Rooms are great size, very modern. Location of the hotel is really great, specially if you have a car and you need to park it.
Hotel breakfast is very poor. We went 9:30 AM and it was completely empty, nothing really left there to eat and it wasn’t very tasty whatever was left from it. Tables were dirty and nobody cleaned it on time.
Otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Hotel very noisy as it is on the main road to the station.
Not possible to air the room as very noisy.
Air conditioning do not work.
Very hot and staffy.
Small open shower with no door.
Water splashes everywhere nothing to mop the water with except towels.
Room phone doesn't work so you need to go to reception for extra towels.
Wash hand basin cracked.
Bed basic and comfortable.
Good location.
Parking is extras.

Good location.
The hotel was in good location but the noisy main road that leads to the main station.
Very very noisy from constant traffic .
Shower extremely small no door to close the shower hence water splashes everywhere no way to dry the floor so the floor was very wet after showering.
Had to put our towels on the floor to stop water overflowing.
Reception told me that all the rooms have the same showers???
Asked for a kettle for hot water but there was none.
Bed was basic clean and comfortable.

Beautiful and really clean room, staff was always available and really kind. Food in the restaurant and wines really good. The only negative thing was the breakfast, not a lot of things to choose from and not everything felt fresh, plus once having a dinner at the hotel's restaurant we didn't get one of our ordered dishes

Simple but nice, clean hotel in the good location. Close to Old Town. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I can recommend to dine in the hotel restaurant. One of the rare places allowing to stay with dogs. We did not have one but all are nicely settled for pets inside the hotel!
What could be improved: a. Very limited tables for the breakfast. There was a sign on the wall to proceed to restaurant if all tables in breakfast cafe are busy, however this sign is hardly visible. It would be natural that hotel staff informs about it. We were waiting for a while to get a table and did not know we could go to another room. B. Shower in the room worked in the way that all floor was wet. Not a drama but rather inconvenient.
Regardless of abovementioned, we enjoyed the stay and plan to be back next time we are in Tallin

Very nice room with a lovely bathroom. Everything very clean and felt new. Great buffet breakfast in a nice relaxing space. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location opposite the park and a pleasant short walk to old town etc. Very easy to travel around the city from here without walking via quick bus or taxi trips.

We loved the location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. Great price too. A really good stay!!

The room was a bit run down (I would give it 3 stars). Nevertheless it was definitely functional and clean. I liked the heated floor in the bathroom. The restaurant is very good and it's very handy to have one in your hotel. Well situated, a stone's throw away from old Tallinn and many options for public transport.

The experience overall is good, I found the receptionist a bit arrogant and not welcoming at all (i arrived on 7.05 late at night).
The breakfast is disappointing in relation to what it was before. I arrived quite late, at 22:00 or so, there’s no room service, even sandwiches
The rooms are simple, but clean. In this climate would appreciate the slippers though

Friendly service. Basic breakfast. The hotel unexpectedly offered a free bottle of bubbly as it was my wife's birthday. This was a pleasant surprise.
