Hotel is ok. Not bad. But not value for money. Rates seems high as compared to what they are offering. No outside food allowed. No Cafe. Limited options in breakfast. Internet very very slow. One cannot work from the hotel. Safety is good. Balconies are big.

The environment is nice, but it's very close to the event venue, so it can be very noisy late at night if there's a wedding, making it difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, the facilities and services are very good. It's best to check event availability before booking.

It was the best hospitality ever, the staff were very kind and helpful, special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman from the reception, he was very professional and helped me with everything I needed. Special thanks also to Mr. Abdullah Saad from the housekeeping team, he was very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Mr. Ayman from the restaurant for his excellent service. My only complaint about food and beverage was not on my expectation at all.

Zero hospitality, reception and security don’t know how to deal with guests. The receptionist called me 1 am on my personal phone and woke me up to make sure of my room no. as he asked when I came back and i was in a rush and told him the no. quickly. I am really disappointed.

I was invited to a graduation party at this place, and honestly, I expected a much better experience.
After spending a long time celebrating, I was exhausted and wanted to wash my hands before ordering something to drink from the café.
To my surprise, the security guard treated me with so much disrespect. I told him I just needed to use the bathroom quickly, and he rudely said, “No, you’re not allowed.”
When I asked why, he told me I had to pay 100 EGP just to use the bathroom — even though I was a guest at an event inside!
This was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I’ve never been treated like this in any public venue before.
No matter how nice a place looks, how they treat people matters more — and this experience was truly disappointing.

Old hotel. The only reason I gave it 5 points is that I stayed in four hotels in Egypt. The handsome receptionist at this hotel was the first one who saw that I was Chinese and used translation software to talk to me in Chinese.

The transportation is quite convenient, but there is no village or store in the back, so you have to take an Uber to go out! There is a swimming pool with good lighting. Everything looks good. You can order food at the restaurant! The light in the morning is also good!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, they charged for guest parking, which was unexpected and inconvenient. Then, we were told we couldn’t bring a gift (a knife set) to our room, which was strange and frustrating. The lobby was uncomfortably cold, and to make matters worse, when we caught a cold, they refused to let a doctor visit our room. Overall, the service was lacking, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
