I specially narrowed down my search of hotels to ones that have air conditioning as it was expected to be a very warm weekend. When I arrived late in the evening my room was very warm at 75 degrees (24C). After having the AC on for about an hour with no change I went down to the front desk. They said maintenance was out for the evening but they would look at it the next day. They gave me a fan and told me to open the window in the meantime. While this was a decent solution, this was NOT AC. In addition, my room was facing the road and it was VERY noisy all night.

The next day I went down and asked again about the AC and they said they'd have maintenance in to look at it.

When I came back from exploring 5 or so hours later, the AC was fixed and they left a complimentary bottle of wine.

That was nice of them but honestly I'm still a little upset because this place was NOT at all cheap. I could have gotten a room elsewhere that didn't advertise AC for half the price.

The hotel staff did try to fix the issue but I feel like they could have moved me to a different room that first evening.

The rest of the stay went well once my AC was working.
The room was nice enough, the location was great, the staff were nice, the beds were very comfy, the AC was cold and quiet once it worked, and the shower and bathroom were nice.

If I were to visit again I'd possibly stay here again but only if they could verify beforehand that the AC worked.

The best price-value hotel in Tallinn. Have stayed there many times, and service is always exceptional. Got free upgrade aleways(expedia gold) and the breakfast is first class.

Great location and a great hotel! Lovely pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Rooms were very comfortable. I had the streudel in the cafe and it was delicious! Afternoon complimentary sparkling/still water was a nice touch

Everything about this hotel is great. We stayed there for 5 days. The breakfast was great. The staff is very friendly. Especially Eric, who was always smiling and very welcoming, very polite, and always ready to assist and help us.

Excellent hotel! I stayed three nights. The room was spacious, nice and clean. The room was tidied daily, and I appreciated the gesture of daily restocking the complimentary water bottles. The breakfast was really good with a large variery of hot and cold dishes. Well equipped spa/relax area with swimming pool, jacuzzi and two different saunas. My only objection to this hotel was that the room had a very heavy scent of perfume.

Perfect location to old town, staff were super friendly thank you to the gentleman last Friday night that made us a pack lunch as we were heading to Helsinki and would miss breakfast time. The breakfast was lovely and we also got a free upgraded room when we arrived! Would highly recommend this hotel :)

Second time to stay here. Very clean and friendly staff. Location is great - close to Old Town, not far from train station and harbor if taking a car.

Breakfast was not as good as I remember last year.

Biggest negative - road construction on the street below literally went all night long. Kept us up - room was hot and needed windows open, had to shut to reduce noise. During checkout they did not seem to care.

The location is perfect, and the breakfast buffet spread was very nice, with plenty of vegeterian options. However, when it got busy during breakfast time, it felt chaotic and the dishes were not replenished in time.
The junior suite we got had very low ceiling, and the bathroom smelled pretty bad. The room was not properly cleaned before as well as during our stay.

A great hotel, with very warm and welcoming service attending to our every need, placed a couple steps away from the bustling city center and major sights. Can only recommend!
