My Experience at the Hotel
My stay at the hotel was really wonderful:

Reception: The reception staff were very welcoming, polite, and always smiling. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, and they were always ready to answer any questions.

Bellman: The bellman was extremely helpful and respectful. He carried my luggage to the room quickly and with great manners, which made me feel comfortable from the very first moment.

Overall: The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. I truly felt that the staff cared about the guests’ comfort.

It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It wasn’t our first experience in Egypt, but it was a nice one. The hotel is not new, but there is a renovated part. The room is great, everything is new and nice.
The beach is amazing, the entrance in the water is wonderful, you can choose where to swim: deep water or shallow water.
The staff is nice, polite and very friendly. They speak different languages, so they can easily help you.
Food is okay, not exactly the gourmet cuisine, but you can find what you like: meat, fish, seafood. Although, the food is really tasty.

If you want a nice, not luxurious and overcrowded hotel: this place is for you.

Exceptional Service! The perfect Choice in Hurghada.

An unforgettable experience. Everything was excellent: the room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

However, what truly made the stay perfect was the professional service:

The Reception Team: Utmost courtesy and speed; they helped with every detail with a smile.

The Bellmen: Highly professional handling of bags, and they were at our service immediately upon arrival and departure.

In summary: The hotel offers high value and unparalleled service. I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very helpful staff who were never pushy or intrusive. The surroundings were beautiful, and the pool was large and spotless.

A big highlight was the sea. Even though it’s in a bay, it was crystal clear and very diverse with shallow areas, deeper spots perfect for jumping in, and a coral reef that made snorkeling amazing.

The food was excellent. Every evening featured a different type of cuisine with plenty of options, and we can say it was the best dining experience we’ve had in Egypt so far.

The animation team kept us entertained with fun daily activities, from workouts to foam parties, and the evening shows were always varied and enjoyable.

Overall, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Egypt, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

It was our first time visiting Egypt, and we had a great stay at this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff team, everyone at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the animation team were very nice and welcoming.

The hotel is also great. The pool is really big, and the beach was close to the hotel as well.

There was a big variety of food and drinks that were all very good.

Overall we had a great stay, and we would definitely come back!

What a wonderful experience with the entertainment team! Every morning, afternoon, and evening, they made it a party. They were so friendly and kept greeting us and inviting us to parties every day. A top-notch team.

Very pleasant stay due mostly to the fabulous staff who couldn’t do enough for the guests. The hotel is not as good as its sister the Royal, but had a lovely room with a great sea view. Spent most mornings diving with Piano Dive Club who are based next door at the Stella. Pool was too busy and noisy for me with no sunbeds left by mid-morning. Food was decent but a bit samey. Would have preferred to stay at the Royal again tbh.

I visited this hotel with my girfriend, so this is what we found out during our first time together vacation. I have been to many hotels in Egypt, and every has it's advantages and disadvantages. Mind that this is a big resort with a lot of guests. Animation team makes a lot of fun in the hotel, you really feel that they want to give everyone the best experience possible. What was not the best from my experience: 1. Slow internet connection - it worked for us also a little in the room but even when we were on reception it wasn't working fast as we are used to. 2. People offering trips. Some hotels use red flags near your sunbeds so they know you don't want to come with them. I usually like trips in Egypt but I go with verified and cheap agency. I am perfectly okay with guys like "quad safari" that came to me asked I said no and they said okay have a nice day, bye. But some of them were pretty annoying. 3. Reception toilets - I was there first time maybe on the third day, but if I first came in the hotel and went to WC I would be very disgusted. It was really dirty and not good looking. 4. A lot of people - little space in Main restaurant. In the dinner guests eat in the restaurant that is next to lobby. The space is not that big for that many people. I was sometimes scared I am going to drop a plate or something due the big crowd. It was okayish to eat but it could be a bit better, maybe some option to eat somewhere else. Or just expansion. ADVANTAGES: I think disadvantages are not that bad to ruin your stay. The beach is nice, rooms perfect, food was very good, breakfast and lunch was great even for picky eaters. Dinners were themed, which we liked but for example when there was sea food, which we don't really eat we had a rough time picking our food. Maybe atleast fries would be nice. The morals of the hotel were super - separating trash, eat what you put on your plate, some waiters were praising you for eating your food. Also a la carte restaurants were nice, you can choose from many types of restaurants so that's really interesting. The mood around this hotel feels nice and cozy. Music plays till 11pm, with the bar open, in reception the bar is open till midninght. If you want a drink or have fun later, they have like a beach party for guests, the music plays and you can dance. We were often tired from the heat so we did not attend it too much. On shows, they were great. Overall for the price the stay was excellent and I enjoyed it. Additional message: Unfortunately, our flight is at 3am and we leave at midnight from the hotel. The check out is at 12 noon, but the hotel gave us a later check out at 6 pm. We still have to wait a lot. We know it's completely okay that hotels have check out's earlier as they have to prepare rooms for other guests. Maybe next time we will look more closely to the departure time. I hope that if I come back later the disadvantages I typed will be gone, and it will be a perfect stay. Photos are also from a

Flight was good, to airport arrived, stuff is good, people here good, so good and warm people from the personal, amazing number, every day cleaning.
