I have come from Hawaii. Was welcomed with open arms and greeted with first class professionism. The service has been exemplary. And I stayed deluxe King suite with pyramids view and jacuzzi. The breakfast hit the spot. I stayed 2 weeks and had the best of an experience. The food was tasty. The bar was nice and the hotel was in a creditable location. Thank you much Best View Pyramids Hotel the best hotel in the area

From Las Vegas Nevada. Great hospitality, friendly English speaking staff, owner was very kind. Deluxe King suite with pyramids view with the Jacuzzi was amazing. Best view of the pyramids, walking distance. Highly recommended. Free pickup from the airport. Nice bar with the pyramids view. Thank you Best View Pyramids Hotel

very hospitable, kind and friendly service. Arrived at 1AM on delayed flight, driver was still waiting for me. Arrived late at 3AM, and was provided a much needed beverage by Ashraf, next morning a special breakfast so much more than I could eat, very authentic and delicious. Mahmoud made great drinks and George the driver was excellent. Definitely a place I would recommend. The view of the pyramids was perfect, sunrise and sunset. You won't be disappointed. It's a one stop shop, you can get your excursions here as well at a great price without the hassle. Thank you Best View Pyramids Hotel and management ,Adam for special attention.

The best view of the pyramids! And also the best hotel! We stayed at the Deluxe King Suite With Jacuzzi, we watched the sunset here with dinner, truly spectacular. We stayed in Fairmont Nile City, and afterwards we were picked up by the Hotel with a lovely car, air conditioned! When you check-in with Best View Pyramids, you also get free pick up from hotel and a very lovely breakfast and dinner! The bar is also great with a light show of the pyramids in the evening

I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff are cordial, very friendly and speak very good English. The rooms on the roof-top are just wonderful with a full view of the Pyramids that's just spell-bounding! The food, the teas, the mango juices are simply yummy. The management can also very easily organize the Giza plateau Pyramids tour, with horses or camels, a driver to go and discover some of the great museum in Cairo, and take you to great places that will make your stay in Egypt memorable. Highly recommended

Scam of a hotel. They claim their rooms are pyramid view but only the suites are. We booked “pyramid view “ rooms , but on reaching there we were told that the websites are wrong. Also food is not made there it comes from somewhere nearby. Staff is good and friendly and that’s the only point that deserves one star. Don’t trust the reviews on any site. The owner bribes people with cheap papyrus gifts for 5 star reviews. The rooftop has view of the pyramids, but every hotel in the area does with much better food and options.

AWFUL! Do not stay. We checked out early!
Honestly one of the worst experiences in a hotel. We are from the states and it was our first time landing in Cairo airport. The complimentary car pick from airport was 1 and a half hours LATE! This isn’t the airport where you want to be searching for your car service at 8pm at night. Everyone yelling at you for taxi. We finally get to the hotel. Check in was uncomfortable because owner is there and we explained taxi was very late, he didn’t seem to care at all.
Finally getting to hotel very very late. Our room (largest with hot tub view). We get in sheets have dirt on them, shower door is broken, slippers have dirt feet stains on them. So then we have to change rooms to a mildly better room. We ended up checking out early it was such an awful experience.
Upon dirty rooms, rude front desk staff that wouldn’t allow us to pay for water with credit card. Which we had done multiple times before. They want you to pay in cash so they can pocket money. My resent husband and I went for honeymoon and felt so uncomfortable.
Pick somewhere else, it was NOT a way the end our trip in Egypt.

I come from United States in Utah I was here for two weeks with an archeology group from my school and stayed in Deluxe King suite with pyramid view and I loved it! The room service is incredible, they are so sweet and the breakfast is amazing! There were 15 of us who came on the trip and it was just a wonderful experience! The staff was helpful and kind and spoke very good English. I would highly recommend Best View Pyramid Hotel. If you need a good restaurant or bar this is the place to go whether you're staying here or not because the view is amazing, the food is incredible and the service is so awesome, plus you have a great view of the pyramid light show from the roof at night! And great prices! Seriously a fantastic place to go! 10/10 :)

I came from london and stayed with my mum and dad at best view pyramid hotel it was very nice. Staff was very helpful and room was very clean and nice. Very friendly people. The staff speak very good english too and the breakfast was good. They also have lunch and dinner. One of the best things was the view at the rooftop of the pyramids. Reception is 24 hours. They also have free pick up from the airport. Incredible location. You can also book a lot of activities and excursions with the hotel. we had a great time and will be coming back.
