The hotel is beautiful, the rooftop pool is nice but small. The jacuzzi never warmed. The a/c worked very good, the water was super hot. The music was very loud until very late.

The best is location, bed and breakfast. But is to noisy from all rooms, unfortunately many kids playing in corridors

Reserved an exective suite, 32" Tv not only dmall but unwatchable screen due to static. Recepsaid all TV not malfunctioning temporarily but so I requested a change of room. However, only upgrades to a deluxe suite were available but with additional fee per night. Later, after conversing with other guests whom have stayed there before said the executive suite tvs never function. That's when I felt confused because supposedly it was malfunction temporary. Ma y of us felt it a scam in order to forcefully have to upgrade.

I really loved my stay at this place! The service was 10/10, the food was 10/10, the cleanliness was 10/10, the room service was 10/10, they are very attentive to what the guest wants and they act quickly to their wishes…and it is super well located near restaurants, fast foods, malls and supermarkets…so you couldn't ask for more…100/100 recommended this hotel 💪

Great hotel located in Santo Domingo. Beach across to street to enjoy a beer and relax. About 30 mins from SDQ airport. Breakfast was AMAZING with many options! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also speak English. I will definitely be returning.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Stay away! Rude staff. I stayed here to be close to family and i was hassled by staff members for relaxing on the lobby. I was told “I was not allowed to sit and relax on the lobby” by a staff member named Alberto. Another staff member told me
I was not allowed to take pictures of my kids on the pool and gave me no reasonable explanation for it. There are too many places in downtown Santo Domingo so pick any place but this one. Save time and money and go elsewhere.

The breakfast is good, the menu is also good, and the average cost per person is 20-25 US dollars.
The waiters are also very nice and enthusiastic.
What I am particularly dissatisfied with is the noise. The party goes on until 12 o'clock every night, which affects my rest.

The overall facilities of the bathroom are poor. The shower part cannot be adjusted to discharge water from the bottom for washing feet, etc. In addition, the water from the washbasin was only hot water on the second night, which made it impossible to wash. The repair was completed at about 12 o'clock in the evening. The breakfast was okay, and the fruits and bread met the basic needs.
