I had an amazing experience at Sheraton Montazah. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything during my stay was flawless. The breakfast buffet was the highlight—absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of options. Everything you could possibly want was there! Highly recommend this hotel.

Despite the fact that I visit this place often. However, this time the stay was exceptional. Ranging from the service during the first until the last day.
I would like to thank everyone I met during my stay, really professional staff smiling faces.
Both receptionists I met on the first and last day were named Ahmad and both were absolutely outstanding and professional.

Room is super clean and it has everything you need but it is too small.
Service is superior all staff are helpful but they need to be more friendly and smile at guests faces.
Location is incredible near to all restaurants, bus stops , shops and super markets . and the view from the room is stunning.

The location was perfect, the property was neat, the nature and surroundings were beautiful and the staff was exceptional.

I spent the last 10 nights at sheraton.
This place deserves not only 5 stars , it also must be recognized as a landmark of alexandria Egypt as it is well kept and maintained during its years of operation.
The entire staff were very professional and extremely attentive to every request or detail.
Starting from valet , concierge desk, front desk , back office and house keeping.
A big shout out to Mr Ahmed at the front desk who helped us on our first night .
And Nourhan from the back office who called to make sure our stay is comfortable and pleasant .
Will definitely recommend the hotel for families.

The amenities do require some maintenance, however the location and amazing staff deserve all the 5 stars
I want to thank the reception, guard, restaurant and housekeeping staff for always making me (a solo female traveler) feel safe and welcomed

We celebrated our wedding at the Sheraton Montazah, and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The professionalism and exceptional organization provided by the team was simply outstanding. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, ensuring that our special day was perfect and amazing. The food was delicious and everything went off without a hitch.
A special mention to Mr. Mohamed Tolba, who was simply incredible. He was always available, attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. We can't thank him enough for his dedication and support.
In addition to the incredible wedding and fabulous organization, the rooms at the Sheraton Montazah were spacious and offered stunning views of Montazah Palace. We highly recommend this venue to anyone wishing to organize a memorable event.

Today, my father and I visited the restaurant. Having just arrived from Canada, I wasn't expecting such poor treatment. Sheraton is known for its excellent customer service, not for the rude behavior we encountered.
All we wanted was to order a few juices and coffees. The waiters were courteous and assured us we would only be charged for what we ordered. However, the restaurant manager rudely asked us to leave.
I don't see why we should be forced to pay for a full buffet when we only wanted drinks. We ended up dining elsewhere, where the service was much better.
I won't be returning to this restaurant. It's absurd that a five-star hotel wouldn't accommodate different payment options instead of insisting on a full buffet payment or kicking customers out. This experience was disrespectful and ridiculous.

The rooms are old, its an old hotel. The rooms close to the street can be noisy. The service was excellent and I have to mention the care taken by Maha, samuel, malak and abdelfadel.
