It's a great hotel, in a prime location. The service is 10/10, always super attentive to your needs. The facilities are quite clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Very good and clean hotel in downtown Cairo, with lovely staff who do their best to help you. The hotel serves breakfast. It is located in downtown, in a very busy area near shopping stores. It is close to the nearest metro station, and to restaurants and bakeries.

If you want cheap, you got it. Bed mattress is hard as a rock. Bathroom sink fixture broke off in my hand. Fourth floorvof a run down building.

The hotel is located near the center. The building itself is very old, dirty, dilapidated and gives the impression that no one lives there.
The sofas and chairs in the hall are also dirty, torn and burnt, probably older than me.
Only the floor and the toilet are clean in the room. But be prepared that there may be no toilet or shower in the room.
The walls are dirty and shabby, the wardrobe is also dusty. To hang things on hangers, they had to be washed.
Keep a close eye on those who write good reviews, perhaps it is the hotel administration or their acquaintances.

I booked over booking.com but, as I arrived, they tried to take me to a different hostel with bad ratings. As I protested strongly, I could finally get a room at 8 p.m. They asked me to cancel my online booking, what I refused. Obviously they are just abusing booking.com for their own means. So it was a very strange beginning. The room was clean, but the blanket was stinking. The combination of shower and toilet meant a permanently wet floor in the toilet. There's almost no pressure on the hot water so that taking a shower is always a complicated operation. The staff was very friendly. The hostel is very central (as many other hostels).

Very nice place , good value for money , very friendly staff , organised me a private car to get dropped off to the airport for half the money I would of got in a taxi.
