I recommend that the hotel is considered not bad, the room is cleaned well, the food is like everywhere else in Egypt, you won’t stay hungry, but there is no abundance, a good pool, there are few people in summer, they don’t speak Russian, you need to know English, they used ironing and washing, they brought things quickly, everything is in excellent condition, no complaints.

Were only at lunch. in a restaurant with a huge group of several dozen tour buses. And I must say that the restaurant with honor withstood such an influx of tourists. It was delicious and, most importantly, quite promptly, while the tables were clean and perfectly served.

Great location, right next to the Pyramids of Giza. We had the view of the Pyramids from our hotel windows. Breakfast buffet was amazing and included in the deal. They have great service. Overall a good hotel. Our family of 3 went there in Dec, 2019. Stayed their for 3 nights. Car parking was provided for a nominal charge. Very large swimming pools in the middle of the hotel.

The dining service at this hotel is AWFUL! The food was good but it took 3 hours to get fully served. I thought it was just a one time thing, but it happened each time we ate at the resturant/bar near the pool. My last night there I fixed my problem by going to the bar and ordering my food to be delivered to my room so I could eat on my balcony. The hotel needs updating. It smells musty as you walk in and then you are hit with a cloud of smoke because smoking in legal everywhere in Egypt (including the airport) which I learned the hard way. This is not what you'd expect from a Le Meridian. At best it's on the low end of 3 stars.

The grounds themselves are amazing but the front desk staff and managers can be very rude. It's all about the dollar. They are nice as long as you don't need anything extra. When I checked in they quoted a different price from what was confirmed and got mad when I wanted to pay the quoted price. They made me pay for early check-in but my friend who checked in with me didn't have to pay for her room. They also made me pay at check in and didn't let her pay until check out. Everything here is wildly inconsistent. I don't know of it's discrimination or horrible or no knowledge of what they're doing.

This place is so is so nice to stay. Is just only 2 miles away from Pyramids with fantastic view. Service are nice same as the room. Breakfast and dinner food are awesome.
