Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort - Hurghada

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Aqua Vista, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff at the hotel, including the chefs and service providers, demonstrated the highest level of skill and professionalism.

The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The variety of activities available ensured there was always something fun and engaging to do. The dining halls were superb, offering a wide range of delicious options that catered to all tastes.

The water games were incredibly enjoyable and added an extra layer of fun to our stay. Overall, Pickalbatros Aqua Vista exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation experience.

Inside the resort everything was perfect. No flaws. The trips we chose were also great. We had minor problems with the taxi White Shark from the hotel since we had to wait 30 minutes for it to come. (with 2 kids and at 23.30). All the rest was perfect!

We had a superb stay. The room was cleaned so well and our cleaner was so friendly. The restaurants were very well organised with a great range of food. It was lovely to book into the 2 restaurants for an alternative to the buffets. We felt safe, welcome and relaxed for our whole stay. Despite missing our flight and arriving 4 days late, TUI letting us down as they didn’t pass on our message to hold the room as we would make our own way there, when we arrived and there was no room/ booking, the reception staff were super and solved the problem. The lifeguards worked hard to ensure their pools were safe and the surrounding areas clean and tidy, chucking away people’s litter and resetting the sun beds. I only met one miserable member of staff and that was a towel exchange person at the water slides. EVERYONE else did their absolute best to ensure we were happy . The gym was well equipped and well managed, with the staff member politely ensuring rules were followed. My husband who is a competitive swimmer made use of the Olympic pool and was grateful to the pool attendant who ensured those that had not booked did not use the pool. I was impressed by the fact that we were approached by a member of staff while we were by the pool who simply asked if we were having a good holiday and if there was anything that could make it better. Towards the end of our holiday we had a phone call to our room asking the same. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

A normal hotel for a relaxing holiday, good service, clean and spacious rooms. I came across one with a large separate dressing room. Robes and slippers are already level! The bed is clean, the pillows are comfortable. The food is a little sparse, but that's not a big deal. The reception and waiters do an excellent job. The restaurant is a la carte, they try, but.. Had a wonderful vacation.

One of the best 4* hotels in Egypt, this is especially important because... hotel categories in Egypt are very blurred, i.e. many 5* hotels do not correspond to the category at all. The food in Akvavista is simple, but the dishes are tasty and there is enough of everything, with the largest selection for dinner. There is a children's restaurant in the main restaurant, with its own serving line and a good selection of dishes (boiled and stewed vegetables, rice and mashed potatoes without seasoning, chicken fillet and fish fillet, and all sorts of dishes for those who like to feed children anything (french fries and beef cutlets ) Large water park on the territory of the complex, 3 children's pools with slides, which are heated, 4 adult pools. Active animation during the day and in the evening.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, a huge well-kept area, the room is new, clean, everything works, there is a safe, the internet is not very good. The food is not too varied for meat lovers, there is no seafood, but you won’t go hungry. I would like to return to this hotel. I thank the staff for their work

An excellent hotel of the Albatros chain with a gigantic territory, slides, swimming pools, bars and restaurants. Excellent and varied cuisine. Very beautiful and well-groomed area of the three hotels. Good animation and animators. I recommend visiting this hotel

Everything we wanted and more. We came here after having a massive loss in our family. Everyone of us hurting. We actually wanted to cancel this holiday thinking it would be wasted on us. We are so glad we didn’t. 14 days of what can only be described as perfect. Every member of staff goes above and beyond. The hotel its self is beautiful we had 3 different rooms in our party every room was as good as the next and cleaning down daily by the wonderful staff. We spent most of our time around the small pool and the guys at bar were nothing but the best made sure we wanted for nothing. The lifeguards made sure we had everything we needed and was greeted every morning with a good morning and a special handshake. Manager of the bar what an excellent man he is. Went out of his way to make sure we had the best holiday. The guys that come round everyday to make sure everything is going good with your holiday and fixes any problems that day. And the only problem we had was no batteries in our remote 😂 that’s how good this holiday was.

There are plenty of places to eat from, now me and my 12 year old are the most fussiest eaters you will ever know. And I’ll be honest we lived off chips bread and pizza where as the rest of the family ate everything. We also know when booking holidays that this is what happens and it’s our fault for being so fussy. My others were well fed.

We had a few medical issues while away again due to our own mistakes. Kids are very pale and even tho I used factor 50 they still got red and a bit sore so the chemist is a ten min walk away but he is very good and knows his stuff and the cream he gave us was very good and it sorted the sunburn straight away.

The animation team is brilliant and a credit to the hotel we was known as the run aways cos my daughter fled during one of the shows 😂 they did everything to keep everyone involved in all the activities without pressure. The kids absolutely loved them. The pool parties were brilliant and we have never known anything like it. We won all the water fights 😂

Because of our loss we still had some tears, my birthday was a hard day with lots of tears and tho we tried to hide it the staff would
Notice and bring tissues and was nothing but compassionate.
All in all we can not praise this hotel enough. During normal circumstances this hotel would of been excellent but this wasn’t normal circumstances and this hotel
Helped us forget for a while and helped us be happy with just a few sad moment and for this I can’t thank you enough.

Everyone of the staff makes this hotel what it is and we will forever be greatful for helping us heal a little

Everything in the hotel was perfect. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and nice balcony. Many swimming pools and water park with a lot of slides, perfect for kids but for adults too. Many options at the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The most important is the quality of food. Between lunch and dinner they serve nice snacks. People who work in the hotel are polite and smiley. They give the best of themselves. I think that people make the difference. Thank you for everything. It would be our first choice if we would visit Hurghada again

We had a great holiday at aqua vista. We loved that you could use the facilities at all 3 hotels and they were all connected so it just felt like one massive resort. All the staff were really friendly. We found the rooms and pools really clean and well kept. The entertainment team were fantastic but we did find the evening timetable a bit confusing. The food was great with lots of choices.
