I am writing a review for the second time. I can’t stop admiring this hotel! If you are looking for a place to go on vacation. With amazing service, pleasant and helpful staff. Then only Stella De Mare! The best BEST HOTEL. We have been here with our whole family twice already. This time my parents went without me and chose another hotel! We were able to withstand 16 hours! They called me and asked to transfer them to Stella De Mare! The level and quality, starting with hospitality, services, food selection and to the friendliness of the staff are 100000% superior to all the others! A huge thank you to the staff for finding a free room, and with a beautiful view, and for taking care of my parents! The vacation will still be a success! With all my heart I sincerely recommend ONLY THIS hotel to everyone! The best! Thank you again!

Super nice hotel..sea views spectacular....food plentiful but average. After speaking to management they are actively willing to address any deficiencies. Room cleaning exceptional. Very good snorkel reef right at private beach. Had one issue with food store on 3rd floor (see pic) independently owned plays thing I bought in store the week before ....the purse bag and clothing store very fair and reasonable. Management actively addressing issue with food store.....well done

The most comfortable hotel I have stayed in the last 5 years. The hotel is extremely comfortable, the service deserves more than 5 stars, and the staff is incredibly respectful to all guests without discrimination, whether Arab, foreign, or even a child. A very professional experience, and I enjoyed it a lot, and it definitely won't be the last time.

We got upgraded and the room, we have is very nice. Location is not too far from the popular spots, but I like that as I hate busier tourist areas. The hotel is beautiful, food, staff and facilities are amazing, I would definitely come again and use this Hotel. Which is crazy, as I never feel like that towards a hotel.

From the moment we arrived at Stella di Mare, we knew we were in for a special treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were always happy to help with anything we needed, and they never expected a tip. In fact, we didn't even tip them until the end of our stay, and they still provided us with the same excellent service.
The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with stunning views of the Red Sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. We especially loved the pool area, which has plenty of sun loungers and parasols.
The food at Stella di Mare was also excellent.
But what really made our stay at Stella di Mare special was the staff. They are truly some of the nicest and most helpful people we have ever met. They made us feel like family, and we are so grateful for their hospitality.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the staff will make sure that you have an unforgettable experience.

I recently stayed at Stella Di Mare in Sharm El Sheikh for four nights. While the hotel facilities were satisfactory, I had a disturbing experience with their taxi service that I feel compelled to share.
Upon checkout, I booked a taxi through a hotel employee named Khaled. After being dropped off at the airport, I realized I had left my passport in the taxi. I immediately called Khaled, who arranged for the driver to return the passport. The taxi was still within the airport premises, so it didn’t take long for the driver to come back.
However, when the driver returned my passport, he demanded $10, claiming that his manager, Khaled, required this payment and would deduct it from his salary if not paid. This felt like blackmail and was highly distressing, especially considering the passport is a critical document.
This experience has left a negative impression on what was otherwise an enjoyable stay. I urge other travelers to be cautious when using the taxi services arranged by the hotel. The management needs to address this unethical behavior to ensure future guests do not face similar issues.

Stayed here back in 2015 and was well impressed with everything - absolutely everything was spot on, and the models made out of the fresh daily towels earned a generous tip.
Sad that the Airport staff were the rudest people I've ever encountered when leaving, and made a promise I'd never set foot in the Country ever again.

Simply exquisite hotel that rivals some of the best five star hotels around the world. The hotel building itself is truly stunning and the surrounding gardens and areas are just so beautifully maintained - not to mention the magnificent view over the Red Sea! Staff were impeccable and I would not want to stay anywhere else when in Sharm

We'd read a lot of reviews before we left but weren't sure sure if they were genuine as it seemed too good to be true. I'm glad to say that they were all correct!
The place is made but the staff. It is probably the friendliest and most helpful staff we've ever had at a hotel.
The a la carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive and are very good quality. The food in general was great and so we're the drinks.
The hotel isn't brand new but the amazing staff keep it looking extremely clear and tidy. Especially the gardens which are beautiful.
We walked into town once night which I wouldn't recommend. It's much better to just stay in the hotel and enjoy the food and entertainment!

It used to be a great place, but the service had been ruined by certain groups over tipping which has had a detrimental effect. They will not cook pancakes and omelettes to order. Difficult to get a good cup of coffee. The rooms are a little tired, but are very clean. The animation are any but animated and rarely engage with guests, unlike pre covid days when they were a huge asset to the resort and finally the reef has no where near as much aquatic life, not the hotels fault, maybe just the time of year or another victim of climate change. Although the food is still very good, plentiful and varied.
