Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service and Hospitality!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel during my vacation, and I must say, everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and friendly service truly made me feel at home.

The entire team was incredibly attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions or making sure my room was spotless and cozy, the level of care was exceptional.

The hotel's atmosphere, amenities, and attention to detail really made my stay unforgettable. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism throughout my visit. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience, and I look forward to coming back soon!

A very beautiful hotel, the service is excellent, the animation is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful, the aqua park is beautiful, and (Mark) served us beautifully. He is a person who has a smile all day long and works very hard and does not delay in requests. I want to come back again next year and repeat the experience. I thank Mark very much for the service.

I wouldn’t know where to start with the service received from the staff at the resort. I cannot fault it one bit. The rooms were cleaned so nicely, the staff were very friendly all around the resort & the atmosphere is not to fault at all! I would definitely come again without hesitation. Only reason I didn’t give it the full 10 is because of the AC let us down on the last day , I think they had a power cut.

The hotel attracted by the fact that the territory of those hotels is common. There are many advantages. But there is something that can be improved. 1. The time for changing towels is inconvenient. Always returning from the sea at lunchtime, we were not able to change it. 2. The restaurants often close 30 minutes earlier than expected. Lunch until 15.00, but arriving at 14.30 you can get an answer that everything is already closed. 3. The staff is not always perfectly neat. The shirt is not tucked in, the bow tie is over the collar, the shoes are not fresh. 4. The cleaner of room 5245 did not know how to make figures from towels and blankets, even for a tip! The cleaning is not always ideal, he could eat the chocolate left for him and throw the candy wrapper away nearby. 5. There are not enough sun loungers near the beach and the pool!!!! It was almost impossible to lie down on your own territory of the hotel. 6. The bar on the beach is not very open. There is not a lot of things, even at the time of opening. They did not have syrup or mint for mojito. Jamaica cocktail they have been making for the last few days. just guava juice. 7. the socket in room 5245 near the bed is broken! the air conditioner makes unusual sounds, which is uncomfortable at night. please pay attention to these nuances!

The hotel is a great and safe place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. However, I was a bit disappointed with the pools. Despite having many of them, none are deep enough for a proper swim. The shuttle bus to the beach is efficient, but the beach is relatively small and often overcrowded. Additionally, swimming at the beach is restricted to about 50 meters from the shore. On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent.

My whole family agreed this was an excellent holiday to remember. The hospitality was outstanding. Everything I ate was fresh, vibrant and delicious. Some of us had spa treatments these were amazing. Others in the family preferred to go on the excursions. A chilled yoga session hit the spot and we had family games that were fun. We were even invited back for another game of darts despite my own unusual throwing technique ! Brilliant Fun. We highly recommend this resort.

We stayed here for a week and it was great.
Nice swimming pools, good and varied food, clean room and very friendly staff.
The arrival at reception is somewhat unstructured and at the pool we are asked too often if we want a massage, but these are the only minor downsides.
Entertainment and kids club are excellent.

Amazing hotel for everyone! As a family you have all the entertainment you need/want but you can also relax in different areas if you like it less active and loud. Really big hotel with a lot of guests but never too crowded. There are 3 different buffet restaurants with plenty of room to sit. Never had problems to find a sunbed as you have so many different options and nice heated pools
The animation team is really nice and friendly, always active and happy. They put a lot of effort into all the different parties at the pool, beach or bars. The hotel was very clean, people are constantly cleaning the floors and dining areas. We stayed at room 2440 and this room was very big and had an amazing view on the pool and the sea. The man who cleaned the room was really nice and sweet. He asked us daily if everything was okay and helped us whenever we asked. Also the people working at the reception, the bars, the pool, the beach, really everyone was always friendly with a big smile on their faces. So thanks to every single person that made our vacation special and one to never forget!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The animation team was really really good, we really enjoyed the food, especially in aqua vista. The mini disco looked fun for the kids. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice! Thank u!
