world colonial style. My main disappointment is they advertised having a gym and a steam room, but both are closed indefinitely so the hotel Polacio SHOULD make this known to all potential guests before booking. I always look for hotels with some kind of gym facility, so their blatant dishonesty was not appreciated. Overall it has a really nice old world charm, central location and friendly staff and so I do recommend it.

A hotel in very bad State, the tub didnt work good, and the breakfast was not for humans. We had to go out and have out breakfast,

The room I was given was not the newest. Room and hotel could do with some renovation work. But good stay and value for money.

The location is perfect for walk in the colonial city but the hotel need more improvements the rooms have lot humidity you can smell the moisture, olso bed are uncomfortable definitely need improvement

Great old building that needs some love. All the outdoor areas need the floors cleaned and sealed new umbrellas installed and the pool area needs to be finished and spa repaired. My room was great loved it but the spa tub drain didn’t work and the on in the sink didn’t work either small leak in the toilet area. But I would stay again. The senior king suite is great. Just needs some love

The property was old and running toilet and pool was very old and needed a cleaning. Luis the bellhop asked me for money as i walked out of the hotel on the street, he was acting as security for the parking garage. I found this to be rude and lack of training. In all my years this was a first and i will not be staying here again.

The hotek and the area is very safe. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. I had room service everyday with fresh clean sheets and towels. I had a wonderful experience here and the next time I visit I will definitely be staying here.

Great Location
You get greeted with a wonderful smile. The property is very charging. Loved the courtyard. The room and bed were just what I needed. It was great to be close to all of the action. Excellent location.

This was very affordable, quaint and perfectly situated hotel for seeing the colonial area of Santo Domingo. The air conditioning in the rooms was a little weak but still worked fine and everything else was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!
