Reviews
This is a formal and serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Despite paying a high amount, I received treatment that was unprofessional, disrespectful, and far below acceptable hospitality standards.
During my stay:
I was placed alone in a distant, low-quality room far from the sea, completely different from what I paid for.
The room was unclean, the bathroom was broken, and I spent my vacation waiting for repairs instead of resting.
For two days, no staff member offered any help, food, or even water. I was completely ignored.
I noticed a clear attitude of discrimination — the hotel mainly serves foreign Arab guests and shows little respect or care for Egyptian guests.
This behavior caused me emotional distress, disappointment, and psychological harm, and ruined my vacation.
This is a breach of consumer rights, hospitality standards, and respectful treatment of guests.
Therefore, I request:
A written official apology.
Financial compensation for the damage and stress caused.
Assurance that internal action will be taken to correct this behavior and train the staff.
If this complaint is ignored, I will escalate the issue to:
The Egyptian Tourism and Antiquities Ministry,
Consumer Protection Agency,
Booking platforms (Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Google Reviews),
And take legal action if required.
We were really disappointed with our stay at this hotel. First of all, the hotel is located in a closed part of the city where you have to pay a fee every time you enter the area by car, and this information was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s website or during booking. We experienced an unpleasant situation at the entrance because of this.
At check-in, the hotel is supposed to provide a card for guests to avoid paying the entrance fee each time, but we were not given one and only found out about it later.
The bathroom was in very poor condition. The toilet tank made a loud, high-pitched whistling sound every time it refilled, and water leaked across the bathroom floor every time we took a shower, which made showering extremely difficult and uncomfortable.
The bed was uncomfortable, with two obvious dents from age and wear. The leather frame around the bed was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The balcony door couldn’t be locked, which made us feel unsafe.
On top of that, the pool area played very loud Arabic music until 11 p.m., making it impossible to go to sleep earlier.
What we found particularly inappropriate was that the staff repeatedly pressured us to write a positive review. We were stopped during breakfast and asked to write a good review in front of them, and again when we were leaving our room, we were asked to post a positive review and praise the staff. This felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Overall, this hotel was far below expectations and we would not stay here again.
Chosen for a short Mediterranean getaway from September 1st to September 4th, 2025, this resort was flawless in every aspect—from the check-in process, to the assigned room, and all the services provided. Elegance, care, and genuine hospitality were felt in every detail.
Some moments are not just remembered, but engraved directly in the heart. This stay was exactly that!
Thank you for making memories unforgettable.

They had a nice pool, a great pool view from the room and private beach. It's noteworthy that the sea in that area is green-ish due to pollution and we occasionally found trash in the sea.
The breakfast is good, open buffet by the sea. The food in general is nice at the hotel, they have one restaurant. They didn't allow us to bring food from outside, so we spent the week eating at the hotel restaurant.
The pool and beach staff are friendly and responsive. However, the receptionists don't listen attentively to what's being said. I asked for a queen or king sized bed, and got two twin beds instead. We had to ask for towels, cups and toilet papers everyday as the house keeper forgets to put them or they just don't care. The receptionists just don't listen when a guest makes a request. For example, we would ask for toilet paper and get face tissues instead. Or we asked for coffee mugs and got tiny tea cups, one time they even gave us water glasses. The receptionist just doesn't listen and you have to repeat yourself and call multiple times to get things right.
The room furniture is old, bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The room has ants specially in the bathroom. We reported that multiple times but they failed to address this issue. The hotel has a lot of cats around begging for food.
They need to improve the rooms to match the outside facilities as they took good care of outside areas but not the rooms.
While checking out, they didn't really care to ask for feedback. It's a 3/5 experience although it's a 4 star hotel. Overpriced and you don't really get value for money.
Staff are super unprofessional and rude at the reception.
The beach staff are super overworked and understaffed which means service is super slow and you have to ask multiple times for the same thing in order to get it.
It used to be a nice place in 2019 but ever since covid it’s been not that nice
Beach and pool are nice and so is the food by the beach that’s included in the a la carte menu by sky yacht
Rooms are okayish I can tell they’ve been newly renovated but they need to still get rid of the ant infestation issue.
They can get overwhelmed during high season. But a great over all experience that I am willing to repeat anytime.
Real not compared with picture at website
Cleaning is very poor
Rooms furniture is very old and damages
Too many animals and flys
Food is not good some canned food were expired
AC is not running well
Bad smell at bathroom
Smoking smell at the master bed room.
Due to the above mentioned issues, the price is too high and hotel is over rated.
I explained the situation to the operation manager and he admitted the above comments and commeted that he is going to scalate the issues to managment and they have strategy to renovate the hotel.
Any way, the experience is very bad and will not be repeated any more.
