Stay at the hotel was good, food was fine. The entertainment team was the best, especially Afroto who kept us well informed about the activities and keeping up high spirits and a good mood.

Nothing but good memories! The hotel is large, spacious, and very clean. The entire staff was friendly and very, very helpful. There is a clinic nearby in case of illness and a spa for pleasure. Several swimming pools, bath towels provided daily. Comfortable large sun loungers and umbrellas by the sea. The beach was large and clean. Great view and atmosphere! And now the most important thing for me—delicious food! I have a food allergy, and Chef Ahmed Ebeid personally took care of me every day, showing me what I could eat. He was very committed, we could always talk, and thanks to that, I didn't have to worry about food. There was a large selection, even with my allergy. Thank you for a wonderful time at your hotel, I will recommend it to my friends and I will gladly come back!

I came with friends for a week, the rooms were clean, the food was very good, there were many attractions during the day, the service was very nice, the animators were some of the best we have ever met, I recommend it

I have just come back from a really excellent stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, it is out of the way and peaceful, it is like an oasis in the desert. The beach is immaculate with clean golden sand and comfortable sun beds with windbreaks. The sea is clean and clear and you can go out a long way without being out of your depth which we really liked as it was lovely to bathe in. Our rooms were new, very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and pillows and air conditioning. Food and drinks were good, we enjoyed both the red and the white wines which were very palatable and the local beer was very refreshing. The croissants at breakfast were particularly nice! My friend had three massages at the lovely spa which was a deal she was offered and she was very pleased with the service. The greatest praise must be for all the staff. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff are kind and helpful. The waiting staff can't do enough for you both at the restaurants and the bars. The entertainment/ animation team are tireless, upbeat and full of fun. The atmosphere in the hotel is positive and happy and we loved every minute. Thank you for a great stay.

Food - very good quality, i always ate very tasty. The beach and hotel is ver beautiful and clean! The service was so good! The workers were so polite, kind and frendly. I enjoyed the programs what animation team made. Mini disco was super. I recommend this hotel for everyone!

Very nice people here and a nice hotel The food is amazing here so come and check the hotel best beach and a long garden You can relax and stay on the beach how long you need to stay because the beach is very close to the hotel so come and enjoy I get i nice holyday
