Marriott Mena House, Cairo

I recently had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel, and I have to give a special thanks to Sandy and Nancy for making the experience so memorable. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Their warm smiles and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, and their professionalism was evident in every interaction.

Sandy and Nancy truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was providing helpful information, accommodating my requests, or just checking in to see if I needed anything, their service was outstanding. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and they certainly made my visit extra special.

The hotel itself is fantastic, with stylish decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. But what made the experience stand out was the personal touch that Sandy and Nancy brought to it. I’m already looking forward to my next stay and will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The location is 5 star because your about a 10 minute walk to the Pyramids and Sphinx and the Gem is very close to the hotel too.
The room we had was amazing view as we had Pyramid views from the bedroom and living room. The bedroom is huge and we had 2 bathrooms we stayed here on the 4th of October 2024 for 1 night as a treat for our late Anniversary which the hotel laid out roses petals in a heart shape and a cake on the table for when we arrived back from the Pyramids. There was plenty of room for luggage etc but we only stayed 1 night.
The service is excellent and the staff really do go above and beyond to make your stay perfect from getting out of our transfer car to reception to our evening meal. All the staff was really on top of there game in every way.
We had an evening meal outside and our table had the Pyramids in front of us anyone visiting Cairo should definitely book Marriott Mena House you will feel and be taken care of like royalty.

THIS HOTEL IS INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL and with a SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE PYRAMIDS! The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. What made our experience even better was the hotel and restaurants staffs who are very friendly, welcoming, helpful and so professional. I have no complains at all. Thank you Marriott Mena House! Marriott Mena House exceeded our expectations! Our rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The restaurants offered delicious dining options that we thoroughly enjoyed. The property itself is stunning, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. With top-notch security, we felt safe and free to wander the grounds at our leisure. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay!

Amazing historic hotel with breathtaking views of the pyramids! The exceptional service here started even before we arrived. Maria Jeffry and Sandy Joseph coordinated everything prior to our arrival. When we arrived around 6 a.m., we were whisked to room 430, which I would highly recommend staying in. It's on the highest floor with the best views of both pyramids. We heard absolutely no noise and slept like babies throughout our stay.

The food was delicious! The first and only thing we ate at the hotel was the shawarmas. We ordered them on repeat, along with their mango juices and brownies, because they were so good.

The service was impeccable throughout. Housekeeping came by routinely to check if we needed anything. Their staff called us to see how our food was, how we were liking the hotel, whether we needed anything, etc. When we tried giving tips, the staff insisted that they were only doing their jobs. Such delightful, humble and sincere people.

You can have the most amazing views, which this hotel has, but the service can ruin your stay. At Marriott Mena House, you literally get the best of everything. This hotel exemplifies the type of exceptional service everyone should strive for. We can't recommend this hotel enough and hope to return again in the future.

I didn't stay at the hotel but went for a dinner at The Moghul Room restaurant. View of the Pyramids was so beautiful. Felt like the Pyramids, we're in touching distance. Food was great. Service cud be improved.

A top-notch hotel right by the Great Pyramids of Giza. It has a lovely landscaped garden, outdoor and indoor eating area with nice ambience and prompt service. The food and cocktails were equally nice, but the prices are astronomically high, after service and vat are added. I wonder what the Pharaohs would have made of all this....people chomping through their sea bass dinner and lifting glasses in celebratory mood right by their graves!

WOW.... What a stay. I booked a Pyramid View room and had an incredible view to wake up to. Breakfast in the main restaurant onsite was a treat as it had a large selection of exquisite food and ample seating outside looking at the Pyramids. The staff were caring and quick to provide support. The Pyramids were close enough to walk (~10 minutes) or you could take a quick car ride. Everything about the hotel was phenomenal and I highly recommend.
