Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly welcoming. They went out of their way to assist me with any requests I had, making me feel right at home.

The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day. I truly enjoyed every moment spent in the hotel, whether it was savoring a delicious breakfast in the dining area or exploring the beautiful facilities.

The attention to detail and the quality of service set this hotel apart from others I've visited. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. You won't be disappointed!

Nice view, quite area, comfortable bed , clean. They delayed our check in and my boyfriend get stressed as he had an online meeting so he had to be at the room . The reception upgraded our room and get us in the room immediately when they realized the disappointment. This is good for them and very professional.
The staff is very helpful also Dina she is polite .
The food is not good, at the shower the shower gel was empty, there's no black out curtains, uncomfortable pillows.

So happy with our stay here :) the rooms and views are stunning! We have spent most of our first day enjoying the weather by the beautiful pool with views of the pyramids! :) the service and staff have been so amazing 🤩 food is great too highly recommend

Our tour group from Soul of Egypt stayed at this secure, beautiful hotel resort! It is across the highway from the new Grand Egyptian Museum (a must-see) and, of course nearby the pyramids! There are 2 restaurants serving fresh local cuisine. One is a buffet that provides the included breakfast. Both can accommodate food restrictions. There is a lounge and relaxing pool with a swim-up bar and an outdoor fitness center. The grounds are perfect for an early morning walk to see local flowers and birds. There are shops with oils, teas, jewelry, papyrus art, and souvenirs with a convenient ATM. The rooms have every ammenity and the staff is friendly and helpful. A bonus was that everyone in our group had a view of the pyramids over a private balcony!

Very nice hotel good location for pyramids and Sphinx - not much around hotel as some construction going on with new roads. Good security, breakfast is a good variety. Pools are fab overall very good with nice staff. Air conditioning in bedrooms though is not so great .

Rooms are old and quite worn out but overall neat clean and everything is functional but you cannot expect them to be problem free like new.
The travel and taxi desk at the hotel named Yaro travel and it’s In charge Mr. Mossam are a great highlight of this hotel. Mr. Mossam is a very flexible and gentleman sort of a person and will go to any length to ensure guest satisfaction. He arranged the pyramids tour with very nice English speaking guide for us with transport and in a very good price. One of the other small trips he arranged for me did not make me very happy as I was not satisfied with the suggested market by him, he was so kind that he immediately asked his driver to take me to another place of my choice in same charges and also returned my half the payment. 5 stars to Mr. Mossam and his company.
Overall it’s a nice and clean property and the pool is clean too. Housekeeping will never respond to phone calls. They appear to have shortage of staff specially in housekeeping.
Breakfast was reasonably good.
AC is a bit noisy but very cold and effective.

There’s a clean and functional kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Staff at reception is also helpful. Overall atmosphere and ambiance of the hotel is very nice and upbeat with live music in the evening on pool area at open air restaurant.
Very useful feature of the hotel is an ATM machine for for an exchange so you can simply insert foreign currency like dollars and in return get Egyptian pounds out of the same machine but at times this machine is not working so usually about 60% of the time this machine is working. The location is a bit far from downtown and uber or cream will charge an average of 150 EGP one way. Airport transfer in a very nice Mitsubishi expander cost me $25 but the area is clean although not in a happening neighborhood and no market close by. Grand Egyptian Museum is right across the hotel and you can just walk into the museum.
Overall, a nice experience and we would love to come back

Generally, I liked the hotel. Room was very big. It was quite and nice atmosphere. The location is very close to the pyramids. Hotel stuff could be better.

We booked directly with the hotel , reservation team was very professional , Miss Mariam did her best for us and had a good idea for guest needs for families, moreover she told me about all the activities to entice me for this visit and this is a great impression about the first visit to the hotel

The pool was very nice and clean with a good service for the pool bar , beautiful landscape and spectacular Pool view room .
