Tolip Family Park Hotel

Zero hospitality, reception and security don’t know how to deal with guests. The receptionist called me 1 am on my personal phone and woke me up to make sure of my room no. as he asked when I came back and i was in a rush and told him the no. quickly. I am really disappointed.

I was invited to a graduation party at this place, and honestly, I expected a much better experience.
After spending a long time celebrating, I was exhausted and wanted to wash my hands before ordering something to drink from the café.
To my surprise, the security guard treated me with so much disrespect. I told him I just needed to use the bathroom quickly, and he rudely said, “No, you’re not allowed.”
When I asked why, he told me I had to pay 100 EGP just to use the bathroom — even though I was a guest at an event inside!
This was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I’ve never been treated like this in any public venue before.
No matter how nice a place looks, how they treat people matters more — and this experience was truly disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, they charged for guest parking, which was unexpected and inconvenient. Then, we were told we couldn’t bring a gift (a knife set) to our room, which was strange and frustrating. The lobby was uncomfortably cold, and to make matters worse, when we caught a cold, they refused to let a doctor visit our room. Overall, the service was lacking, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been visiting a lot of hotels in all over the world, and this one absolutely the worst, the receptionists they are very tough and aggressive, the rooms not good even TV cable not connected, of course it's my first and last visit.

Entrance - Small/dated
Corridors - Old dirty carpet
Room - Absolutely filthy and bathroom dark and outdated . Hadn’t been cleaned properly in a decade it seems, all tops were full of dust and a sewage smell in the room and air vents from ac.
Bathroom - Shower tray orange staining/ Toilet seat broken/Internal of toilet heavily stained.
Food - Horrible - ordered room service and got frozen chicken patties in our burger. ( ps the can of Fanta was good!)

No available airport/taxi service from hotel (this was at 9.30/10am by the way)

Overall we as a family would definitely not recommend this hotel, please don’t go by booking.com pictures as it has been photoshop’d.

Do not waste your money here, we felt really bad whilst we were there and couldn’t wait to leave.

Disappointing compared to the management of Tulip Hotel, especially after presenting some small notes that may raise the level of service. The notes were presented during the period of stay to the manager in charge at that time, Mr. Mohamed Abu El-Najaa who ignored us many times, despite our insistence on clarifying some simple notes related to the hotel’s services on Tuesday evening of this month.
