Not bad. Food is not the best thing.. But over all I had a good time

The resort is well-suited for both families and couples, providing a mix of relaxation and activities. The house reef is a highlight, offering excellent snorkeling opportunities right off the beach

While the rooms are comfortable, some guests note they could benefit from updating. The all-inclusive package provides good value, though food quality can be inconsistent

This hotel was fabulous, from the pleasant and clean resort it really was very good. Food was 8-10 Bed comfort 9-10 beach -7-10 overall 8/10 I would return. Many different activities for kids and adults, one heated pool

It's a fantastic experience every thing is beautiful in the hote and the animation is very good also the bar is very good I will repeat it again but the food wasn't the best Also the best thing is the friendly staff

Relaxing pool bar on your chair can best relax. After eating lots of cocktails, if we fall off the bar, we do not hit ourselves.

Highly recommend for family vacations. Multiple aqua park for children and adults. Good beach with beautiful coral reefs of red sea. Service level is acceptable. 7 restaurants with multiple food types.

The pools are clean, and the shuttle buses to the beach run very frequently, which is a big plus. The food is varied, and drinks are available in different areas of the hotel. An excellent experience (highly recommended)

Best thing that I enjoyed is that it is a very big compound with lots of restaurants and swimming pools and if you chose the all inclusive you could eat and swim anywhere you wanted at the compound

The location is very good, relatively close to the airport (about 20–30 minutes by car or bus). The atmosphere is wonderful and definitely deserves a 10/10 rating

Rooms are very wide and beds are comfortable. Tv is big and with lot of channels. I ordered room service but they didn’t bring salt and pepper and it took him 10 minutes to get it so I ate without it which wasn’t good

The pool is near the room. A bus takes us to two different beaches. Jacuzzi. It's beautiful in the dark outside. Mango market is a 15 minute walk away. Variety of meals is excellent.

No frills, but Good food, standard for such resorts. Good soundproofing, but only the windows On the negative side: It takes a long time to get to the sea

(maybe it's the animation staff?) I am put off by the carelessly dumped construction rubbish in the rooms, the smell of old furniture and the old furniture itself The water in the tap did not drain well, the TV or the remote control did not work, the door closer was broken

This is a lovely hotel but not 5 star. Rooms are okay but little tired. Entertainment is poor with a tiny show on each night which is not very good

The hotel is very family friendly. The animation team has great events every day, Lizzie is my favourite!! There’s a wide variety of good food, suitable for everyone. Had a great time!

You can dive right at the pontoon, with Pyramids Diving, very professional, the best instructor is Mena Kerelos. Sayed Shalan will help you with all the information about their offers. The food is very good, quite varied

This was my first time at this hotel. The weather was great, the sea was also very warm, the underwater world was beautiful. The animation at sea surprised me. The food at the hotel is good and varied

Mr Said head of food and beverage manager is lovely. Nothing is ever a problem with any of the staff. Mr Ehab the manager is a lovely guy too. Our meals were all delicious and Rashwan and Amir looked after us great

Only a small taxi ride away from Nama Bay and Nabq both worth a visit! Reception staff are amazing as is Tamer and Mohamed in the Victoria bar. Cannot wait to be back to see you all again

So we have been at this hotel lots now. We just love it obviously! Staff are amazing. Mr Islam, the general manager, is great with us. Said the night time manager is a great friend to us

You do get bothered a bit by the sales people coming around asking if you want a manicure, hair cut, safari trip ect ect… but honestly just say no or that you have already booked and they leave you alone I also noticed people with sunbed signs saying don’t disturb

And each night was a different show and yes it was good for holiday entertainment. they also did stuff around the pools throughout the day. Like darts yoga aqua aerobics and other things

VR room was FAB my boys loved it! Free to use you just tell them how many of you there are and they give you a ticket each! Shops below… ok so if you enter then enter with caution they do want sales and will entice you in

it was beyond clean and you can see how hard the cleaners and estate maintenance work to maintain the place! They were always out doing somthing! As a tradie I truley appreciate the efforts They put in

Shuttle bus was regular Aswell that dropped you off and picked you up but it is just a short walk across the road into the other resort. Entertainment- Great kids entertaining my kids really loved it

He seen more around the bay than he did on the snorkling trip over the reef. and the kids loved that! probably way over crowded though for the size of the resort

The best service in terms of speed of response to any request, in addition to cleanliness and attention to services, as well as good reception, especially from Brother Mohab in the reception department

They serve shisha, which is very good. The staff there are respectful and very kind. There are shops in the hotel for the most famous international brands, such as Fendi and Valentino

Absolutely loved this hotel - one of my favorite Four Seasons Hotels in the world - we walked in with a group and on check in the General Manager pulled me aside and greeted me by name and said "welcome back" - totally unexpected but clearly they had researched the types of rooms we've booked before, the types of things we like in our room and the types of food we liked to eat and they very much accommodated...

It is a luxurious hotel in every sense of the word, quiet and elegant. I enjoyed breakfast every morning while watching the view of the Nile. In the evening, we had dinner at a Lebanese restaurant by the pool

As for the hotel itself, everything is generally very nice and high-quality, yes, it is not a new hotel, if you look closely you can see the consequences of use, but in general it is like a used Mercedes with a good owner, and the fact that it is used does not stop it being a Mercedes

I only took breakfasts, I went for lunch once, the breakfasts are good, there is plenty to choose from, but every morning it is about the same, but due to the variety, in general it does not have time to get bored

Lunch is nicer (we bought it separately once, we did not take it with a voucher, the cost of lunch is $ 13 one-time) more filling, but that is what lunch is for, I have never been to dinner, in general you can easily give 4 for food, but I am not particularly demanding in this regard

For me it was not a problem, but for someone who swims very poorly it may be an obstacle, although people were given life jackets and everything was ok, also in addition to this there are three swimming pools on the territory

All because there are reefs near the shore (but there are fish and you can dive for them) and there is no smooth entry as such, like, for example, on the beach of Naama Bay

Cons: for some it may be the entry into the sea, a 10 meter long bridge and from it you go down into the water and swim, where the depth is already 2-3 meters

The breakfast was rich, the waiters were very friendly, and the hotel environment was also very good. Just wish the bedding could be improved

Overall experience was rather good. facilities are large and well equipped. food quality is ok, but you would not expect gourmet food for such large quantities

we took the shuttle bus to the beach located in the park hotel, but could not get towels. we have not been informed that we should take towels with us

Personally we love Hauza beach, We went in Feb 2015 this was our 7th/8th visit, Hot, lovely room and staff, Hauza certainly has the best beach in Sharm

You get what you pay for and for what we got it was over and beyond, Food was all edible, yes sometimes luke warm but you wouldnt starve, bread freshly baked on the premises as much drink as you wanted, even wine was nice and im fussy

When we booked this hotel it was coming out very cheap @ 3-4 star prices, take off flights the hotel i dont know how they do it really, beautiful room, view, food all day long 24 hour bar, Animation staff, kids club every night

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well maintained, however the toilet not perfect and needs some maintenance. The food was realy delicious and has a good variety

The pools and Aqua Park were very good and enjoyed my time there. The sea shore has a very beautiful collection of coral reefs and many activities is available

Some in the comments complain they don’t speak Italian or english which is FALSE, they all speak very good english and fluent Italian

The resort environment is great, the service is good, but the bed in the room is a bit small

I am so happy I came here by accident as 5star hotel full next door food and staff fantastic they treat me like a king I stopped here 2 times now and intend to stay again next month as so happy here I make many friends with staff we are like family now
