The pool is huge — one of the biggest we’ve seen — and there’s a separate jacuzzi pool with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Overall, the staff go out of their way to help with anything

They also measured my blood pressure,blood sugar and I got a back massge. They repeted this on the last day of my stay. Kareem was so generous and kind,he also gave me free medications for the trip

I spent a long time choosing a hotel and was glad I picked this one. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean. There is an enormous selection of dishes, and the food is delicious; every day, we tried something new

But our worries were unnecessary, as there was always a great selection of vegetables, fruits, and steamed meats. So, the meals here can fit any diet

My mom has stomach issues, so we were worried she wouldn’t find suitable food since she’s on a strict diet. We even brought various cereals with us

I'm in the Fairmont Room overlooking the Nile at the Fairmont Cairo. The views are impressive! The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs

We lost a bag, and the hotel took over tracking it down and getting it delivered to us. They also provided clothes and amenities to get us through. Everyone has been incredibly pleasant and focused on our satisfaction

Couldn’t ask for more regarding service, friendliness and accommodation. Anything you need, they will go out their way to sort for you. A number of good quality restaurants in the hotel itself

The location also met our needs nicely. Thank you, Fairmont, for a wonderful stay. An area of improvement could be adding Netflix/streaming options to the TV. But, still had plenty of channels to choose from

I stayed here for five nights, where I enjoyed the view of the Nile from the 35th floor, great breakfast, and definitely helpful and courteous staff. Our child also enjoyed the stay, including the outdoor pools

The only negative matter is some staff needs to learn how to deal equally with every guest, not just the people they know they gonna give them tips

It was a nice experience in the hotel for our Anniversary. Also, The Revolving Restaurant on the 40th floor, is beyond amazing

The hotel is all Inclusive and the food is one of the best for an all inclusive from breakfast to dinner delicious! Local alcohol drinks included. Staff are friendly and professional, the animators tale care of you

We are currently staying at another hotel (Cleopatra), which unfortunately does not come close to the same level of comfort or service, and yet the Baron Palms team is still helping us, answering questions and offering support

Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy

The excursions we went on were desert safari and an all day boat trip with snorkeling was good value. Service is excellent in the hotel but even better if you tip a few $ here and there

The different pools serve different needs - there's a quiet pool, a party pool, a kids pool (with a big slide). None of the pools had swim up bars though, and the kids pools didn't have shade, which sucked

We didn't do many of the restaurants because toddlers are a bit of a nightmare if they have to wait for courses. We went to the Indian one and it was amazing quality (even with a cranky toddler)

All in all, I would highly recommend this resort. Bonus is that it's 15 mins away from the airport, so after a long journey/flight over, you can quickly get to your resort and settle in

I will say, though, the Sharm El Sheikh airport feels inefficient - it took forever to get out of the actual airport after all the passport checks

It was my first visit to the Hotel in Cairo, and it was an amazing one! The location is convenient, close to the airport and away from the busy area, yet its easy to move around the city because of its centralized location

The food selection was always good plenty of different options all the staff worked hard in the restaurant to keep the area clean and everything moving smoothly Mohamed was always in control at the restaurant and always checked in with us this his team were meetings our needs

We are staying here at the moment and everything is really nice. The food is tasty and always fresh, with good variety to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the atmosphere feel welcoming

We've had a nice stay at this hotel. Excellent service everyday from Osama in the buffet restaurant, nothing is to much trouble for him, very polite and helpful. All staff have been helpful and polite

Staff very friendly will help in anyway they can. Shops across the road and a 20min taxi into soho. Sunbeds are hit and miss but the lifeguards will try their best to locate some for you

I enjoyed all the pools and the activities that I joined in with, I enjoyed all the food and all the different options. The staff are so lovely and are always helping whether that’s with drinks or finding sun beds

Everyone’s always really happy to help when you’re in need of assistance, overall I definitely recommend staying here not only for the hot weather but it’s just a lovely experience with lots of entertainment

Rooms, pools, bars, restaurants, basically the entire hotel was great. My family and I truly had a very good time here!

Nice place with a great service and great food quality for the price. The location is relatively away from downtown. So if you like to visit the town you will have to take a ride (20 km away)

They were welcoming, nice, sweet and definitely had a great sense of humor. They always wanted to help, and they did whenever we needed them for whatever we needed them

I don’t even know where to start…. This is an amazing hotel, the staff is so nice especially Mister Sayed and M. Kamal from the buffet restaurant

The location I think is better than others near the downtown as the weather is much better with good breath and less temperature (doesn't sound logic I know but that's because the old town is located between mountains which blocks sea breeze and accumulate heat, so it's good in summer not winter)

Perfect atmosphere, delicious foods. In the begining of November very good weather, warm sea. The staff is very friendly. Snorkeling in the sea is beautiful in the hotel beach.

The house reef is definitely worth a visit, together with plenty of local beach dives that are a short minibus trip away

Food and service is good, friendly staff. Nice parks and pool is ok, clean. Direct acces to windsurf station and boat tours. Very bad was the music at pool and in the evening, often techno music

Most of all I like its beach and sea. The main reason I go to the sea is - the sea. The main restaurant and its staff were excellent: from the chef to the waiters, everyone did their job excellently

We liked the concept of the hotel very much, low houses in Moroccan style, very beautiful landscape around (it is obvious that people pay attention to it), the beach is quite large with soft sand and good entry into the water

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Strand Beach Resort in Taba, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views—but what truly made the stay special was the amazing animation team

It is my first time visiting Strand, I have travelled here on a solo trip to relax. And what can I say, from day one its been an amazing experience. They look after you so well here. I felt safe and taken care of

We visited two resorts and albatros palace lost in all aspects compared to v hotel luxury resort, but is still a good hotel

I spent one week there with my 4 year old daughter. The rooms are very comfy all the hotel is beautyful and spacious. the food is delicious, its something there for all tastes

On Mondays at 11:30 foam party on the beach, awesome! 👍🏻 On Sunday and Thursday, we go to White Hills for the carnival! Very cool artists perform 🥰 but on Sunday it's more pompous and food/drinks are included

Staying at the Jaz Aquaviva for one week. The hotel is superb very clean and the rooms are great. All the staff have been amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to help make your stay amazing

This is the best resort in hurgada. It's worth coming to hurgada to visit here. Not only the facilities here, but the service here is really great
