Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon checking in at 1 a.m., I was charged additional fees for my dog, parking, and breakfast, with prices significantly higher than the city average. Exhausted from the journey, I agreed, but the final cost was comparable to premium-class hotels.
Entering the room, I was disheartened: old furniture with chips, stained carpeting, and a chair so dirty it seemed I might soil my clothes. The bathroom had yellowed silicone seams ingrained with dirt, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room.
After requesting a cleaner room, I was relocated, but the bedding was uncomfortable, and the pillows were so hard that I had to sleep without them.
My business trip required online work from the hotel, but due to ongoing renovations, the noise was so intense that I had to conduct phone calls from my car in the parking lot. The hotel’s website did not mention any renovations, prompting my urgent move to another hotel to continue my work.
I sought compensation but received only a small portion of the cost for one night. The hotel staff did not apologize in person; apologies arrived only via email after my departure.
I do not recommend this hotel due to overpriced services, unsatisfactory living conditions, and lack of proper service.

The money/value balance is ideal. The common spaces and rooms are clean. The place is quiet. The breakfast is really nice and it is included. The WiFi is fast enough.

Great hotel! Easy to get to and from the airport on public transport plus around the city. Close enough to walk into the old town. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the breakfast was great. Also the staff were really lovely and helpful. The perfect choice for a stay in Takin.

Great location that's right next to the old town.
Breakfast is included and has a good time duration.
Fantastic staff that offered a lovely welcome.
Quiet location and clean rooms that are a good size.
Some rooms don't offer the best of views but they are a good size and clean.
Great temperature of the lobby and room.
Full blackout curtains/blinds would be a nice addition.
Sockets for charging are under the bedside table. Took me a minute to locate it.
The mini bar is reasonably priced.
The safe is well hidden.
Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Tallinn!

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Even had my own little private balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the cleaning personnel almost ninja-like, absolutely non-intrusive (which I can appreciate). Charming hotel of a high standard. Would definitely love to stay here again, and would even try to get the same room if possible. Also in a central location, only a ten minutes-or-so walk from the old town in Tallinn.

Rooms are great size, very modern. Location of the hotel is really great, specially if you have a car and you need to park it.
Hotel breakfast is very poor. We went 9:30 AM and it was completely empty, nothing really left there to eat and it wasn’t very tasty whatever was left from it. Tables were dirty and nobody cleaned it on time.
Otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Hotel very noisy as it is on the main road to the station.
Not possible to air the room as very noisy.
Air conditioning do not work.

Water splashes everywhere nothing to mop the water with except towels.

Good location.
The hotel was in good location but the noisy main road that leads to the main station.
Very very noisy from constant traffic .
Shower extremely small no door to close the shower hence water splashes everywhere no way to dry the floor so the floor was very wet after showering.
Had to put our towels on the floor to stop water overflowing.
Reception told me that all the rooms have the same showers???
Asked for a kettle for hot water but there was none.
Bed was basic clean and comfortable.

Beautiful and really clean room, staff was always available and really kind. Food in the restaurant and wines really good. The only negative thing was the breakfast, not a lot of things to choose from and not everything felt fresh, plus once having a dinner at the hotel's restaurant we didn't get one of our ordered dishes

Simple but nice, clean hotel in the good location. Close to Old Town. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I can recommend to dine in the hotel restaurant. One of the rare places allowing to stay with dogs. We did not have one but all are nicely settled for pets inside the hotel!
What could be improved: a. Very limited tables for the breakfast. There was a sign on the wall to proceed to restaurant if all tables in breakfast cafe are busy, however this sign is hardly visible. It would be natural that hotel staff informs about it. We were waiting for a while to get a table and did not know we could go to another room. B. Shower in the room worked in the way that all floor was wet. Not a drama but rather inconvenient.
Regardless of abovementioned, we enjoyed the stay and plan to be back next time we are in Tallin
