We booked this place for its views and for the rooftop pool. The views are not bad but you can't take pictures because it is next to a military area. The rooftop pool was not working "because it is winter" - in the 30 degree heat in October. All other hotels got their pools working so I have the impression it was not related to the season. The TV in the room is working but only the sound, not the screen.
Check in was ok, I was quite impressed with how smooth it went. During check out I handed over the room key and waited and waited and waited. The receptionist was checking something on the computer. He didn't look up, didn't say anything. I had no idea what took so long because the room was prepaid. After a few minutes, the woman next to him looked up and said "you can go" in a tone an official dismisses you after identification. No one asked how my stay was, if everything was ok, neither said hello or goodbye. Considering the price of the room (£60/night) and the rating of the hotel, it is unacceptable.
Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

I call the reservation 1 week ago to reserve a single room and they took my name and i asked them to make a money transfer and they said no need and told me that it's OK and they made a reservation for me, after i went to the hotel they told me that all rooms are fully booked and there is no reservation for me!!!

It was a quick visit....the hotel was super quite at night...
Room was very tidy and clean, good AC...
It was a little small, but for a 1 person it was ok.
Some devices are missing..such as an iron or so...they told me it is not available.
Breakfast was not the best but does the job....
Staff overall are great.... But overall they lake profssionalism...but they werent rude... but a little trainings could help.
Location is the best...it is in the heart of heliopolis...where u have access to many places....
And as a value of money...It was average

It's OK, the price/performance ratio is OK, not far from the airport, close to the exhibition hall, and close to the Saladin Castle and the market, the location is good;

The place is beautiful and close to service facilities. The area is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. The price is reasonable. The restaurant offers a variety of meals.

One of the best places I've stayed in recently in Cairo, with an excellent location. The café downstairs is outstanding, offering top-quality drinks and food. However, the reception staff need to be more professional, improve their customer interactions, and show more attentiveness. Other than that, everything was great—the room, the view, everything deserves 5 stars.

I booked this hotel because I booked a hotel late. Kids who come to play, (must be sure) come to this place. 🥰It’s really funny between the two of them😂. Yemei has a toothbrush. It is relatively close to the street and the noise is also very good😘.
