Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort - Hurghada

My whole family agreed this was an excellent holiday to remember. The hospitality was outstanding. Everything I ate was fresh, vibrant and delicious. Some of us had spa treatments these were amazing. Others in the family preferred to go on the excursions. A chilled yoga session hit the spot and we had family games that were fun. We were even invited back for another game of darts despite my own unusual throwing technique ! Brilliant Fun. We highly recommend this resort.

We stayed here for a week and it was great.
Nice swimming pools, good and varied food, clean room and very friendly staff.
The arrival at reception is somewhat unstructured and at the pool we are asked too often if we want a massage, but these are the only minor downsides.
Entertainment and kids club are excellent.

Amazing hotel for everyone! As a family you have all the entertainment you need/want but you can also relax in different areas if you like it less active and loud. Really big hotel with a lot of guests but never too crowded. There are 3 different buffet restaurants with plenty of room to sit. Never had problems to find a sunbed as you have so many different options and nice heated pools
The animation team is really nice and friendly, always active and happy. They put a lot of effort into all the different parties at the pool, beach or bars. The hotel was very clean, people are constantly cleaning the floors and dining areas. We stayed at room 2440 and this room was very big and had an amazing view on the pool and the sea. The man who cleaned the room was really nice and sweet. He asked us daily if everything was okay and helped us whenever we asked. Also the people working at the reception, the bars, the pool, the beach, really everyone was always friendly with a big smile on their faces. So thanks to every single person that made our vacation special and one to never forget!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The animation team was really really good, we really enjoyed the food, especially in aqua vista. The mini disco looked fun for the kids. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice! Thank u!

This was our first time visiting Egypt and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who checked us in efficiently. The rooms were a good size and exceptionally clean with all the required equipment. Whilst exploring the hotels vast size, we had met and spoke to many staff members who were happy to assist and ensure we were welcome.

The food was great with a good variety of options on offer, and waiters/ chefs would try to ensure we had everything we needed. All staff members made our children feel very welcome.

With a lot of facilities on-site, we were kept busy trying out the variety of different pools and water slides which were well maintained and clean. Life guards maintained a high level of alertness due to the number of children around the pools ensuring we could relax a little.

Absolutely faultless hotel!

Hotel is good. Rooms and pools are quite impressive.
Reception and staff are good and friendly.
But servicing is not good, Food quality is not good, to be precise Asian food was not authentic and every other day it's repeated.
Everyday we went for Asian food but taste, color, presentation are not upto the mark you can check by yourself also.

The food was tasty. The staff is really friendly and nice. But sometimes we felt unfriendliness from some men while having breakfast, lunch and dinner. But all in all we have good memories from your hotel. One of the advantages of yours is entertainment for children. It’s really interesting and there’s a big range of things to do for them. We really appreciated your aquapark. Thanks so much bar Concerto for their serving!!!!!! It’s a good place to relax and spend evenings there. (Especially when there are singers)

We booked this in December for the December holidays. I was impressed with the service the food and all the entertainment for the children. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned regularly. There’s a snack bar at lunchtime if you’re not interested to go into the restaurants by the way, this is Hotels in hotel, so you can travel across and try any different restaurants every different facilities except for any other exclusively to specific hotel. It’s a lovely location as it’s not too far from the airport. The only downside is, I wish I had more cultural entertainment rather than just singing and dancing. Also, I think that the slides could be updated a bit as the kids did get a scratch here and they’re going down.

Just returned from a 7 nights holiday with family in this resort and had great time there. It’s a beautiful place for people with kids to go because there are a lot of facilities in there for kids. So many water parks and amazing swimming pools. The staff at the restaurant are not very friendly specially the guy that makes omelets in the main restaurant.
Over all I am happy with the service provided.
